This is by far the best of the books. It has all the things I like: mad scientists, an apidemic-outbreak that turns people into mindless crazies who infect others by biting, philosophical discussions about right and wrong ( that in the end happen to agree with my point of view.. very important!) and an intricate wrapping-up of the whole created universe in the book.
It was awesome, and made it completely worthwhile, to have, at some points, dragged myself through the books that came before.
