I loved this book so much. I’ve been waiting for the second installment of the Spires Saga since I finished the first book. I knew this would be a series that I would fall in love with.
This book takes character development to another level! Damian, Aziramin and Bartholomew all face their own demons in this book and come out of it with different outlooks on life. The descriptions of their surroundings and the world building is also amazing. I could visualise every detail described. Once again I loved the references to old school gaming and popular culture.
If you love fantasy, geeky references, comedy and amazing world building, then I recommend this series. This book is an amazing second to the series. I can’t wait to see what happens in book 3 of the Spires Saga.
