Family First
Family First ~ PERIODT! The sibling love, support and loyalty is like no other! The love that is shared, shown and given was top tier! There is so much to touch on but can’t - 🫣 however let’s talk about it!
Duke is that brother that has your back but will make you take accountability for your actions. For example, one of his siblings got arrested had an addiction and he made him take accountability of his action as well as he is losing. Another on paid for pleasure, literally fought another sibling and was being blackmailed but again he made him accountable. All this to say, regardless of their downfalls and issues, he NEVER once turned his back on them. The way this man loved his wife, let me tell you it will have you in aww. Chey was this man everything. She was world and his peace. Their energy is that energy we all want to experience in life! That energy when you know and can feel something is wrong! Duke was standing ten toes down behind hood family, but the baby of the bunch - Listen, this man is shutting everything down behind her! However, when it comes to his mother Janay, that another situation. He loves her but despises her like no other, but with her resurfacing he’s guarded and protecting his family because her true reason of resurfacing is still a question, so I honestly don’t blame him.
Janay, this woman here! Ole girl was foul how she did her kids and mother - 😡! She resurfaced after being gone over 20 yrs and really thought she would be welcomed but that wasn’t the case. Im just hoping she truly resurfaced with real intent. But that back story and whom she’s with left me speechless. Like real - 😳! One thing I will say is NO woman should ever have to deal with any form of abuse and I mean none. Also she luck that ANY of her kids speaks to her!
Now I want to speak on all the siblings but can’t! But the two I do want to mention of Jackson and Ring! Jackson had me so upset with him. Now I get he was going through something but this ninja hitting woman- 😡 and not any woman, his sister! Oh but when I say she tap that behind, she did just that and this man going night night - 🤣! I was in tears laughing so hard cause Nik plays no games! Then there’s Ring! If he don’t go find his girl! The back and forth he was doing worked all the nerves - 🥰! Too many years has passed. But I’ll admit, it’s Duke, Ring and Khari for me. Speaking of Khari, this man here! The way he loved on Nik, babe were they at - 😜! I want a private island and private jet.
Oh but that ending!!! Where is part 3? Cause I’m needing it! Queen this installment - 🥰!

Filled with heart, struggle, and undeniable strength, Made for Me 2 is a story that will stay with you long after the last page. You’ll laugh, cry, and believe in the power of love to hold things together even when everything seems to be falling apart.

Meanwhile, Duke is constantly dealing with family issues that are shaking his family to its core. But if there’s one thing Duke knows how to do, it’s clean house by any means necessary.
Throw in more family and friends, each with their own perspectives and dynamics, and you’ve got a family that’s been stretched and bent, but never broken.
Do I recommend? Yes!

it’s Giving What It’s Supposed To Give
Made For Me (Book Two) by Amore took me on an emotional rollercoaster in the best way possible. I laughed, I gasped, I wanted to jump into the book and fight fictional characters. The twists were wild, the emotions were real, and the pacing kept me hooked from start to finish.
I had the privilege of reading this early, and I’m already counting down until I can reread it at release. This book single-handedly broke me out of my reading slump—and for that, I’m so grateful.
If you’re into Black romance with depth, drama, and heart, this is one you don’t want to miss. Now, where’s book three? 👀

Yes, it ends on a mid-level cliffhanger—but that’s exactly what keeps us hooked! These characters are starting to feel like a full-blown soap opera, and honestly, we can’t get enough. For every happy moment, there’s just enough drama to stir things up, making it impossible to put the book down. The emotional ups and downs are addictive, and the story keeps evolving in ways that leave us craving more. Can’t wait for the next installment!
