I love this book...I'm very health conscious and fit and this book is a great tool for supporting a fitness oriented lifestyle. The smoothie recipes are healthy and delicious. It also has a very readable layout, one recipe per page, very easy to follow. No complicated ingredients here, just good common sense and a healthy balanced approach to each recipe.

Mostly a book with a bunch of smoothie recipes and dishes like those I already make--without recipes.
