So, I started this book and was immediately drawn in. I found it a bit cheesy at first. I mean, the good girl gets hooked by the bad boy? Very cliche and no one would deny that. But the twists and turns that occur, kept my interest. Grace was a likable very flawed character that one could very easily relate to. Danny was the boy that everyone secretly wants to date and "fix" but no one really rarely ever does.
Now, I do not condone underage drinking or drug use of any kind. But I felt that this was part of the story that could not be erased or deleted in any way. I felt that without that aspect, you would not have any story whatsoever. Storm is a very messed up character that is the epitome of evil in this story. And the side story of the bi-racial brother was a bit random but in relation to the rest of the plot, it fit perfectly. I have to say that I was left wanting just a bit more.
Now I thought long and hard about the rating on this one. I am not normally a fan of novellas unless they are a side jaunt from a true novel. (I.E. #0.5 in a 4 book series - giving you just a teaser or side story to the main plot) But with three novellas released together to form a complete novel is a bit different. I am giving this a 3.5 star rating but Goodreads and such only do whole numbers so I will round it up to a 4.

I didn't know what to expect with these books. The first book is just a teaser really, the second book is pretty INSANE!! I def learned so much about drugs that I didn't know. I'd recommend this to all my friends as it's very relatable to real life. The ending was not what I would expect but it fits. GREAT INSANE ROMANTIC CHANGE OF LIFE, WILL THEY MAKE IT?!? KIND OF READ…;-O ;-)
