This one had a couple of original ideas, but similar conjecture to the others. It seemed to be just as complicated, despite the "simple steps". And it allowed several foods that many of the other authors agreed were inflammatory to the GI tract specifically.
I found this book to be very informative and way to read and understand. For someone diagnosed with leaky gut it is very helpful. There are lots of recipes a well to help you plan meals.
