Some betrayals demand vengeance—no matter the cost.
I was left for dead, and now I want revenge. The only thing standing in my way is Deklyn—the cocky Inferno Force warrior who helped rescue me and who now thinks he can protect me from myself. The gorgeous alien gets under my skin, but I refuse to admit how much I crave his touch.
When I stow away on his ship, he's furious and determined to return me to the Drexian Academy. But he also knows I'll hunt my enemies with or without his help, and he hates the thought of missing a good fight. What we don't expect is how dangerous our chemistry will become—or how deadly the forces trying to stop us.
As we take on powers determined to bury the truth, we discover that some secrets are worth killing for—and some are worth dying for. But will getting my revenge cost me the warrior I'm falling for?
Revenge is a full-length sci-fi romance with an HEA and no cheating. It features a fierce heroine bent on vengeance, a protective alien warrior, and steamy adversaries-to-lovers heat. It is the thrilling conclusion to Tana Stone's Warriors of the Drexian Academy series.
I love sexy aliens and independent heroines. I grew up on Star Trek: Next Generation and Star Wars (and I adore them equally). My favorite superhero is Thor (with Aquaman a close second because, well, Jason Momoa), my favorite dessert is key lime pie (okay, fine, all pie), and I still lament the loss of Firefly.
I live in North Carolina in the US and have one husband, two teenagers, and two neurotic cats. I sometimes wish I could teleport to a holographic space station like the one in my tribute brides series (or maybe vacation at the oasis with the sand planet barbarians). :-) When I'm not writing, I love to paddleboard, dive, travel, and read obsessively!
Genre: Sci-fi Romance ⭐️ 4/5 🌶 2/5 🧠 3/10 Cliffhanger: N/A Noteworthy: Final book in a completed interconnected standalone series. Available on KU.
I have absolutely adored reading this series and I'm so sad to see it end. I've been looking forward to this installment for a few books now because who doesn't love a boss girl FMC and a cocky MMC? It hits every single time! The plotting and scheming in this book were fun. Everything came together absolutely perfectly. The side characters were incredible and I loved the throwback check ins. The way everything was wrapped up with a pretty sparking bow was perfection! I will miss these characters but hold out hope for cameos in future books.
The one star ding was for the need for a bit more editing. There are back to back spice scenes that aren't cohesive. I had to go back a few pages and reread to make sure I was comprehending the material.
Sasha has gone thru so much. As a combat pilot she is captured by the enemy, and no one came for her for months. Then the hot shot, Drexian, Deklyn shows up and makes her feel things, especially aggravation. Now, she is at the Drexian Academy and is with her sister, Ariana and the other humans who are teachers and cadets there. She has missed so much and is happy to see her sister again. Their father, as a general has pretty much put them in competition with each other, their entire lives. When Sasha finds out that someone in the Earth’s military High Command pretty much left her to rot as a POW, she wants revenge and begins to surreptitiously look into it. Deklyn continues to protect her, even tho they are safe. When he realizes why she is doing the things she is, he wants to help, instead of returning to active duty. After speaking with his brother Tivek, who is the adjunct aide to Admiral Zoran who runs the Academy. As seen in the other books, Tivek is so much more than we thought he was. The book is better if you’ve read the previous books in the series. With the majority of the humans at the Academy paired off, finding their mates, things are totally gah gah, lol. The book is fun, funny, hilarious at points, romantic, steamy, thrilling, exciting, crazy, and a tiny bit scary. I still can’t believe that Earth’s Command told the Drexians to just let Sasha rot. I can totally believe that their honor wouldn’t allow that, which is why, the Admiral allowed the group to go in for a rescue. While searching for clues as to whom betrayed Sasha, they find out info that shocks them, that has nothing to do with what they had been looking for.
When Deklyn decides to return to duty, and gets into his ship, he finds a stowaway, and they stop the Island, where the tribute brides are kept as they ready themselves for their weddings. We get to see almost all of the two Drexian series’ couples in this book. Seeing Reina & Serge again, was awesome. Serge makes me laugh, every time. Dek had stopped their for supplies and then Sasha came up with a truly brilliant and absolutely outrageous idea. I don’t want to give it away. But, OMG, I laughed for a long time and ended up laughing so hard I cried. Things go totally crazy after that, in a good and hilarious way. I seriously don’t want these books to end. The end was awesome and I figured out who had betrayed Sasha early on. I just had a feeling.

❤️ “You make me feel like the best version of myself, even when I’m being impossible.” ~~~ Sasha is so awesome! She’s bold, resilient, courageous, stubborn, impulsive and resourceful. Sasha is a strong woman but her being taken by the Kronock has left its mark on her. Nevertheless, her determination to uncover the truth was admirable. Sasha is a total badass and I loved her so, so much!
Deklyn is an Inferno Force Lieutenant and one irresistible male! He might be cocky, charming, rule-breaking and authority-defying, but there’s more to him than meets the eye. Because this Drexian warrior is also dangerous, resourceful, honorable and fiercely protective. And if you’re not already swooning, his gentle, supportive and caring actions will totally win you over. Deklyn is an incredible male and I adored every single thing about him!
I absolutely loved everything that happened between Sasha and Deklyn! Both spent a lot of time in the hands of the Kronock and they’re finally free. But Sasha’s determination to uncover who deemed her an acceptable loss grows with each day. And there was no better to aid her seek for the truth than the cocky Inferno Force warrior. Their mission led them to the Island where an elaborate plan was hatched. I absolutely loved Sasha and Deklyn together. Their chemistry was off-the-charts from the moment they met, and I loved all their banters and teasings. Even more, the more time they spent together, the closer they got and the line between fake and real became blurrier than either of them wanted to admit. And when they finally gave into the undeniable attraction, the passionate moments they shared were so hot! Sasha and Deklyn were absolutely perfect for each other and, after everything both went through, they more than deserved to find happiness and love together!
In addition, I absolutely adored that we get a chance to see more of the couples from the previous stories and how their relationships were developing. And change is coming. I hope everyone is ready for it.
Overall, Revenge is another spectacular addition to the series and a remarkable series finale! It’s filled with danger, suspense, action, twists, intrigues, betrayals, smoking-hot passion and fantastic characters.
I have been waiting for Sasha and Deklyn’s story since the first book in this series. And it did not disappoint. I am not sure how this author works her storytelling voodoo magic every single time but from the first sentence I was lost in the wonderfulness of this romantic suspense tale and the “real” world was just background noise. The world building, the intensity, the slow ramp up of the tension, the secrets, and the slow burn romance were all perfection. Sasha is a human pilot who was captured by the Kronock and held for months in captivity. Deklyn is a Drexian Inferno Force warrior who got himself captured to rescue Sasha. They formed a love-hate bond while being held together for months. Since her rescue, Sasha is determined to discover who betrayed and abandoned her to the Kronock and then get revenge. Deklyn agrees to help. Now they just need to uncover the bad guys while trying to ignore their chemistry and their growing feelings. So…easy peasy. I am always a fan of uber protective alpha males when they are paired with smart brave capable females who need loving more than they need rescuing like Sasha and Deklyn. This series proves those heroines are just what the overconfident Drexians need. I loved the series, this story, and seeing past couples and the Island again. I may have to go back and reread all the interconnected series. 4.5 stars.
How is this possible? Every new story is great! This author manages it book after book after story after story and romance after romance. Her stories include it all, romance, exhilaration, villains, love, families good and bad, enemies, friendships. But what I have loved over and over again is the use of language and this story certainly does not do any differently. How she uses common phrases in the English language and makes them into something to be baffled about by the "aliens " as just i.e. bottoms up means what? Yes, we know it means to finish your drink, but the Drexian thinks it has to do with lifting the bottom out of a chair! Small things such as that give the storytelling so much volume and mixed with everything else, well in the end it makes this story as well as all previous ones I have read by this author into something fabulously fantastically beautiful. I cannot praise her stories enough and am sad if what I read somewhere that this one would be the last one about the beautiful Drexian Warriors. But this story most certainly gets all the stars available be they five, ten or fifty.

Wow I loved this last book I’m this series and I hope there is a special extra edition written to share all the weddings and new baby in future. Sasha has been rescued but someone stopped her rescue and she won’t rest until they pay for their treachery. She wants justice for the trauma she’s suffered. Deklyn having rescued her from kronock captivity can’t leave without helping the woman he’s attracted to get her revenge because she’ll likely get herself killed if she does this alone. He tries to go find info alone but Sasha hides on his ship. They stop at the island for fuel and supplies and suddenly he finds himself engaged when Sasha comes up with a plan to get all earth officials together in space where they hope to find the one who left her to die. But it gets harder and harder for them to remember the wedding is supposed to be fake when very really feelings develop. Plot twists, betrayal, hurt, forgiveness, treason, love, spice and more keep this book a page turner. An amazing conclusion and love is everywhere. Amazing characters believable storyline real life issues and trauma fears insecurities and love.

Revenge is the sixth and final book of the Drexian Academy series and wraps up the series with all the action, adventure, intrigue, suspense, emotion, and passion I’ve enjoyed from the very first book. Sasha who was rescued from a Kronock prison by an unauthorized team sent in to retrieve her and fellow Drexian warrior Deklyn wants answers. Who in her own military gave the order to abandon her? Revenge is sweet and she has plans to taste hers. Dek has tried to talk the stubborn female out of the idea but when he learns her suspicions are correct all hell is going to break loose! Loved Dek and Sasha’s story which fulfilled all my expectations for a well written grand, passionate adventure with two leads oblivious to or not willing to admit the attraction between them until events begin to unravel hidden truths including the feelings they’ve been hiding from each other. I was entertained all the way to a very satisfying HEA… Reina and Serge are going to be busy!.

Sasha is evidently enamored with Deklyn calling her “sweetheart” but it doesn’t do it for me. I find it condescending. I’m not a fan of nicknames anyway but this one strikes me as especially patronizing.
Does anyone besides me suspect Ariana and Sasha’s father, the general, being responsible for the “do not rescue” decree? (Aha, I’m not the only suspicious one) While on the topic I can intellectually understand Sasha's desire to find out who put out the order but seeking vengeance is not in my wheelhouse. If it was I’m pretty sure I’d try to reveal who done it without giving myself away. (I’m cowardly like that)
Am I missing something or is there more than one couple residing at the Bali Hai level? It seems odd that a tiki bar would be manned for just two people’s convenience. It would make more sense if the bartender was on call and not just waiting around.
The Drexian Academy series has come to an end with HEAs galore. I’m going to especially miss Reina and Serge. Platform boots forevah.
Revenge has never been sweeter…or more fun. Gotta love a sweet revenge plan with a fake fiancé, fake wedding of the millennium to a super hot Inferno Force Drexian…and all of this sham and shenanigans happens on the Island…yup, so all of our favorites in one place, including my over-the-top Serge, and Reina. And not only on the Island, but also with a camera crew following everyone around and filming it…reality tv at its finest.
Sasha wants to find out who from Earth wanted to leave her there, and exact her revenge and she is relentless, and did I mention that she convinces Deklyn to help…these two get into quite the shenanigans…in some interesting places, clears throat. Ya’ll know that whether it started out fake or not, their relationship turns very real, very fast. Safe read with an ornery couple breaking all kinds of rules with a hea, and a great epilogue.
Absolutely, brilliant story! After being a prisoner of the Kronock for so long, Sasha still feels like she is not quite free at the Academy. Deklyn, a Drexian Inferno Force warrior who was also in the same cell as Sasha and it was his plan that got them out and free again. What follows is a super exciting story with betrayal and a resolution. Characters from the previous stories are included in this book and the chemistry between Sasha and Deklyn is off the charts and eventually they go onto have their happily ever after. As usual, at the end of a series, I’m always left wondering what is going to happen with a couples and how they go on in their lives. Overall, this was a fantastic story.

This has to be the most intoxicating addictive read, ever. The whole series didn't prepare us for such an unprecedented conclusion.
Tana hit this one out of the park. Everything and everyone is front and center in this ball busting conclusion. All of our amazing couples are pulled into an epic showdown. The time has come for Sasha to gain control of her life. The mystery and suspense that has followed her since being rescued comes to the forefront.
Action, deception, heat and passion conclude this amazing series with a very exciting happily ever after.
Such a magnificent ending Tana. It breaks my heart to see it end. But I am ready for the next chapter 💜.

Wow! What a way to tie this up. This wonderful story is about Inferno Force warrior Deklyn who wants answers and Sasha, the Earth pilot who wants revenge on who was responsible. Sasha spent months in a cell of the Kronock prison being abandon by Earth Command who wrote her off. Then Deklyn was thrown in her cell, and they plan their escape. They get rescued by an unauthorized mission sent by the Academy. Now they're back at the Academy and Deklyn wants to investigate alone to find who betrayed her but Sasha wants in on the action. What ensues is a well written, engaging, story that captivated me. I'd loved how the two fight the attraction that started when they were thrown together in that cell. I'd volunteer to read and review this enjoyable story I'd received.
This story is an explosive, satisfying conclusion in the Drexian Academy series. Sasha has been rescued, but she's determined to uncover abandoned her. Deklyn was a fellow prisoner and wants answers too—but also tries to convince her to be careful. They decide to work together to uncover the truth, while fighting attraction neither wants to admit is growing between them. I loved their chemistry. It's off the charts and facing their true feelings is more than I could have hoped for. I also enjoyed the return of beloved characters from earlier books, giving us the chance to see all my favorites. This story did a great job tying up all the storylines of the series, which I absolutely appreciate. But most of all our couple gets their HEA.
Honestly, I might not be ready to completely move away from the Academy. This book was the culmination of every other in the series as it wraps up the rescue and gives some satisfying revenge. Of course, the humorous interactions with others from the series and a bit of crossover which brought Serge and Raina back in the loop, made this even more entertaining. Deklyn and Sasha were strong characters, that were well-developed because they had to go through some things. The chemistry between these two was fire. The storyline and all the pieces from throughout the series makes this book one I want to read again. Loved it!.

What an ending to an awesome series! I was worried I wouldn't like Sasha but I had nothing to worry about! She was a great character as was Deklyn. Both of them just the right amount of cocky and snarky. Revenge kept on the edge of my seat wanting to know who had betrayed Sasha. I loved the reveal! I also loved getting to spend time with my old favorites...I'm really hoping for a bonus epilogue that ties up all the loose ends in one big bang! Not saying more than that so I don't ruin things. I loved this book and this series. I'm so sad it is the last book. Perfection (chefs kiss)
Tana Stone's Revenge tells the story of Sasha who is hell bent on getting revenge on the person on Earth that allowed her to be left to rot in an evil alien cell. Luckily the Drexians had defied the orders not to rescue her and the Drexian warrior who had been captured trying to rescue her. The plan: to lure Earth's highest officials to the the space station for a fake wedding. Love this series!.

The sixth book in the Warriors of Drexian Academy series, Revenge, provides a thrilling conclusion to this steamy sci-fi romance saga. The long-running subplot of Sasha and Deklyn's capture and rescue finally comes to a head. Sasha is more than just a damsel in distress; she's determined to get her revenge and expose government secrets. It's a truly exciting read that delivers a satisfying finale to a series I highly recommend.
Been waiting a long time (or so it felt like it, lol!) for this book to come out. While I was excited for it I also knew it was a series ender which left me more than a little sad. It was worth the wait and everyone got their happily ever after. Hopefully, there will be more Drexians and their humans in the future and let us not forget Serge and Reina too! No decent Drexian/ Human wedding can happen without them!
What I like about this series is that this author's stories don't exist for the bedroom scenes but they're enhanced by them. The stories have great plots and this story had the best one in my opinion. There is a subtext to this story that mirrors today's political climate. There are some factions in the human government that want to get away from the Earth and Drexian alliance. They want to maintain the "purity of the human race".
I have just finished binge reading this series and was definitely not disappointed. I love the characters and adventures they all get up to and the HEA’s at the end. I’m just sad that there are no more books in the series. I’m really looking forward to the next series that Tana writes. If you want a good read and trouble putting the book down, I highly recommend these books. In fact, all Tana’s books have the same effect on me. A really good author.
I'm about 40% in and I'm going to guess the father was behind it.
Either way, I'm not really feeling this plot. Maybe if she cared more about exposing the bad actors in general in Earth Planetary Defense Command and less concerned with revenge I could jump on the bandwagon a little easier. But this seems like too much of a waste of time and energy spent on sticking it to someone.
Called it. After the big confrontation the ending was pretty anticlimactic.

An exciting conclusion to a wonderful series… This last book in the Warriors of the Drexian Academy series features Inferno Force warrior Deklyn and Sasha, the Earth Pilot he rescued. Together they work to discover who betrayed and abandoned her… I received a free copy of this book. This review was posted voluntarily.
Sasha and Deklyn are both on a mission. Sasha wants answers and revenge. Deklan is fierce, loyal and an absolute sweetie. This story is thrilling and kept me up at night., but I would do it all again. great addition to the series.

Book 6 of the Drexian Academy. I love the Drexian's and this book was as great as the rest in the series. I loved this book, fantastic world building that immerses you in a imaginative world, with great characters and a enjoyable storyline with some action, adventure and suspense along with romance and steam. What is not to love.
Whenever a Drexian book comes out it’s mine that day and then I disappear for a day or two. People have come to expect that I am unavailable until I have finished the book. They get a gushing account and I can’t wait for the next Drexian novel to arrive. Love this world and the next story can never be the last.
This series is so good! Each of these books is a stand alone but you get so much out of it by starting at the beginning. Tana Stone weaves each character into the other so seamlessly you feel as if you know them personally. This one definitely had a twist at the end I didn't see coming.
I give this one 10 STARS 🌟 I just loved it! All the couples in this story make it the most romantic. It has amazing secrets, and clever twists and turns. Also, our favorite and unbelievably swoony Drexian boys..

The plot of this book was ridiculous and the dialogue felt forced the whole way through. I wound up skimming some pages just to get to the end and tie it all up faster.
I gave this whole series 5 stars because it was fun to read. It was exciting and so much spice and feels. And this book is the logical and perfect wrap up to it. I adore this Academy on Fred and hope there is a year two.
Left to rot in a alien prison she plots her revenge to find out who and why she was not valued by her people. Hunky alien Mr D. Together they a fake wedding for all the worlds to see its televised. Revenge is bittersweet but the love is real.
