Quick easy introduction/overview of common speed reading techniques

The text is well written and maintains a sense of the author's voice while providing genuine content. Based on the title and information available before reading the book, I was expecting more in depth information about techniques and how to utilize them. There were several techniques presented and briefly explained in an introductory manor. To full comprehend or utilize techniques mentioned readers will need to seek further sources.
I found the book ultimately a great hook for speed reading. It is lovely for getting readers interested in and excited about learning more about speed reading.

This is about the 5th book I've picked up on this subject and for the first it has actually helped. I read a lot and need to be able to get through but yet remember what I read. This is the first book that has made any sense. Before I finished, my speed had dramatically increased. Check it out for your self.
