This was a pretty long book, and it had a lot of different sections. As someone who studied Arabic since KG till Grade 12, I recognized a lot of rules and exceptions, but I hadn't been taught about the background of the language, neither had I known the stats mentioned in the book.

As someone who has to interact with things to understand them and get them into my head, flashcards have always helped me learn languages, so this was a good introduction to this app. I've never tried the app before, so I'm not sure how effective it really is, but on its own the book still was very effective at reminding me of the grammar lessons.

This book is a fantastic starting point for anyone serious about learning Arabic. The use of spaced repetition and flashcards makes the process feel manageable and even fun. I liked how it breaks things down into levels, with clear examples and pronunciation help. A solid resource for beginners wanting to build vocabulary and confidence step by step.
