I thought it would be a book about making healthy toothpaste at home but for the most of it the author brings arguments on why commercial toothpaste is bad. It can't be called a DIY Toothpaste book when only 5 pages bring recipes about it.

What happened to the recipes?

This book has lots of interesting bits of information, and many reasons for making your own toothpaste. However, it only has two recipes for toothpaste. That definitely is not everything I need to know. The book tells you to look on the internet for recipes.

Easy to understand. Lots of info on why regular toothpaste is not as good for you. Has two recipes and one is super easy.
