As always excellent. The author includes some very interesting fact about the beginning of the USA, and continues with info right up to the present time. He also writes about the end times, tribulation etc. Starting at about 1/3 of the way into the book, the author gets serious about including scripture, which I love!
If you are a Christian, and like Biblically based speculative works, this book series is for you. It is hard to describe, I just recommend pulling up the series or author, look at the first book in the series and decide. I am glad I read all 7 of the books of the series, purchasing them because I wanted to keep them. I think they are really targeted at 14 to 18 year old's but any age can enjoy them. Recommended.
The beauty of this book is that it was known from the beginning. It is special to see all the pieces coming together along with the emotions they experienced not knowing any of the outcomes from their choices or actions. I have enjoyed seeing the ending come back full circle from how the series started in book one.
Love this series because of the spiritual content and great story telling! I've read all the books. The use of American history describing God's work in the beginnings of our country is a great reminder that Jesus Christ is the same throughout time and cultures.
Thank you, brother Hennessey! Like Paul wrote to Philemon, "for you, brother have refreshed the hearts of the Saints." I needed that. Shalom in Messiah Yeshua!
This book had me so intrigued. I hated to put it down. I only read when I go to bed at night, good thing to, because nothing else would have gotten done. Highly recommend this book.
It's beautiful. Sad, happy funny, suspenseful. Weaving all the time together, the people, the Bible and American history. Seriously, well done, as Jesus said.
