A young couple that are in love, Daniella’s father does everything to separate them but love will out!!
Daniella’s dream was to become an artist this was her life and even at the age of eighteen Stone had known that his girl would continue and succeed in her art studies and her beautiful paintings and drawings.
Stone had been within a couple of days of joining the Nany Seals and had been threatened by Dani’s father that he would have him accused of carrying illegal drug distribution or anything else that tickled his fancy and this would stop his dream career and he might even end up in jail.
The young couple had been separated for twenty years and yet both had still been in love with each other and now it seems that Dani has been kidnapped and her father has come crawling out of the woodwork and begged Stone to rescue her or else she might be killed.
The information they were given was incomplete and there were over thirty gunmen waiting to kill them and the building holding her was set to explode if any attempt at extraction was made. As soon as Stone held her in his arms and touched the bruises on her face, he knew that it was as though time had stopped for them both.
Taking his only initiative, he decided the only way to keep Dani safe was to remove her from anywhere her father was expecting her to be waiting. They has already determined that her father the current Vice President to the USA and that her kidnapping had something to do with life prior to being a vice president.
As the couple decide that they are going to ensure that never gain will they allow anyone to separate them so they were ging to fight her father and discover what he has done that has made this faction group so determined to kidnap his daughter and kill her.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story from beginning to end! Daniella and Stone fell deeply in love at a young age. Daniella was headed to school in London, while Stone was preparing to enter the military. They made a bold decision to give each other the chance to pursue their dreams, promising to reunite, even though Stone was reluctant to leave Daniella behind. However, everything took a dramatic turn when her father, who harbored a strong disdain for Stone and his family, caught them together the night before Stone's departure. This confrontation resulted in a threat against Stone, and that was the last time they saw each other for twenty long years.
Now, two decades later, Daniella has been kidnapped, and Stone is called upon to rescue her. He accepts the mission at the request of both his commander and Daniella's father, despite the deep-seated animosity he feels toward her dad. I totally loved this story from start to finish. Daniella and Stone were in love when they were very young. Danielle was going to go to school in London and Stone into the military. They were giving each other the opportunity to follow their dream. But there was the promise to return. It’s twenty yrs later and kidnappers have taken Danielle. Stone has been asked to rescue her. Of course he does it because his commander asked him as well as Danielle’s father. Even though Stone hates her father; Danielle needs him and he’ll go and try to rescue her. Stone is a loner, living his life away from people for the most part, dealing with nightmares and little sleep from his days in special ops. Danielle is light hearted, quiet, petite, gutsy, sassy and hates her father. She hasn’t spoken to him for several years. He always wanted to control her and she would not allow it. Stone is a big, broad shouldered, ripped man who is a take charge kind of guy. When he hears about Danielle he knows he will rescue her because of what they had together. Amazing strong, dynamic characters. The story will hook you, keep you interested, there is a lot going on - friendships, loyalties, drama, intrigue, mystery, suspense, danger, deception, dangerous men, lies and half truths. The story is filled with complications around every corner, lots of emotional baggage, conflicting feelings. But there is also caring, tenderness, protection, laughter, passion, romance and the real thing - love. You will feel the electricity, the sizzle, the chemistry, the desire they have for each other. It’s sexy, hot, passionate and steamy. How can two people love each other and not be together? So, so good! It has several twists and turns, setbacks and surprises. Action packed story filled with everything you want! I loved the story and the characters were amazing!.

Second Chances!
I really wish sometimes when you review a story there was a way you could give more stars then was offer,this one is one of very them.This made me cry from chapter two or three,it was so good.Stone knew what he wanted to do with his life(being a Navy Seal) but he didn't want to leave Dani.It didn't help that her father hated him and his father,so on the night before he was supposed to leave ,everything changed for the couple and not in a good way.Her father caught them together and he threatened Stone and that was the last time they would see each other for twenty years,maybe a phone call or letter at first and then they stop.But they still thought of each other and maybe that's why when Gray came to him and said Dani's father needed his help,Dani was in trouble! When he found her along with his friends Kage and Maddox by his side it was like nothing had changed for the couple.But he realizes he can't keep Dani and also she isn't safe.Dani has a secret too.Her father is hiding secerts too that concern Stone's father and why her father hates Stone so bad.This story isn't boring,just I was so mad at her father was hateful ,deceitful and only thought of himself and his career not of his family. This story did have a very happy ending,Stone and Dani did get their second chance at happiness and maybe a look alike too.I wish there was another story in this series but this is the last and I have read everything by Piper Stone excellent author!

Book 3 in the Claimed and Protected series. (can be read as a standalone)
I didn't think it was possible but this series got even better with each book. These fictional men had me swooning and melting into a puddle of goo. Piper Stone did it again. I enjoy her writing so much. The stories she writes are not only entertaining but full of so much emotion. I LOVE her characters and Dani and Stone are no exception. The plot is is full of action and excitement. There were many moments I was on the edge of my seat.

OMG! This book was good. I have been hoping Stone would get his own book after we first met him in book one. And this book was well worth the wait. I just loved Stone and Daniella's story. This book had so many emotions in their journey to a happy ever after. There was first love excitement, joy, anger,sadness, passion, betrayal, anger and love that never went away. So much to this story, with an added twist in the last third of it. I thoroughly enjoyed this story. When Book One: Kage came out, I was so excited as it wasn't a mafia book. I loved it. Then when Book Two: Maddox came out, I fell in love with the characters even more and thought you cannot get better than this story line. But now we have Stone. His story was the best. All I can say is each book can be read alone, but please, please, please read the whole series. It so good and very refreshing to see that it was not another mafia book series that seems to be the rage these days with so many authors. Very refreshing trio of stories.

It's been 20 long years since they've seen each other when her father showed up after she was kidnapped wanting his skills to save her. Not everything is as it appears as this romantic thriller unfolds. Hold on tight for a wild ride of twist, turns, lies, secrets, action, danger, betrayals and lost love rekindled.
You can't help but be pulled in by the love they have for each other and by everything they've been through. I absolutely loved this whole series. While this is part of a series it can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend you read the other books in the series.

Just WOW! You will be captured in the first chapter as this gripping story begins to unfold, Stone was asked by Daniella's father to go Paris to rescue her from her kidnapper, Matis Garmir. From there the story unfolded, but so much happened before Stone and Danielle were ever born. They were mere pawns in a chess game commanded by her father. Danielle's father was as a vile and corrupt an individual as anyone would possibly imagine. Danielle a sweet young woman that refused after several years to live under father's thumb moved to Paris making her own way without family. She pursued her art and worked in fashion to make ends meet. Stone joined the navy and became a SEAL eventually retiring to Hawaii. Just when you thought you had the mystery solved here came another twisty turn. The surprises just kept coming never a dull moment of reading. Sometimes you will find it hard to read fast enough to find out what was going to happen next.

Wow, OMG, Wow. I had a suspicion that Stone's book would be good, but this surpasses anything I could have imagined. The twists, turns, shocks and lies left me breathless and unable to put this book down. Be prepared for a late night of reading. When Stone is asked to rescue his first and only love, Daniella, after she has been kidnapped, by her father, the man who wanted him out of her life 20 years earlier, he doesn't hesitate and brings in Kage and Maddox to help. But not all is as it seems and this kidnapping seems personal. Determined to protect Daniella at all costs Stone hides her away, but the 20 years they have been apart have taken their toll and they are not the same people. Secrets and the past have a tendency to rear their head and when they are revealed, the shock stuns them both. Hot, very steamy and full of drama, action and angst. This book is stunning and I loved it. This was the perfect ending to the series and I can't wait to see what Piper Stone has next for us.

One of the most romantic stories I've read in a long time! I even had my I knew it moment. Lieutenant Stone Bellows and Miss Dani Vale are not only a cute couple together, but they could possibly melt your Kindle! When we came across Stone in Kage, I thought he was a love em and leave em kinda guy, but his story is so much more complicated. And if you love to find loathing characters to hate, there is a doozy in this story. A great read to round out the SEAL Brother's tales!.

An exciting heart wrenching story about second chances, secrets and a love that survived a generation. While I did guess about the reason for Dani’s silence, and the dispute between har father and Stone’s I was stunned at how it came about and a little perturbed at how quickly and inconclusively that story ended. However, the ending to Dani and Stone’s story was beautiful and made me cry. A great read.

I absolutely love the start of this book, it sets the perfect tone for the whole book. You can feel the connection between Dani and Stone and what time had done to them. I loved getting little pieces of their history. This story is shocking, intense, action packed, and has lots of steam. I loved everything about this book, perfect addition to an amazing series!

Wow, a book I couldn’t put down. A well written one that will keep you guessing, anticipating what will happen & a love story that will make you feel every emotion.

This story is different from the previous two in the series in that it did have action and suspense which I am totally there for and it had so much more in terms of personal relationships. For me, the story was more about the relationship between the two characters and how even after 20 years they learned to reconnect. It is a beautiful love story. There is a twist, of course I won’t tell you what it is, but it had me smiling from ear to ear. A great ending to the series.

I must admit, that for all the hot and steamy scenes contained within, what really got to me the most was the pathos and secrets that separated them for twenty years, causing major misunderstandings. Mind you, I also really enjoyed the storyline and character development. It full of action and adventure as well and is an entertaining read.

Claimed and Protected series: third book. It is off the charts! Loved the Search and Rescue for his forever flame is not over. Why was her removal needed? What is her shady father up to? These two can set the reading app to flames with their chemistry and resolving the problems hey encountered over the years. Loved every chapter of it!!.

The best!
I have read a lot of Piper Stone’s books. This may be my absolute favorite.
The characters are complex but still relatable. Some plot twists were a little bit predictable, but they developed in unexpected ways.
The editing was also better than the first two books in the series.
I sincerely hope that more books like this will be written. Books that are not about the mafia yet still have alpha men with shadows in their eyes.
