Fall in love with bread

I love making homemade bread and this book has been so helpful. With well over 100 recipes I felt like this book has something for everyone. There are the more traditional recipes for sandwich style bread but there are also recipes like dumplings. I appreciated that the author put all the measurements in grams instead of cups. This allows for much more accurate preparation.

zero waste approach

With sourdough starter, you have to discard a portion to add new ingredients,or food for your starter to last. This book uses what would’ve been discarded and makes breads and desserts with it.
