I thought I could build a life in the shadows, hidden from the supernatural world. Until Aiden sells me out to my enemies and Hunt gets captured in the attack.
Ezra, Logan, Hunt, and Aiden—my fated mates. Bound to me by something deeper than blood or magic, even when we’re broken.
Each of them holds a piece of my heart, whether I’m ready for it or not.
But how can I be with the man who had caused so much pain? And will I find it in me to forgive him before the Justice Guild finds us again?
Because the Justice Guild isn’t finished. They won’t stop until they have me and my daughter.
Tina had always thought that she could build a life in the shadows, hidden from the entire supernatural world. That is until Aiden sells her out to her enemies and then Hunt gets captured in the resulting attack.
Ezra, Logan, Hunt, and Aiden – Tina's fated mates. They were bound to her by something deeper than blood or magic, even when they are broken.
Each one of those four men holds a piece of her heart, whether she's ready for it or not.
But, how can she be with the man who just caused her so much pain? And will Tina be able to find it in herself to forgive him before the Justice Guild finds them all again?
Red's Pack A Paranormal Reverse Harem Romance by Lydia Cvetok. This is the sequel to Red's Wolves.
In this sequel, we finally get the opportunity to learn more about what Tina is, and more than that we get the chance to learn more about her mysterious background.
Now though the question has become what is Sasha? (Tina's daughter). Sasha appears to be far more advanced than her 1 year.
We have also seen Ezra's pack slowly grow with the gaining of new allies, although it seems that it has apparently lost 1 in Aiden through his betrayal.
Now the question becomes will Ironhide be ready for the next attack by the Justice Guild? Or will Ironhide be able to gain the upper hand and attack first for a change?
Just like Red's Wolves I would recommend this book for all the same reasons and I am sure that you'll enjoy this book just as much as I did.
In book two, more secrets and betrayals abound. The fourth mate will have to make penance for the huge mistake he made. Sasha starts acting like an older person with understanding, talking, prophecies, and powers. They still will not know where Tina came from exactly, but will discover some hidden truths from digging into her past, which also leaves more questions. Hunt will introduce a new ally albeit in a strange manner. The pack have to keep the others and themselves safe.
Things are becoming riskier and more dangerous as time goes by. They will discover how to hide others with help. Going home again is relief but brings about new worries. Those who discover bonds with Sasha and Tina will surprise everyone. This part of the journey uncovers so many things about Tina’s past. Also, it will answer some questions about Sasha’s abilities and why they are sought after. The bonds of fate will strengthen. Those kidnapped will make an appearance with help. There will be others that go missing. Some new blood in the pack. Most of all, it is time to start planning to take the Guild down and those who are allies. See what transpires in the third and final book.
Tina and her baby daughter, Sasha, are a mystery with no one knowing much about their supernatural skills, and that's the way she wants to keep it! But when one of her mates, Aiden, who is a cop, thinks he is doing the right thing and betrays Tina to the Justice Guild responsible for handling supernaturals, he finds out that he has made a very big mistake in judgment. Not only was Tina put in great danger by his actions, but Hunt was snatched up in the capture at the same time and tortured. Tina's mates are Ezra, Logan, Hunt, and Aiden; but will she be able to forgive Aiden for what he did? Because the results of his mistake are not over yet. The Justice Guild will not stop their pursuit until they get their hands on Tina and Sasha to steal whatever powers they may discover. And it's not likely they would survive what the Justice Guild would do to them. Will they escape this fate? Or will this nightmare never end?
Oh, Aiden, why? Regret is a heavy burden to bear. Can Tina forgive before it’s too late? Even with Ezra’s pack and allies growing, they need Aiden to strengthen their family’s core pack. Sasha is certainly a wildcard, so powerful for someone so young. And that Justice Guild—Ugh! C’mon book 3!
"I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.” Red’s pack. My mate’s betrayal shattered the fragile life I was trying to build. Aiden sold me out to my enemies, and now Hunt is their prisoner. Ezra, Logan, Hunt, and Aiden my fated mates are tied to me by something unbreakable, even when trust is gone. Each one owns a piece of my heart, whether I want them to or not. But how do I stand beside the man who delivered me into danger? The Justice Guild won’t stop until they have me and my daughter. To survive, I’ll have to decide whether love can overcome betrayal, or if forgiveness will cost us everything. 💛
Who or what is Tina ("Red")? Who or what is Sasha? We learn a bit more of Tina's mysterious background. Her daughter, Sasha, seems rather advanced for her young age, with knowledge and abilities beyond her one year. Ezra's Ironhide Pack is slowly gaining allies, even while the Justice Guild plans for an attack. Will Ironhide be ready when the Guild attacks, or will Ironhide be able to attack first?
This one was so good. It had me devouring it. This one is packed with so much. Danger and chaos. Secrets and betrayal. I love these guys. Sasha is grown far beyond her age. It’s amazing to see. This bill was intense and had me on the edge of my seat. I was so engaged in this one. Looking forward to what comes next.
This is Book 2 of the series and it picks up where the previous book left off. The story starts off with a bang and ends in another cliffhanger. I'm now waiting eagerly for the next book.
