I enjoyed how personable and actionable the tips are in this book. The chapters are arranged in thoughtful order with plenty of tips and how to phrase or not to phrase things that you could encounter in the workplace or even in social situations. Several of these tips I would not have thought of on my own and I’m excited to try them out.
This book is a great guide for anyone who freezes up in chats. It offers realistic advice, like using specific conversation starters instead of vague stuff. Things such as learning to read social cues and dealing with tricky moments helped my interactions as well.
