-Roughly 150 pages in length-

Trust- The firm belief in the reliability, honesty, ability, and strength of someone or something.

I let every wall I had built around my heart crumble to the ground for him. He told me to trust him, and I did. I never thought that trusting someone would be my biggest downfall.

I listened to his promises and thought I could believe him. I actually thought I could be the reason he would stay…

I can’t trust him.
She can’t trust me.
I hate him.
She hates me....

... I’m sure of it. Why shouldn't she? I knocked her up and then walked out on her. It's better this way. I’m fucked up, lost, and no good for her or our baby. The pain is unbearable without her, but she deserves better... At least that’s what I keep telling myself.

I still love her.
I loved him.
She loves me, and she knows it...

... But this time she doesn't want me anymore, doesn't need me anymore. Suddenly, it occurs to me that I may have actually lost her for the rest of my life.

I need her to love me.
I still love him...

With the broken promises of the past threatening to destroy us, I don’t think we can give in and move forward. Everything has changed between us; I have changed. There are risks I'm not willing to take anymore...

If anything, I've learned love is nothing without trust.

I was given an ARC for an honest review......

.......and honestly, I LOVED IT!

The anticipation and teasing was worth it. The last line at the end tho, Josi? Ugh COME ON! Idk if I can take anymore! (Meaning, waiting to see what happens with these two for good. Wedding maybe ;) )

BT starts off two weeks after BH left off. I started this series hating Corey Winchester. After BT, my hate has turned into a low form of dislike. Even tho you see the change and growth in him throughout this book, I just can't bring myself to forgive and forget so easily.

Mimi. What a strong lady. I love this girl. I admit, I didn't like her, friend wise, after BR but that has changed. She has grown so much and I just love her personality. In BT, you really see this girl grow into the woman she's supposed to be.

I can't spoil, it's just not in my nature. Just know that you will love this book as much as the rest in the series. Plus you're already 4 books in so you might as well finish, right? ;)

Jk..ONE CLICK on release day! ((HUGS))

WOW!!! I'm completely blown away by this story! I LOVE The Bittersweet series and Bittersweet Trust is my absolute favorite of the series. It surpassed my expectations and if I could give it more then five HUGE freakin stars I would.

Bittersweet Trust is a continuation of Bittersweet Hate, Corey and Mimi's story. Their story left off with Corey walking out on Mimi when she reveals her pregnancy to him. I was LIVID when he left her and didn't step up, I really wanted to kick him in the shins. But I also know that deep down there's a reason why Corey walked away from woman he loves. It becomes clear just how deeply his fathers betrayal hurt and scarred him. You are taken on a journey.
A journey where Corey struggles through his fears and demons that are keeping him from living his life.
A journey where Mimi tries to get over her heart break and deals with the possibility of having to raise her child on her own.
A journey where both try to work together for the sake of their unborn child.
Will Mimi be able to trust Corey again?
Will Corey be able to let his fears go?

Go 1-click this baby as soon as it goes LIVE and find out! I loved every minute of this book, especially the breathtaking moments that had me UGLY CRYING!!
I was given an ARC for an honest review.

I went into Bittersweet Trust emotionally raw and torn apart from the wounds left by Bittersweet Hate. My already broken heart shattered into a million more tiny pieces from the very start. The emotions of Corey and Mimi were so vividly written that I saw every scene and felt every emotion. I smiled, I laughed but mostly I cried. I cried for the pain these two went through, I cried for the happiness they took a chance on and fought for. I cried because in NO way, shape, or form am I ready to say goodbye to them.

Bittersweet Trust (Bittersweet, #5) by J.L. Beck

I received an ARC copy of Bittersweet Trust for an honest review...and I have to say that J.L. Beck has done it again...she delivered a heartfelt story with lots of angst!! The entire Bittersweet series is absolutely amazing!

We all have darkness in our lives, and the adversity we endure helps to mold us into who we become and how we interact with others. J.L. Beck's ability to display the darkness and vulnerability within each character sets her writing apart from so many others. I absolutely hated Corey for his treatment of Jenna...but J.L. made me see the pain that shaped him...and gave him a chance at redemption - which he needed!

Make sure you pick up a copy of all of the Bittersweet books...they are all amazeballs! J.L. Beck is definitely an author to keep an eye on! Five stars!

I love Mimi and Corey. This is after Mimi broke the news to Corey that they were going to be parents and of course Corey goes to his habit of running. Which shattered Mimi's heart to pieces. Mimi had to do a lot of strength healing to get thur the pain and missing the one thing she loved most.
Mimi started her class and met Declan who became a friend but seemed to want more, even though Mimi doesn't.
Corey is so upset that he did the wrong thing and tries to be there for her but its not the way it was. It the old Corey ways. Mimi pushes Corey away to show she is moving on from him and it breaks him. but it isn't the truth at all. Mimi wants him and only him.
This book was wonderful. You can get so wrap up in the story that you fall yourself. another great book from J. L. Beck love her.

JL Beck this is your best book yet! Corey and Mimi are my favorite characters because you just love to hate them. I mean Corey is such an ass but I love him to death and Mimi is always a well deserved bitch. I can't get enough of them. I laughed and cried and was shocked by a few things. Way to keep me on my toes JL Beck! I would recommend this book to anyone who loves a good read because this is it! I really don't want this series to end yet because I'm not ready to say good bye to everyone.

☆☆☆☆☆ 4.5 ☆☆☆☆☆

A continuation of Mimi and Cory’s love and hate relationship.

The last book about Mimi & Cory Bittersweet Hate, left me heart broken. When Cory walked out of Mimi’s life after she told him she was pregnant, was really heartbreaking. This book will change all that, this is all about Cory’s redemption.

Mimi was a wrecked when Cory walked out, what she didn’t realized was she wasn’t the only one. Cory loves Mimi with all his heart, but he was afraid. He was afraid he would become like his father, so he let his fear get the best of him. Instead of being happy with the news of becoming a father, he acted like the biggest jacka** in the world and said the most hurtful things and left. Their separation was hard on both of them. Neither one knew what to do, so they did nothing.

 photo BittersweetTrust-Teaser.jpg

As always Jenna is a great best friend, who always thought of ways to get Mimi and Cory in the same room. After Mimi shared her feelings with Jenna, they plotted a plan to get Cory back. Little by little Cory comes crawling back, begging for forgiveness. While he pushes his way back, Mimi pushes him away…until they both surrendered.

Yes, this book is not as hot as Bittersweet Hate, but it is the conclusion of Mimi’s and Cory’s story and the best ending they deserved. Even though Mimi and Cory are both stubborn, they always found balance with each other and became the sweetest couple.

There is also a new character in the book named Declan, who is the sweetest. He became fast friends with Mimi, when Cory and Mimi weren’t on speaking terms. Even though he didn’t know Mimi that well, he cares so much for her and made sure Mimi was alright. The best part was when he punched Cory for hurting Mimi and at that time Cory deserved it. I can’t wait to read Declan’s story.

I just finished Bittersweet Trust and I just loved it! What a way to end this series or is it??? This is following Corey and Mimi's story. As you know, in Bittersweet Hate, Corey has flipped his lid. He says and does things that most would consider unforgiveable when finding out that Mimi's pregnant. Lets just say I was beyond pissed that he would act like that! This story is about him trying to get back with Mimi's and take care of both her and his baby. Will Mimi be able to forgive him? You will just have to read and see.

Im digging Beck. I just love her characters and just love how much depth that they have. For having 5 novellas out, its hard to keep these characters going and to also make sure that they are still the same characters as they were in previous books. I can most definitely say that Miss Beck knows how to rock it. She knows her YA genre and makes me wish I could roll the time back and experience it again.

Corey is an asshole that's for sure but at the end of the day when you think back from the very beginning he has changed and I think that it is for the better. I just wish he wouldn't run when things get tough but he is a guy so I am not surprised! Mimi is one tough girl to deal with Corey. She gives as good as she gets and that's what makes her memorable for me. Shes a tough cookie. They both definitely have a lot going for them and I so wanted them to work it out. One thing that is for sure, their hate for each other fuels their love and it was an enjoyable experience to read.

I so love this series and each one I wasn't able to put down. You have to get the series that's for sure. You are missing out!

****HIGHLY recommended that you read Bittersweet Hate before starting this book****

J.L. Beck has done it again. She has concluded the Bittersweet series in a way that'll leave you satisfied.

...well, if you're a normal reader.

I wanted more. I wanted more Corey and Mimi. I wanted more of the other characters that the series revolved around as well. I want soooooo much more because the author is extremely talented and has the ability to create a unique story that will leave you craving for more.

I've hated Corey since the first book in the series. After the story progressed within the books, I was able to tolerate him, but towards the end of Bittersweet Hate, I was mentally destroyed. I was angry at Corey. No, furious! The things he did was somewhat of a shocker to me, and I was torn apart, wrecked and shredded to pieces. J.L. Beck was able to stir the reader's emotions and keep them in medium suspense (just the right amount), leaving them hungry for me. She was able to write in a way that helped the readers connect with the characters and feel as if they were there, sharing Mimi's feelings (or Corey's) and living the moment with them.

I loved it. Loved it all.

It's one of those books that's hard to put down. In fact, the entire Bittersweet series is like that! I want mooooorrrreeeeeeee!!!! *sobs*

This is a book that you don't want to miss out on. DEFINITELY recommend it!!

In Bittersweet Trust we go back to finish Cory and Mimi's story. Cory and Mimi's story starts in Bittersweet Hate. Cory and Mimi's story in my favorite of the Bittersweet series. Bittersweet Hate left us off with Mimi telling Cory some surprising news and Cory handling very badly. In Bittersweet Trust Cory works hard to make up for his bad reaction. Mimi makes it very hard for him and doesn't take him back very easily.

Both Mimi and Cory are very strong headed. In this one we get to see a lot of growth in Cory. At some points I was a little mad at Mimi because I felt Cory was working so hard to get her back and it seemed like she didn't care. Mimi is just scared to get her heart broken again. In the end it was a great story. I loved reading Mimi and Cory's story. I can't wait to read Declan's story in Bittersweet Redemption.

A copy was received for a review.

Bittersweet Trust is the conclusion to Bittersweet Hate; Corey and Mimi’s story. Corey destroyed Mimi at the end of Bittersweet Hate and she is left pregnant and to pick up the pieces of her life. There is raw emotion that seeps through the pages right from the start and before you know it you are pulled in. It peels back all the layers of and gets down to the heart of why Corey is the way he is. With a little help from some friends; Mimi gives Corey a little taste of his own medicine. He realizes that he must change to keep Mimi. This novella is a journey for the two main characters; all about the chance and the chase. J.L. Beck just keeps getting better and better.

I received an ARC copy of Bittersweet Trust for a fair and honest review.

This was the conclusion to mimi and Corey`s story and I LOVED it!!!! Mimi is so strong, has a thick shell she hides behind when she really has a core of marshmallow. She seems so tough as nails you can't bother me except with Corey because isent that always how it works lol Now to Corey I don't know what I wanted to do more kiss him or punch him in the face! Seeing as he has demons of his own it made sense to his reactions to the events but that doesn't mean I liked them. This couple shows that with love you can over come anything and prove all people wrong, history doesn't always repeat itself. I couldn't have asked for a better ending for this couple. J.L. dose it again showing what wonders true love can bring, what real romance is. I look forward to reading more of her amazing work!!!

Okay this was definitely the best of the bunch. The writing flowed, the story was AWESOME. Corey and Mimi grew so much in this series. I think my favorite part was the phone conversation with Corey's mom. Would love her to get a book....remind these "kids" that there is love (and sex after 40!)

I had a love hate with series...funny since that is the basis of these stories. But I have to admit the author tipped the scales to love with this book.

"In my heart, I never really gave up on you, Mimi; I never totally gave up on us. I fucked up. I've made a complete and utter ass of myself. I've made a disaster of our love, of your heart. Let me tell you something, though. In the wake of every disaster, there is a beautiful aspect to it. There's a rainbow after a relentless downpour, a sun peeking over the horizon after a dust storm. After this disaster is fixed, I know that you and our baby will be my beautiful aspect. ~ Corey Winchester

So you've obviously met Corey Winchester in Bittersweet Revenge when he's busy making ex-girlfriend Jenna's life a living hell. No, I didn't like him either and never thought he'd end up on my Best Book Boyfriend list. But somehow Corey started to turn me a little bit, when he showed a more human side of himself.

By Bittersweet Hate I had to give him a chance. He and Mimi Jones finally took their love-hate relationship to the love zone and damn, Corey shaped up into a good boyfriend. They've been in love since that first kiss. They're the piece that completes each other. Their intimacy is holy hell hot. Then Mimi gets pregnant and Corey bails. Clearly he was once again in my doghouse.

In Bittersweet Trust, Corey Winchester makes it his mission to win Mimi back. He's trying to escape the demons that he carries from his own father's infidelity. He fears he'll be the same man his father was. Why he thought running from the love of his life was a good idea, I'll never understand.

Not ready to be a dad and facing the fear of his own fatherless child hood are the main reasons Corey runs from Mimi. He realizes it was the wrong move as soon as he does it. Missing Mimi terribly and knowing he's missing part of himself, he's got to get his shit together fast.

Mimi is crushed. Corey moves out of their apartment and the two don't speak. Being pregnant and alone is not an easy task. Thank goodness best friend Jenna is there for her. Mimi is nursing her wounded heart when she and Corey end up in a class together. Mimi who is obviously gorgeous and not showing pregnant attracts the attention of Declan another student in the class. Watching Mimi laugh quietly with Declan during class is more than Corey can take.

We know through the series Corey has something of a temper and Declan is going to be on the end of that temper since he's trying to get with Mimi. Here's the thing, Declan is gorgeous and everything, but Mimi's heart belongs to Corey, even if he is acting like a tool. Watching Declan try to move in on Mimi rips out Corey's heart. And in a very heated moment during class, Declan and Corey come to blows.

Now we have a pregnant and heart broken Mimi, a broken and devastated Corey and well a Declan who pretty much knows he has no chance with Mimi. But that doesn't mean Mimi's going to take Corey back with open arms.

Will Mimi take back the love of her life? Will Corey be able to win her back? Through five different novellas this pair has always seemed to find their way to each other. But this time will their passion be enough to get them through?

I must say, Corey Winchester becomes a very worthy book boyfriend in Bittersweet Trust. Of course he's got all the physical qualities we desire in a book boyfriend. He's dark haired and dark eyed which I love. He's got a toned body and the boy does know his way around a woman's body. This time around Corey grows up and that makes him even more attractive.

I'm trying so hard not to give any spoilers because you really need to read this book. If you haven't started the Bittersweet series yet, start now!! I love this series and am so psyched J.L. is giving Declan his own story!!

A four lip smack review for Bittersweet Trust and a thank you for continuing the series!!

4 Starts!

"Sometimes people come into your life and leave, but not before putting an imprint on your heart and teaching you a life lesson."

I just finished reading this and I am so excited to finally get the conclusion of Mimi and Corey's Story. The ending to their first story seriously left me yelling....WHAT!! So when this book finally hit my Kindle, I could not wait to get started. I have loved Mimi since the beginning! I have always loved her snarky attitude and the way she has always supported the people she loves.

Corey has come a long way throughout this series. Since book one, he has always been the asshole. He has always picked on people and has never cared about anyone but himself. He was going through a lot with his family but took it out on everyone else. As the books went on, little by little, Corey has started to become a better person. His relationship got better with Jenna and his true feelings for Mimi were starting to surface. Mimi brought the best out in Corey, and no matter how much crap he put her through, their love was strong enough to get them through. Corey would do anything to get Mimi's trust back, and had no problem letting her know how he felt...

"Yes. Deny me all you want. Tell me you hate me, scratch me, smack me, yell at me...Do whatever the fuck you have to do, but never, and I mean never, give up on us."

Bittersweet Trust was the perfect conclusion to Corey and Mimi's relationship. I feel that we really got to see the true Corey, and not the Corey he has always tried to portray himself to be. The way he is with Mimi really shows how he truly loves her and how he is finally letting his walls down. The fears that he has always had are finally put to rest and he is able to finally live. With this new revelation Corey is ready to put all his cards down for Mimi, and ask for her to do the same....

"I want you. All of you. The fucked up, the good, the bad, the ugly. I'm far from perfect, Mimi. I've fucked up so much. I've made mistakes, but nothing was as big as walking away from you. So please...Just..." My fingers dig into her hips as if to hold her into place so she can never run away. "Just forgive me. Please. Be mine. Let me love you. Let me be everything you need."

I really enjoyed all the stories in this series. Each individual character has had a special role in bringing the stories alive. I will say that I was sad to see that it was ending....but I am happy and very interested in this Declan guy, sounds like he can be....Yummy!

Trust Me...

Trust me, Bittersweet Trust had me on the edge of my seat as I anxiously read to find out what would happen next. I had to find out if Mimi and Jenna's schemes worked, if Mimi would let Corey back into her life, if Corey would become the man he needed to be, if Declan would be more than just a friend, and if Mimi and Corey would be able to finally settle and create a loving, nurturing home for their family.

Trust me, I have enjoyed reading this Bittersweet series and witnessing, first-hand, J.L. Beck's growth as an author. Each book builds on her writing experience as she weaves complex issues and feelings with more depth and finesse. Beck also creates more dimensions within the characters as they grow and changes the dynamics of their relationships with each other mature. I enjoyed seeing multiple sides to the characters - more than anything, they became vulnerable and that vulnerability drew me in like never before.

Bittersweet Trust is my favorite book in this series. This is mainly because this book truly highlights J.L. Beck's ability to not only tell a story, but draw the readers in and make them feel for the characters. This is the first book that had me guessing, had me fighting the urge to read the end first just to find out what happened. I feel as though Beck put more of herself into this novella than ever before. I realize that as a middle school and college English teacher, I may look at fiction differently than others. I always tell my students that writing is more than just words - it's using their voice to tell a story and using their passion to pull the audience in. J.L. Beck has done an incredible job of doing this in Bittersweet Trust - I felt like she poured her heart and soul into this and shared her own vulnerabilities.

I recommend this book to all the readers who have been following this series. They just have to continue on with the drama! :) I also recommend this book for anyone new to J.L. Beck; Bittersweet Trust can be read as a standalone, as long as readers don't mind being a little confused about the history of the characters. I especially recommend this book to readers who may have given up on J.L. Beck after the first two books. I beg them to give her a second chance! Beck has an incredible new team behind her, and she is flourishing with their support! The proof is in the writing! Like I said before, her growth as a writer is evident in each book. I can't wait to see what's next from her!

Whether you are new to J.L. Beck, a devoted fan, or a returning reader, you will not be disappointed by Bittersweet Trust... Trust me! :) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

This is the fifth book in this series. This one is about Mimi and Corey. We learned at the end of book 3 that Mimi was pregnant and Corey didn't take that well. In this book we read about what is going to happen now. Corey is kicking himself in the ass for letting me get away. Now he has to figure out how he is going to get her back and prove to her that he never stopped loving her. He didn't exactly have the best examples as parents. He has been trying so hard not to be like his father that he ended up acting just like him. No matter how much he and Mimi push, fight, and hate each other they can't stop wanting each other. All that is their way of showing how afraid they are of taking a chance at what is real and stopping their heart from being broken. I really liked this book. You see how much Corey has changed. He isn't going to sit back and accept that he and Mimi are no longer together he is going to get her back. They will be a family, he won't abandon his child like his father. Mimi is heartbroken that Corey left. She expected him to run just not to say all the horrible things he said. Jenna is there to pick up the pieces for Mimi and help her. Rex and Ryder remind Corey daily of his mistake and that he needs to fix it. Its really great how they all come together. They don't sugarcoat and tell each other what they want to hear. They let each other know when they fuck up but are still they to help them in any way they can. I have loved every book in this series so far and can't wait to read more about these characters. They have all come so far especially the boys. Another great book J.L. Beck.

This series just kept getting better as the books went on !! I started the series hating Corey , I know it's harsh but he is a pecker head and truly deserved the hate. I began to like him or better yet understand him but still hated what he had done. Gave him credit for owning up and attempting to be better. Fell in love with he and Mimi's love/hate electric connection and then at the end of BH I wanted to murder him , like really 6 ft under. So all I really have to say is that I am such a sucker for these bad boys that break hearts because it didn't take much for me to fall in love with him after he wakes up and realizes Mimi is it for him. Thank goodness he crawled out of his own A$$!!

As strong as Mimi has always been she is utterly broken. Alone , pregnant and missing Corey and also hating him as always. Life is moving on and she is just drifting through the days. With some awesome tough love from Jenna , Mimi snaps out of it and makes a new friend in class , Declan. This smacks Corey in the face and moves his realization along pretty quickly. This book is full of emotions , all over the board but I think what melts my heart is reading Corey and Mimi planning for birth and being parents. The excitement felt during the doctor visits and hearing Corey's thoughts on the pregnancy. I loved being on their journey it was fulfilling and finally gave some peace. I loved the ending and was so happy for all the milestones we celebrated with them !! Would totally love to see more of them , hint hint !!!!

I am so in love with this novella series, I have read it from the beginning and at first i truly despised Corey, and you will all know why of you have read from the beginning. But i grew to love him in novella #3, but by the end of it i cannot believe the way he treated Mimi. I have to say Corey has redeemed himself to me as a reader now by how he was in this book. You can understand his nervousness and sort of see - notice i said sort of- why he did what he did. Mimi though grows stronger through this book, yes she is broken and fractured due to the actions of Corey, but come on she is Mimi F!£$%?g Jones so she will survive even if at times she cannot see how. The ending of this novella was so sweet and had a serious heart in the mouth moment where i was praying for the correct ending i felt it needed and J.L. Beck did me proud and i was very happy. This novella like all the other stories incorporates the other Bittersweet novella characters in it, in a way that does not overshadow the central characters story, but enhances it. And we see some progression in the story of Rex and Jenna, but also the introduction of Declan :) i will not say anymore as i do not want to ruin it for you. But trust me when i say this is a novella series where you grow up with the characters and travel through their journey not as a bystander but as a part of the story like you are a part of their group. Another excellent read :)

4 Stars!

This is the conclusion to Mimi's story. This book is NOT a standalone.

I couldn't wait to get the conclusion to Mimi's story. This book had me on pins and needles most of the way through, trying to figure out what was going to happen. When we met Mimi in book one, I didn't like her that much but as time progressed, I have learned to empathize with her (or maybe it's just she has grown on me).

Prior to this book, Corey left Mimi and she has alone and pregnant. This book picks back up where book one in Mimi's story off. You will our get all of yours answers. Will Corey com to his senses? Will he come back to Mimi? Will Mimi take him back or has someone else stepped in already? Will Corey and Mimi get their happy ending.... together?

Hmmmm, Corey did somewhat redeem himself in this book. I wanted to cut him at the end of their first book. I mean seriously... he was a douche and a coward. The chemistry between these two was scorching but that isn't always good. These two brought out the worst and best in each other at times throughout the entire series.

I was happy with the ending. There will be another book in this series following someone new/

I recommend this book and series.

I received an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

I will start off by saying that I have enjoyed the "Bittersweet" series. I enjoyed this one as I have the others. In saying this, what I will say is that they kids aren't too far out of high school so they still have some growing up to do. This more of a coming of age type of story with some sex thrown in. It is important to remember this while reading and to know this before picking this up.

If you are expecting to find a "mature" character read then this is not necessarily the book for you. While I think Mimi and Corey are both immature and BOTH have a lot of growing up to do this story tells their story and them coming around to it. They may take a while to get there and you may want smack them both LOTS, but eventually they come out on the other side.

Yes, there is some grammar/punctuation stuff, but I have seen WELL seasoned authors miss things too and many of them have big companies backing them with editors to fix said problems. Yes, there is language and the characters act immature, again I remind you they are young :)

I was kindly given this ARC in exchange for a honest review.
I've read the whole series and Corey and Mimi's chemistry and sometimes harsh banter has been my favorite. I love reading how they went through major tribulations and at times that hated each other but even through the hate their Love for each other was like no other.
This conclusion was on pointe, it started with Mimi pregnant and no Corey he couldn't handle the thought of being his father.
Mimi was not managing very well with a broken heart, she had the support from old friends and new friends but it wasn't the one who truly mattered.
The twist and turns of their relationship during this novella kept me guessing kept my emotions on high then on low. There were times I was crying and times I was laughing, what a great conclusion to a awesome couple.
I don't want to give away anything but I will tell you this book was so good JL Beck has done it again. I highly recommend this book and the entire series it's defiantly not something you want to miss out of.

This story has laughs, pain, betrayal, and heartbreak.

This is Mimi and Corey’s story. This book continues from where Bittersweet Hate left us. Corey has just broken Mimi. Mimi is trying to pull it together but seeing Corey every day is not helping. Corey still wants Mimi but can’t figure out how to get her back and keep her. Enter new guy. As soon as the new guy comes on the scene seems Corey tries to get his act together. As the story progresses you wonder if these to headstrong people will make it or should they just end it now? Can they keep the past hurt in the past?

After I read the book Bittersweet Hate I didn’t think the author could make me like either of these two. By the middle of the book I still could have smacked the crap out of both of them with my kindle…… But by the end of this book these two finally grew on me.

I recommend this book and this series.

Finding out you are pregnant while in college is hard enough without the added complication of having the man who just told you he loves you walk out and shoot hateful things at you the next. Corey is in shock when Mimi tells him she is pregnant and reacts the only way he knows how by saying hateful things and running away. Once he has had time to think things through he realizes that he loves Mimi but how can he make things right? How can he ask for her forgiveness after telling her that if she opened up to him and gave them a chance that he would never leave, yet the first sign of a complication that is what he does? Mimi struggles to try and move on with her life for the sake of her unborn child but the love she has for Corey is soul deep and she is hurting. With the help of Jenna she formulates a plan to make Corey see the error of his ways. Will the grand plan backfire? Will Mimi loose Corey forever? Will Corey finally grow up and fight for happiness? Another captivating read.

*ARC received in exchange for an honest review.*

I absolutely love this series, but this is the first one I've had to rate 4.3 stars.
It felt like I was reading something from the Jeremy Kyle show. I love Corey and Mimi, but in Bittersweet trust, Mimi really started to grate on my nerves.
I have many thoughts swirling through my mind about the continuous bickering and fighting, but saying that from 75% onwards, I was laughing hysterically to the point I gave myself hiccups. The phone call to Corey's mum had me laughing so hard I couldn't breathe. Some of the expressions said we're hilarious.
So though I found this book a bit full on between Corey and Mimi, the humour won me over.
looking forward to Declan, who you meet in this book, next year.

I don't really know what to say about this book. So I will start with telling you you need to read Bittersweet Hate before you read this one. You should read the whole series first, but if you don't read BH you will be lost.

First I have to say I never liked Corey. He did start to grow on me in Bittersweet Hate until the end and then he lost all respect from me. I just never understood him or Mimi. So I am going to let you read this series and come to your own conclusions on Corey and Mimi. These characters are the type you either love or you hate.

This was suppose to be the last book in the Bittersweet series, but I am hoping for a couple more stories!!! Especially one HAWT guy who we meet in this book!!! Go and get this series and read them. They are fast, easy reads!

I was kindly gifted an advance readers copy for an honest review.

Wow Josi just Wow!!!

I don't know where to start as I truly don't want to give anything away. You all remember Corey and Mimi right?

We'll let me say there back and more explosive than before. Throw in Mimi being extremely hormonal with her pregnancy and you can imagine the explosive scenes.

Even having Ryder's story between Corey and Mimi's story you are not put off. The story line still flows. Josi had me crying with laughter with Mimi's dad OMG I almost died!

I really can't recommend this series enough, however is if the final one? Or have we for some one new to be teased with?

You'll have read and find out, once again CONGRATS Josi on a brilliant book, you smashed it girl!

This is one of those books that leaves you torn open wide, emotionally at least. I wanted to throw my kindle at moments and for an author to drawl that much emotion from me is quite a feat. These characters are so well written, its hard not to be wrapped up in their lives. To laugh, cry and I mean ugly girl cry with them. To feel their pain as if it were your own.

I love Mimi. She is one of the strongest characters I have read about in a while. Corey is a hard character to like, but seeing him grow in this read has been a great experience. His love for Mimi is strong and the fact that he knows he screwed up helps a little. You definitely need to read Bittersweet Hate before jumping into this read. :)
