What You Know 'Bout Love
Sienna Bridges is your ordinary woman. She’s strong, determined, and a great mother to her seven-year-old daughter, Seveyah. The only thing missing from those qualifications is the independence her daughter’s father, Tycen, refuses to give her. Tycen is the perfect example of a fuck boy. He uses his money as leverage to control Sienna, and so far, it’s been working. That’s until Justus comes into the picture and shakes the table, causing Tycen to lose his grip and possibly everything else.
Justus “Jay” Jury may look like your typical pretty boy, but trust he’s not the one to cross. He’s never been in a real relationship unless you count the tryst he’s been having with Kapree for the past three years. In his head, it’s just sex, but Kapree thinks and says otherwise. She refuses to sit by and watch the man she loves love someone else. She does everything in her power to show Justus that she’s the woman for him. Will he realize it, or will Kapree set herself up for her own heartbreak.
Truth “TJ” Jury is Justus’s younger brother and his right-hand man. Truth is raising his seven-year-old son, Cameron, with the help of his mom and brother. He’s not susceptible to relationships because of the way things ended with Cameron’s mother. He befriends Alaina, who herself has doubts about men and relationships, and they both start to wonder if all relationships end badly.
Alaina has a past that she left behind, or so she thought. With an ex who doesn’t know how to accept defeat, and a new interest in Truth, will Alaina be able to move from her past and move on with Truth, or will she get sucked back in?
Follow these couples through their journey on finding out what love really is.

It starts off slow and a bit weak minded then it picks up the pace and the main characters get a backbone and the story becomes enjoyable.
I loved Ms Rea and the values she brought to the story. In the end we get love and happiness

Another good one!
Sienna and Lai crossing paths was the best thing to happen with them next to them crossing paths with their men. The four of them taught each other that love didn’t have to be hard, was okay to love in exchange for love and nothing else.

They Were Loving The Wrong Person!!
Tycen is a f#*& boy. He had Janae but not allow Sienna to have anybody in her life. Sienna finally got tired of Tycen ish. It's a lot women out there like that. He hated that Sienna is independent he wanted her like Janae depending on him for everything, she finally knew her worth. Kapree ole cumbucket a** knew Justus wasn't going to wife her. Renee went through a lot living in her mammy's household but she only got five years she should at got ten or fifteen. Tycen ain't care nothing about Seveyah. Like Sienna said he dropped her like she was trash. Justus had them though. Cameron tickled me when said he thought Truth was gay. Truth had his eye on Alaina. Truth let Alaina and Quentin their conversation going on before he went off. Truth is silent but deadly Justus is too they don't mess with nobody unless they with them and the people they love. Cameron and Seveyah don't have no either choice to get along.

this story moves fast
Sienna wanted her independence from her ex Tycen who wanted his cake with a extra slice of pie because he also lived with his other baby mama and he just could move on and Justus just swooped in and took control without making Sienna feel like she was being controlled but he cam with a jump off that didn’t know her place …now Alaina and Truth both had a heartfelt story Truth losing his sons mother in childbirth and she being a child of the system with an ex who wanted babies with another women but not her I wish the author would have elaborated on on their journey cause that would have been a whole lot to in pack so maybe we will get their story and hope Ree get on to cause she went through something for her boys I want a confrontation with her momma and uncle

Love Is Painless
I loved this story and hope to re more of Sienna & Justus as well as Alaina & Truth! Whew I loved the part of the kids as well, honey You know we have kids that act as though they've been here before, Sevayah & Can (smh)! I love the family dynamics and how friendships and relationships were built up! Tycen and Kapree , she'll got exactly what they deserved! I was so angry about Truth & Justus mom situation, but baby you made Ree Ree to be a strong woman and not dwell in her situation! Loved the epilogue, because I feel like more is coming!

Enjoyed
I enjoyed this read and all of the drama. From the very beginning she accepted to much mess from her baby daddy. She let him get away with so much. He was controlling, and though cause he paid the bills and kept her from having a job and a man that everything had to be his way. But he finally met his match, when she met a real man. He showed her what real love is and her baby daddy and his bed buddy both lost their minds and their lives. Definitely worth the read.

Alaina is completely alone in the world after running from a mentally and emotionally abusive relationship. Truth is the ultimate playboy after the love of his life losses hers during childbirth, leaving him to raise their 7-year-old son.
This story was sometimes funny but other times sad. I enjoyed it a lot.

I loved it this book was everything from the beginning to the end. I love Sienna and Justus relationship. I was so happy that they got together though. I also loved Truth and Alaina relationship as well though. Truth son was something else. I didn’t like Tycen and Kaperee and I’m that Justus did what he had to do though.

Oh yeah, this was gooooddddd. I can't stand women like Kapree. How you ! How you love someone who did nothing but sex you? And you act a whole fool. I knew Aliana ex would show up, jus glad he got the hint and kept it moving. Them kids had me rolling😂 Ty didn't care about nobody but himself. How you leave your child😠 He got what he deserved.

Great story
I really enjoyed this story. Sienna was working my nerves in the beginning. She was letting her BD have too much power over her. I’m glad she with the winning team. Justus came, saw and conquered. I’m glad Sienna did what was best for her and her daughter.

What You Know
This was a great standalone read! I love how Justus and Truth operate. The story behind their conception could be a book in and of itself. Lai and Sienna became fast friends and their friendship was built to last!

Sienna was able to find love when she wasn’t expecting it. Justus came in and swooped her off of her feet and showed her what a real man’s about. Truth was able to move on and find someone for him after losing his girlfriend/ baby mother. This book was a good page turner.

Toxic male behavior is not acceptable!
What is wrong with these men trying to control women? If ever a book had me agreeing on the antagonist ending it was this. The sad part is his behavior has been in the news. I thought the same if that real life person too...he had to go!
