After leaving me with a HOLY SH!T cliffhanger in the 2nd installment, I was so happy to read more...

Starting where it left off, we're taken through the emotional journey Brie goes through in learning what Sir has been keeping from her. I was REALLY happy to see Brie "stick up" for herself in this one. The fact that she was able to express her true feelings openly with Sir was refreshing.

Oh Marquis Grey. I have to "hand" it to you. You really know how to make a girl feel loved, both physically and emotionally. Brie's a lucky girl to have you in her life.

We get to learn a little more about someone we haven't seen in a while, but I'm not giving up who. You'll have to dive into this one to find out. But it was intriguing to see 2 subs interact with one another so candidly, IN the training center. That is, besides Lea, of course.

*Sigh* - What a Christmas present. I can only imagine what that reflection looked like...

And that ending....happy smiles and tears all the way around!

I really enjoyed this book! I was nervous to read it since the last one left us with such a fear of foreboding. Although I was surprised by what Master had to tell Brie, I liked that he was just trying to protect her. It also reminds us that life is a rollercoaster. We have many ups and downs. It's our mate that helps us bridge those lows if they are let in and not kept in the dark. Master still has to fully realize that fact. I enjoyed the whole Christmas scenario and their gifts to each other! I especially loved the interaction with Marquis Gray. He continues to be very special to her. This book left me with such a happy, satisfied feeling! I read it straight through! I love the holidays and really liked how special this first holiday season was for both of them!

I am a huge Red Phoenix fan and I have loved all of the Brie books, but this one has instantly become my favorite! Red has given her readers an amazing Christmas gift with this story. She uses her beloved characters, Sir and Brie, to tell a most amazing story of the ultimate Christmas gift, unconditional love.
This is a book I will reread many times, and I have no doubt that my happy tears will flow every time, and I will feel the effects of the intensely sensual scenes that Red has so perfectly created. WOW!! I highly recommend this book for all Brie fans and I absolutely can't wait for the next book in this series! Magnificent writing, Red!!

I absolutely love this book. I so missed Sir Davis in the last book. It is just something about him. The book started off with a test to Brie and Sir Davis's relationship. But I loved how Marcus Gray knew what they both needed. The sex scenes between Sir and Brie are just so hot actually all the sex scenes are. It was too funny when Brie was getting her cooking lessons from Boa, Marcus Gray would give her lessons (too funny). he was sad as to what happen to Sir's mother and the torment it had on him. But as always Brie was just what he needed. Sir really knows how to celebrate Christmas now who knew he had it in him. The Christmas Scavenger hunt was so sweet and thoughtful (who knew other uses for simple Christmas items. I love Sir and Brie. I can't wait to see what June 25, 2015 brings.

Love it love it love it

Just when you think Red Phoenix can't possibly out do herself she does. Ms Phoenix has indeed done it again with the loveable Brie series Submissive in love.

The last book told us that Sir, was keeping a big secret and everyone knew, but her. In this book we find out what the secret is. And wow. My heart for Sir broke. But, I felt for Brie because she was on the receiving end of situations, and although she handled them in the correct way a submissive should, I couldn't help but think, for the first time EVER! that Sir was in the wrong.
There is more of Brie's terrible cooking, a confrontation with Marques Grey, a spanking session with Coan (yum-my) and a flogging with Marques. Christmas also happens in this book, and I must say I would LOVE to have a Brie and Sir Christmas.

Great scenes in this book, yes the sex scenes are brilliant as always, but their are other scenes that are powerful. When Sir tells Brie about what has happened, the way he acts and his demeanour is all wrong, but it has a very powerful affect. The scenes (not sex scenes) between Brie and Sir, the interactions between the two I found that Brie was in a way the dominant one, Sir was unsure of himself while Brie was full of confidence. It was a nice change in a way to see Sir, a powerful and in charge and ALWAYS in control, this made Sir more likeable and approachable while still maintaining his role as the Dom in the bedroom. It was refreshing and humbling to see Sir act in a way then what we normally do. But it's Sir and it won't stay that way for long.

So far I have loved EVERY BOOK in the Brie series, but this is my favorite in the 'Submissive in love' series.

Now I want the next book. Can't wait.

The 3rd book of the Brie series has been more difficult for me to read but I feel like that's because we're seeing more real life relationship drama taking place. I really liked what Thane did for Brie for the holidays but was still miffed at the end of the story. I'm hoping that he's not trying to just brush over what happened and hope that if he keeps Brie "entertained" that she'll just forget about it and leave him alone. When we find out in this installment what Thane was hiding from Brie, I couldn't help but totally sympathize with her feelings. I honestly don't sympathize with Thane at all in his assumptions that he's "keeping her safe". I felt like it was a total cop-out so that he could maybe get away with not having to have an actual real and honest relationship with Brie. His selfishness, which is in no way selfless, had me up in arms for Brie's sake and I was so glad to see her fight for what is right in this scenario. I just hope that the big announcement at the end of #3 doesn't magically makes the drama behind Brie and Thane's first real fight, magically disappear. I'm really hoping that not only is this the chance that Thane needs to grow up as a character, but also a chance to show characters living the D/s lifestyle reacting to grown up situations as grown ups, not just using sex as a means to not have to deal with anything.

I know I seemed like I just bashed this story but truly I wouldn't be so upset if Red and her characters didn't have this amazing ability to completely pull me into the story and make me feel like I'm there. Well done Red!

I received this book from the author for an honest review.
SQUEEEEEE!! Another awesome installment for Brie and Sir AND their Condor love story!! We started the story with Brie leaving Denver to go home and confront Thane/Sir about what he isn’t telling her. In typical Sir behavior, he apologizes and is ready to accept a punishment of rice but his forgiving sub won’t hear of it.
Brie is continuing to film her 2nd movie when Master Grey and her have a convo which then leads to confrontation with Sir and Master Grey. But I have to say, Master Grey defo got my attention this book. He is really a wise and true Dom. He looks out for all subs that he considers one of his. He forces Thane to look at his behaviors towards Brie which I think may have been an eye opener for Thane himself.
As usual Sir and Brie’s fun and expressive relationship is as hot and spicy as ever. I love how Sir can take Brie’s hopes and desires from her journal and tweak them a bit for mutual enjoyment!! I also love the Virgin chapter because he brought back those “first time” memories for us along with Brie…sigh…..
Sir is really going through a lot this chapter but after his show down with Master Grey I think he realized he needed to fix some things. I loved the holiday tradition Brie started but also hope that Sir will continue his holiday treasure hunt for Brie!! LOL
In usual meanness , Ms. Red leaves us screaming and giddy for the next chapter!!! I love this woman but she really knows how to write that last sentence to make you scream NNOOOOOOOO not yet!!

Another superb look into the life of Brie Bennett and her Master, Thane Davis. Brie's story picks up directly where we were left hanging in her Denver Desires, with Brie learning that Sir has been keeping a big secret from her that everyone around her seems to know about. Feeling hurt and humiliated, Brie returns home to find out what Sir needs to tell her.

I was very impressed with how Red Phoenix portrays Thane and Brie. Yes, he is a powerful Dom but he also has his own weaknesses and demons that he struggles with daily. Brie wants nothing more than to help her Master in any way she can, but he withdraws from her as a way of protecting her. Brie is strong though, and resilient, and with a little help from Marquis Gray, she is finally able to break through to her beloved Dom.

The dynamic between Brie and Thane is enthralling, the love they have for each other is intense, and of course, the sex is off the charts! Holy moly, there was more than one time that my glasses fogged up from the heat between these two! What I loved best about this story, as is the case with each of their stories, is the way these two show their love for each other. It is one thing to tell someone you love them, but to show them in unique ways the depth of their emotion is a rare thing. And as it is Christmas in this story, Brie and Sir pull out all the stops to show each other how much they love each other and how deep their love is.

Red has taken us on another incredible ride with Brie and Thane, and I cannot wait to see where their path leads them next!!!

Sir is still hiding a secret that everyone seems to know about except Brie. She's hurt, left out, and desperately wants to help him. Along the way, she continues her bdsm documentary with help from Master Coen and Marquis Gray. There was a flogging scene, spanking scene, and more as the sexy, bdsm fun continues.

Every relationship gets tested. Even Marquis Gray tries his best to break down Sir's walls, and after his demo on Brie, maybe it works. I love how the community was so involved and caring about Sir during this trying time. Sir seemed very human in his distress and belief that as a Dom, he is supposed to shelter his sub. However, he is learning that caring goes both ways.

Their Christmas gifts to each other were thoughtful and imaginative. It's wonderful to witness how both are growing and becoming as their relationship deepens. I'm looking forward to more!

EXCERPT:

As tempting as those lips were, Brie avoided the kiss and reached for the bag. She looked at it thoughtfully before stating, "You deserve to be punished regardless of your good intentions. However, I'm a reasonable submissive and won't punish you this time. As long as it never happens again."

"Rest assured I shall come to you first, but I still need my space. Force in that area will only be met with resistance."

"I respect your need for space, but don't take too long to include me. It hurts.

He kissed her on the lips, murmuring, "Forgive me."

Brie's Denver Desire left us on a mini-cliffhanger and I was anxious to see where Red was going to take this story. In order for a D/s relationship to work correctly communication has to be a major priority. In this case Sir was holding back important information regarding his mother from Brie. In doing so he ultimately made her question their bond and relationship. That's not a safe place for a sub.

In Brie's Christmas Pearl Brie has some decisions to make. We journey with her as she works through her emotions and makes those decisions. I thought Ms. Phoenix did a fantastic job with this particular novella. The emotions portrayed in this book were genuine and easy for the reader to feel right along with the characters. Sometimes life throws curve balls and the best decisions are not always made. When you add a D/s situation to the decision process it's a bit more complicated and not easily explained to the "vanilla" community.

I love these scenes they connect in this story. It's a bit playful and also intense. Sir and Brie are a great match - though I was totally pulling for Tono as her Master - these two have lots of growing together to do and not just on Brie's side being a new submissive.

I was given an arc by the author for an honest review. I totally love this series. If you've not read this before you should definitely add them to your shelf or e-reader today!

In this new series of Brie, the dynamics are changing. The first series was her learning what a submissive is, the second was the beginning of living in a D/s life outside of school. Now in this one, we het to see past the infatuation. Now she is faced with learning how much a submissive can influence the relationship. And how even the best Dom can be as human and flawed as everyone else. She loves Sir, and in this third book in this third series, she gets the chance to be responsible for their happiness. Sir is at odds with himself, drowning a bit in this uncharted area. His hatred for his mother is at odds with his awareness that he cannot control everything. He had removed himself from life before, focusing on the school or his business. But now, he has Brie, and her upbringing was not the dark hate that his was. She may just save him from himself. With help from the always wise Marquis, and with the holiday approaching, Brie might just be able to bring Thane the joy he has denied himself. The subject matter in this book is deeper and heavier than some of the other books, but it is real and true. They are a pair of Condors, and with some holiday spirit, their fierce love will see them through. By doing things for each other, the love they share is hot and beautiful.

Brie Bennett has to believe that there is a good reason why her master has kept a very important secret from her. The more time that goes by and he does not tell her, the more confused Brie becomes. With the help of others, who know more of his secrets than Brie does, they reassure her that when the time is right, he will tell her his deepest secrets. Can she wait that long? Or will the secrets that he keeps tear their relationship apart?

Woah, where to begin? This book is not for the faint of heart. The intimate scenes in this book are red, red hot. You need to hold onto your hat, because you will be taken for a ride. It is clear after reading this book that Brie is willing to do whatever it takes to please her master. While it is about Masters and their submissive partner’s, it is also about the secrets that they keep from one another.

In an odd way, you can relate to these characters; maybe not in the sense of being a submissive or a master, but about the struggles that each character faces. This is the 3rd book in the series “Submissive in Love” series, and I cannot wait to read what is to come in Brie and Thane’s odd love story.

This starts where Brie’s Denver Desire ends. Brie is in her way home to Sir and she is ready to find out what is going on between them. She knows something is going on with him but no one will tell her what is going on including Sir. Once the truth came out Sir was still holding back.
Master Gray sees Brie at the training center knowing something is wrong decides to get involved. I love that Master Grey is a true Dom always watching over his subs, the subs at the training center, and the subs in the life and their family. Even though Sir was not happy about Master Grey getting involved he showed him things needed to change.
One of my favorite scenes are those of Brie's attempt to cook. Absolutely loved when Boa was teaching her to cook a special dish. As I'm reading thinking that's exactly how I cook noodles boy I'm doing it all wrong LOL. I love Sir and Brie role play scene’s brings back memories from Brie learns The Art of Submission. Sir really knows how to set up a great scavenger hunt for his sub. I hope Brie and Sir keep up their new traditions.
Cannot wait to jump into the next book to see where the next journey will lead.

This book continues from when Brie gets home.
Brie and Sir are having issues because he refuses to talk to her.
Marquis Grey has her do a scene with him on flogging for her new film. He has Sir take care of her after the scene and it finally has Sir opening up to her. But will it break through all of his Demons?
Brie and Sir have a scene together one they both will love it’s a reenactment of their favorite thing from the 1st Brie Series (Submissive Training Center) but with a big twist. I love the new twist and how it plays out beautifully WOW.
Brie is trying to learn to cook a special meal for Sir but as we know from series 1 she can’t cook. Will Boa be able to teach her better then when Marquis was teaching her to make an omelet? Will she succeed? Will Sir like it?
I love how Phoenix has made Christmas for them as a scavenger hunt. I would never have thought of doing that but now that I have read how hers played out I know what I am going to do for my husband for Christmas.
WOW PHOENIX HAS OUT DONE HER SELF WITH THIS ONE HOW ILL SHE TOP IT IN BOOK 4?????????

Fan-Frickin-Tastic !!!!!

Another 5-star emotional rollercoaster ride for Brie and Sir from the fabulous Red Phoenix. (and us of course)
You know you are emotionally connected to a story when your heart hurts while reading hurtful words a character has spoken to another character. I don't want to divulge any spoilers but, **gasp**, is all I can say for several parts of this installment. Do not despair, all will be revealed and Condor love does prevail.

I'm so glad Sir and Brie reconnected, they are truly something else when together. They really shine through the wonderful words written by our fantastic Red. May her wonderful muses forever whisper in her ear so she continues to write so we can fall in love over and over again.

I absolutely LOVED Brie's Christmas Pearls by Red Phoenix! Once again, Red's way with words astound me every time. It's Christmas Time for Brie and her Sir, but Brie finds out that Sir does NOT do Christmas! So in typical Brie fashion, she sets off to prove him wrong and do everything in her power to bring a smile to her Master's face. Meanwhile, Sir is dealing with his demons and starts to doubt if he is truly what Brie needs. It's passionate, heart-breaking, and beautiful. The strength that Brie's character has, is something to be envied. She always knows just what to say, just what to do, to make everything right in the world.

In the words of Sir, "Sometimes I forget how extraordinary you are."

More from the journey of Sir and Brie. I adore these characters and I am anxiously awaiting the next installment of the series. This was an enjoyable read that I could not put down. It had a few moments where I was sitting there with a huge grin on my face. I loved seeing Marquis Grey step in and play an important role in this one. I was never a huge fan of him, but I definitely admire him now. I don't want to give anything away, but for me the Christmas scene didn't flow with everything else going on. While I can agree that I can see Sir doing this for Brie, it just seemed to come out of left field after the previous events. I loved the Christmas scene, it just felt a little out of context.

Pearls of Pleasure!
I listened the whole book while driving. I was an emotional mess following the steps of the story and I was a hot mess after some sexy BDSM scenes!!! And I was driving!! NOT a good choice to drive when listening to a Red Phoenix book!!!! Where the other books can make my trip pleasant, with Red Phoenix stories I'm in the zone, I'm blind, deaf and completely lost in the story... I love Red Phoenix stories. I like them so much that after I make bad silly little "poems". Dreamy, creamy, Brie me, kiss me, lick me... LOL Pearl me, Brie me, dazz me, tree me, love me and most of all be with me. I told ya they are bad and silly. LOL

When I began reading this novella, I was a bit worried that Sir and Brie’s relationship was going to take a nasty hit. Brie and Sir are definitely suited to one another, and we didn’t want to see them hurt. After reading this, I know things are still not perfect between them, but I do feel a little better that things are beginning to shape up for them. I loved that they shared their first Christmas together, and the scavenger hunt was my favorite!!!!! The ending had me jumping up, crying and so happy I could scream. I can't wait for the next book to come out! Fantastic job, Red. We, your readers wait patiently for the next fantastic book.

Loving having thane back in this book. The emotional components in this one are intense and quite moving. I was so angry at thane at the end of book 2 and thought he was being disrespectful by allowing their friends to know what was going on but not his partner, Brie was once made to kneel on rice for a similar transgression (I was glad to see that he recalled that and offered to take the same punishment). But of course I cannot help but forgive him. I loved seeing marquis make an appearance again..... More of him please. And the final scene and ending was beautiful. Eagerly awaiting the next one.... Hurry up I don't want to wait.

Sigh! I love spending time with Brie and Sir, I am never disappointed. We finally learn what Sir has been hiding and it's not bad but just sad to me that he didn't want to include Brie in something so major happening to his family. I think this situation shows him that he needs to open up more with Brie in this area. I have to admit that this is the best gift giving story I have ever read! Sir isn't into Christmas but he bends for Brie in a most creative way that will melt your panties to be prepared. Excited to continue their journey!

OMG! Red has done it again. Brie is home in LA with Sir after her trip to Denver. Something is wrong with Sir and everyone seems to know what it is except Brie. She has to gently work to break through his walls and defenses to discover what his secret is. With Christmas coming, Brie is also trying to surprise Sir, who doesn't do Christmas, with a Christmas gift he'll love.

I guarantee you'll feel Brie's emotional highs and lows and you'll enjoy the ride.

I just finished reading this and it did not disappoint me. I was a little worried at the beginning about how Sir was behaving. It was breaking my heart that he could be so distant with Brie. By the end of the story though he was back to being the Sir that I have grown to love. Brie is such a caring sub and is always worried about her Master. Such a touching ending and I can't wait for the big event!
