Just tell me the real price don’t use this suspicious marketing technique please. It’s dishonest. ND people prefer transparency.

Incredibly illuminating and informative, delivered eloquently in very unique and entertaining, highly original and easy to absorb and engage with fashion, with delightful illustrations and tremendously relatable examples. I'm firmly of the opinion that every individual lands somewhere along a spectrum of the tendencies which, when magnified, can result in diagnoses. I have never been formally labeled attention deficit, but recognize many of these familiar behaviors and patterns from relationships in life and own peculiar neurodivergences, this is a volume with tremendous potential benefits for all, containing insights relevant as much to those with complicated people in their lives as for ones wanting to better understand themselves and improve their functions. Also, as the introduction notes, so much of the subject matter overlaps directly in Venn diagrams with anxiety, depression, autism, bipolarity, borderline, and more, so if individuals or their loved ones are grappling with those rather than ADHD proper don't think you won't glean much of value in these pages. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful little book that I will certainly keep at my office, as a neuropsychologist!! Even though its contents are particularly useful for ADHDers, the book discusses emotions, cognitive distortions and the different steps to emotional awareness & regulation in an incredibly accessible way. Thus, it will come in handy for non-ADHDers too. It includes plenty of practical exercises and worksheets with which to train one's ability to recognise and name one's emotions, and there is also a glossary of strategies and coping techniques for whenever one is feeling a strong emotion. Overall this is an excellent resource.

What a lovely, easy-to-read guide on emotions! Works great as a handbook that you can pick up whenever you need a reminder on how to deal with the jumble of emotions inside you.

Lovely drawings and small tasks. I’m not usually a fan of analyzing myself in books, but here you only need to color which for me was even relaxing. Absolutely recommend (also for non-ADHD folk)!

Extremely user-friendly! Holds true to its "non-overwhelming, non-boring" promise. I'm thinking of sharing pieces of this with my children, as well. Approachable, colorful, and makes me feel seen. <3
