This quick read is like an advanced pamphlet, more so than a book! It packs so much punch in such a tiny amount of reading. Although, I’m removed from the corporate world by choice, I found the concepts and principles very useful. This book has applications well beyond business. It certainly would be worth the time to read for anyone who wants to be a successful leader.

Brilliantly simple for the business person that overthinks everything. Take care of people, the most important asset of any successful business, and the business will be fine.

A must read for any leader wanting more engaged employees

This book is an absolute home run! It's exactly the right length and has great information without the filler and fluff. The author guides the reader through the six areas to fully engage your employee's head and heart.

The fact is in today's ultra competitive market, you need to have a culture of engagement that attracts and retains great employees. This is important because today it's your people that are the real differentiators in business.

Let's all read this book and take so work isn't considered a dirty four letter word anymore!
