My life ended when I came back from vacation. Death was at my doorstep. Everything ceased to exist. To protect myself, I pushed the memories away.
All I remember is him: Sebastian Brand, my savior.
I trust only him.
I am obsessed with him.
But all I know about him is his name.
Stuck in this mental institution, I try not to think about the terrible memories that lurk deep inside me. Sebastian is the only one who can help me forget. I don’t care that they say he doesn't exist, I need Sebastian and I will find him, no matter the cost.

This is a prequel to the Delirious Series, which consists of 3 Volumes and this prequel. These books should be read in order.

★★★★! Seek, part 1 of 2 (3). Lillith finds herself in a mental institution, her nights filled with sex & kink with the elusive & mercurial Mr. Brand except no one believes her!

“But I don’t want to be better anymore. All I want is to be with him.”

Books should be read in order:
Part 0.5: Seek - Sebastian & Lillith (included in book 1)
Book 1: Snare - Sebastian & Lillith
Book 2: Seize - Sebastian & Lillith
Book 3: Scorch - Stand-alone

Seek (book 0.5 / included as prologue in book 1) opens up to Lillith Carrigan in a psychiatric hospital. She has been locked up ever since her and her girlfriend came back from a vacation. Her friend in isolation due to her wrath over Lillith not clarifying events that she has no recollection of. The loss of a friendship, pressure from staff and being taunted by fellow patients she is living her worst nightmare.

Yet her horrific existence is alleviated by stolen, kinky moments with her savior Sebastian Brand, Mister Brand; Sex in her bed at night when her roommate is away, sex in the shower with staff nearby. Except no one believes her and her every attempt to prove her truthfulness and Sebastian’s existence is thwarted. Is he but a fiction of her imagination?

What happened on that fateful vacation! Seek will scratch the surface of this mystery to unfold with series!

Seek is an excellent opener to the series. Told from Lillith’s POV we are teased right to book 1, Snare for the continuation of Sebastian & Lillith’s story.

Mysterious and cryptic plot with hints of darkness! Enigmatic hero with hints of depravity and sinister games.

Intriguing And Mysterious

This short prequel has left me captivated and dying to read this series. We meet Lillith as she is escaping from a mental health hospital/asylum. It becomes apparent early on that she is experiencing hallucinations of a man named Sebastian Brand. She imagines he visits her at the institution and they have heated sexual encounters.

While the medical staff assume that Sebastian doesn't early exist, Lillith knows that he is a real person. Unfortunately, she can't remember 3 or so months immediately preceding her hospitalization. Her best friend was also hospitalized, and needs Lillith to regain her memory to validate her story. As it is, both of them seem to be crazy. Whatever transpired during those missing months was incredibly traumatic and Lillith has blocked the memories.

I think I know what happened, but am dying to read this series and find out. Talk about a teaser! This prequel has me on the edge of my seat already!

4 deeply mysterious stars

I think it’s fair to say that this darkly erotic 80 page prequel does exactly what a prequel should – it sets up the series beautifully.  It’s shrouded in mystery and intrigue and whets the appetite perfectly for the instalments to come.

Lilith is incarcerated in an asylum following a traumatic event that she has mostly blocked out – her only memories are blood-soaked. Her best friend is also locked up in the same asylum and HATES her for blocking out the memory.  Lilith’s only light in the darkness is the enigmatic Sebastian Brand who dominates her physically and emotionally and then disappears into the ether unseen by anyone but her.

What the HECK is going on?  It’s impossible to tell before embarking on book 1, Snare, which direction this is headed in but it’s incredibly intriguing and I’m definitely eager to move on and delve into the series which will span out over several books.

Who knows how this will all pan out but right now, it gives me the same feeling as Calia Read’s Unravel.

“Well, I’m glad I can be of as much use to you, as you are to me.”
Suddenly, he grabs my hands that were still in the air. The surprise move catches me off guard, and I’m left gasping for breath as he sniffs my hair. “Do not ever tell me I am useful to you, Lillith. I am not your savior. I am merely a piece of your puzzle, which you’ve yet to unravel. Don’t take me for a kind man, Lillith, because I am not. Contrary to what you may believe, I do not care for people. I take what I want, when I want, and that’s it.”

Hmmm ... Interesting ...

Lillith Carrigan is locked up in a mental asylum for . After witnessing a horrific incident , Lillith can't seem to remember what she witnessed and how she came to be here at the institute . But the only one she seems to remember is Sebastian Brand . A man , who according to the doctors , is just a figment of her imagination . But Lillth is absolutely sure that Sebastian is real .

This 80 page novella is an interesting start to Lillith and Sebastian's story and I can't wait to read more . Part thriller , part intrigue ( and part steamy ) , Seek is the perfect start to this series . It has set the stage and the players are ready . Soo looking forward to reading what's next .

5 "Am I Going Crazy" Stars! What an amazing start to an erotic, suspense filled serial! At only 80 pages, this prequel can easily be read in a sitting and will leave you both scratching your head and clamoring for more. I love books with intricate plots that are difficult to predict, and Seek definitely delivers on this front. At this point, I honestly have no idea which way this story is going, except for the fact that it is clearly headed toward a deliciously wicked erotically sensual read. I absolutely loved the heat level thus far, and I can't wait to see what naughty lessons lay in store for Lillith as she relinquishes further control to her self-professed savior. The only question is: Is Sebastian real or merely a figment of Lillith's imagination? Either way, Clarissa Wild will no doubt take us on a scorching hot, thrill ride that will no doubt take multiple turns before we find out the true reality.

Imagine waking up in a mental institution with no memory as to how you got there. You know that something bad happened to you and your best friend, but can't remember the specifics. All you know is that a sexy man who continues to visit you at the mental institution, but who nobody else seems to believe really exists, was your savior. That is Lillith's tale and Sebastian Brand is her hero.

Lillith is obsessed with Sebastian. He is the only person she trusts. Yet she knows nothing more about Sebastian than his name. If he even truly exists, as even Lillith will freely admit that it is only when she is with Sebastian that she feels anything anymore. Perhaps he is merely a coping mechanism that she has devised to deal with her unfortunate circumstances. Perpetually numb otherwise, she shuts away all feelings, scared of what the alternative might bring to light from the dangerous secrets that torment her past.

Lillith is determined to gain her freedom and find Sebastian, as he is the only one brings her pleasure, but are Lillith's dreams capable of being fulfilled?

I can't wait for the next installment of Delirious, Snare, which is expected to be released on November 25th!

I just love this, dark mysterious read and how it pulls you in from the very beginning. This quick read had me guessing at every page and trying to find out for myself what was reality and just part of Lilith's mind. And Sebastian. You just had to love the parts where he showed up! His parts were powerful and really left you wanting to know what it all meant. The ending was just brilliant and I really like how it left our heads spinning and us needing to know what happens next! This is my second read by Clarissa and I must say that I truly enjoyed both reads and am a huge fan of her work now! Do yourselves a favor and pick up this series! I look forward to reading Snare very soon!

Che nessuno si muova. What the actual fuck did I just read?

Ovunque.
In ascensore.
Per poi essere aggredita ferocemente.
                                     Strangolata contro la parete.
                                                                  Sculacciata barbaramente.

«Volevo l'amore.»
«No... volevi me.

«Ubbidiscimi. Bramami. Tentami.

A Bit confusing

I found myself a bit lost with the back and forth of this story. Not sure what it all encompasses. Will look at the rest of the series to see if I can understand it better.

I really have no idea where to begin with this novella. Seek is the prequel to the Delirious series and it is totally mind bending. I’m still reeling from this story, trying to decide what’s real and what’s only happening inside our heroine’s head. Lillith is a unique entity and Clarissa has really done an amazing job at tapping into this woman’s head. I felt every bit of the chaos, confusion, hurt, longing and quiet strength that lurked in Lillith’s mind.

Sebastian is an alpha, through and through. While we wait for his story to unfold, I am left sweating it out in the presence of his scorching sexuality. Clarissa certainly knows how to generate that overwhelming heat between her two characters and when it comes to the lust-fueled moments of escape that Lillith shares with Sebastian, she definitely doesn’t disappoint.

The storyline that begins in Seek is wracked with suspense and mystery. Clarissa has introduced this story in a way that satisfies yet reveals nothing. I still have no idea what’s is actually happening and what is merely a manifestation of insanity. As I try to wrap my head around the things that are happening to Lillith, the feelings she experiences, and her interactions with Sebastian, I am pulled further and further down the rabbit hole. Bring on Snare!

Clarissa Wild at her BEST

This is a prequel to Snare but let me tell you its packed with suspense and plenty of dialogue.
Reading through this I couldn't help but feeling constantly at the edge of my seat, I couldn't stopped reading, this is an utterly original story. So many questions, so many possibilities, nothing is what is seems.
The story begins with Lillith stuck in a mental institution with no other memory apart for that of a name, a man, Sebastian Brand, but he is all she thinks about and he is the only thing she cares about, and it seem she is the only one who can see him also, which of course doesn't help when you are treated as crazy and locked up in a looney bin. But why,oh why is it that she is the only one who can see him?, why are all her memories erased apart from the one of Sebastian saving her from a terrible ordeal, and why can Sebastian awaken such deep desires with one simple caress, even one simple word.
This story I may add is not for the faint hearted, but you must keep on reading, this is only the first book a delicious taster, I can guarantee these series will be packed with passion, plenty of dark secrets and such mind games that can turn one delirious.
A fantastic start to the series. Well done Clarissa Wild!!

Wow, I'm speechless. I love Clarissa Wild's books but this book takes her writing to a whole new level. It's beyond brilliant.

To say I'm confused after reading this book is an under statement but it sets the scene nicely for what is expected to be a truly amazing series.

Set in a mental institution, it tells the story of Lillith and Ashley and how and why they find themselves locked away allegedly for their own safety.

The twist in the story comes from Mr Sebastian Brand. Who is this mysterious stranger and what attracts him to Lillith?

I'm ready for Snare NOW!!!!

I am not crazy. I refuse to agree with their point of view. I will not waiver. I will get out of here, one way or the other.

Reading this book was like watching the beginning of a dark psychological thriller/ mystery. It set up the story perfectly, introduced the elements needed to capture your attention and gave you just enough insight to keep you guessing and wanting more.

Something happened to Lilith and her best friend Ashley while vacationing in Costa Rica. Something so dark and horrific that both girls are now locked up in Summermount, a mental institution. Lilith has no memory of the event. The only thing she remembers is Sebastian, the man who rescued her, the man who brought her to Summermount. Lilith is obsessed with Sebastian, he is all she can think of, all that she wants. He is in her dreams and there at the facility when she needs him most. He protects and soothes her. Sebastian is everything Lilith needs. The only problem - doctors keep telling her that he doesn't exist. He is a figment of her imagination and nothing more.

What is a girl to do when your locked up and can't remember why, when your best friend hates you and when the man you want more than your next breath may not even be real?

Is Lilith crazy, does Sebastian really exist? What the hell is going on???

Seek was a delicious little read. Clarissa did a great job setting the tone and atmosphere for the series and I really can't wait to see what happens next.

On a side note, each chapter heading comes with an accompanying song. I highly recommend that you listen to each song as you read. It really lends to the whole experience and helps set the mood.

I am insane, and I don't care.

That was a little beyond twisted!

Lillith is a type of crazy that will ruin her life. She seeks out this figment of her imagination but I'm confused as to what is real and what is not. Lillith and Ashley both see Sebastian on the beach that day, however no one believes them and to top it off Lillith is constantly in some form of contact with him. Is it all in her head, maybe. I think yes. Did she see him at a distance one day and used his face as a coping mechanism, probably. But it still stands that something terrible happened. What was it?

What kills me the most is that Sebastian seems to not know her at all. Why? I have never been so confused. The confusion adds an edge to this book that can not be rivaled. In this story, we are faced with the unknown. We see only through the eyes of the insane, or is she really insane? It's hard to tell, so we are faced with these questions but there are no answers in sight. Brilliant writing!

Wow this was a dark but yet powerful boom. A first time reader of clarissa too.

Something happens to Lillith and her friend that puts them inside a hospital and her only ally is Sebastian who is in her mind only and helps her to forget what ever events took place.

Lillith takes on a sexual role with Sebastian after dark bit yet only she can see him then she plans to get out but after a night with him he is her saving grace and helps her but what happens after I don't know as that where this book ends I so can't wait to read.

Favorite scene has to be the last night when Sebastian turned up and they finnally had sex it was hot and dirty. They whole boom has this mystery in it and draws you in

This book was such a mindf*ck. I'm so confused. But it was good, really good. This book blurs the line between what's real and what's imaginary.

"My life ended when I came back from vacation. Death was at my doorstep. Everything ceased to exist. To protect myself, I pushed the memories away.
All I remember is him: Sebastian Brand, my savior.

Lillith is a beautiful girl that has had a troubled past. Her best friend Ashley and her went on a vacation to Costa Rica where a horrific accident happened but Lillith has blocked it out of her memory. Lillith as of today resides in Summermount Psychiatric Hospital. They are working with her to try to remember her past but it's not working. Most nights a man comes to visit her. Sebastian is her out to make her feel live again. Is Sebastian real or is he just in her mind? She finds his address on the web and make a break for it to find him. Will he be real and know who she is or will this all be a dream?

This novella blew me away! Sometimes books that have flashbacks tend to confuse me but the way Clarissa described them fit perfectly. Seek being the prequel set us up to a mind blowing series. What's real and what's not real is all up to Lillith. Feeling her frustration that Sebastian is real emanated from the book. The longing she feels for him poured from her soul.

Clarissa has not disappointed us with this beginning of the Delirious series. What's actually happening? I'm anxious to find out what's the truth and what's fake. Who is Sebastian Brand?

Seek is the prequel to Snare and it takes you to when Lillith is in the institution and why she is obsessed on the ever so beautiful stranger that comes to her when no one is around. You get to see how Lillith deals with the life she had in the institution and you get to see the negative impact the place has on her and her best friend Ashley!!! Very well written and flows perfectly into Snare!!

I cant even pin point why, but i loved this book so much! I fell in love with Lillith and her imaginary love immediately. The story is nothing like what im used to. There were no car chases or family drama to draw you in. And the funny thing is, it didnt need any extra filler story. It was simple, sweet & heart-breaking all on it's own. Without giving away too much of the story, i must say Sebastian is one hot, dominating male that i'd probably sell my soul to sleep with. :) the more i read about him, the more of a drug he became. I just wanted more and more. :) 5 imaginary-boyfriend-stars!

Seek is about a woman named Lilith who is in a mental hospital and doesn't know how she got there and why she is still here. She doesn't remember anything except this man, Sebastian Brand that shows up and just kind of have sexual encounters and no one believes that he is real.

Lilith knows that he is and wants to see him but doesn't know how he fits into the equation of her and her best friend Ashely being put here.

It is short because it is a prequel and it's free! Go read it!!

For a short prequel novella, this is intense. Lilith is in a mental institution and she has no idea why. Her memories are buried deep within her, but the one thing she grasps--and clings to--is Sebastian Brand. But the question remains: is he real or is he someone she imagines is real. is he really her escape or is he the demon who trapped her within herself?

This book won't answer any of those questions, but it does have me running to buy the series. I wanna know: who is Sebastian Brand?!
