My friend recommended this book when she saw one of my post on Facebook. She was totally right, this book is very helpful and I would have wished to read this book when my son was approaching the teen years, he is now 30 years old and thanks be to the Lord doing well. I am 57 and talking to a therapist and this book gave me plenty of new ideas to manage my mental health. Fully recommend!
