Full Color Easy Mediterranean Diet Cookbook

The Mediterranean Diet is the diet being touted as the latest and greatest diet that will change your life, so I thought I would see what the hype is about. The Mediterranean Diet is all about a lifestyle change versus just merely trying to get you to lose a few pounds. It is a guide chock full of easy to follow recipes along with meal planning guides that also include detailed the nutritional breakdown of the whole meal. It includes meal options for all types of dietary preferences. It goes in depth to explain the Mediterranean philosophy of not being just a diet but a lifestyle that embraces mindful eating, social dining, physical activity and stress free cooking. There is a little bit of something for everyone. You don't need to be a master chef, and even if you are an experienced cook, you, too, will enjoy the delicious recipes included in the book. So, after much thought, deliberation, and a whole bunch of tasty food, I give this a thumbs up and encourage anyone interested in trying out a whole new way of eating , add this cookbook to your repertoire!

A Mediterranean Tour

To travel the Mediterranean Sea is a master class in regional cuisine. With a long, circular coastline, and much the same ingredients you might expect some homogeny. But each culture developed unique cooking techniques, and discovered unique combinations of herbs and spices. The result is a foodie paradise. I keep expecting cookbooks based on the 'Mediterranean Diet' to start repeating the same recipes. This has not happened yet. The 2025 Easiest Mediterranean Diet Cookbook does not disappoint.

Life-changing and delicious!
