4th in the Preternatural Investigation Agency series. When a werewolf is found dead in the woods, Agent Charlie Jacobs is called in by the police to assist with the investigation. After Charlie discovers that a second pack has moved into the woods on the outskirts of Riverside, he realizes that things are even more complicated than he first thought. Wolves are territorial by nature and werewolves are no exception. As more attacks happen, Charlie knows he needs to find out who is responsible before a pack war erupts. Meanwhile, as Agent Rick Thornton continues to struggle with his empathy, he encounters a terrified woman on the street and finds himself drawn into her case. It soon becomes clear that they are not dealing with an average stalker. With the help of the rest of the PIA, Rick races to stop the madman before he destroys any more minds in his search for sanity.
Hi, I am an author and mom to one very energetic horse and three slightly demonic, yet cute, cats. So far, I have published four books (available on Amazon) and am working on my fifth. My first book Midnight Reflections is a mystery thriller involving vampires, werewolves, warlocks and a serial killer. Basically, the story starts with an young woman struggling to deal with being turned into a vampires. Shortly after she begins adapting to her new unlife, a friend of hers is killed and she becomes involved in the investigation into finding the killer and begin working with the Preternatural Investigation Agency, which is run by an ex-cop turned vampire named Tom Duncan. In a world where vampires and werewolves are common and accepted, sometimes it is hard to find the actual monsters. My other books continue the sage of the Preternatural Investigation Agency.
This was the best story yet! OMG! It was so intense. They were trying to catch two different serial killers. One who was killing werewolves and another humans. This one pulls you in until it's over but then you want more. This is one of the best series I have ever read.
