Thoughtful Devotions: Leviticus

Rate this book
Leviticus, a book of laws and regulations. A book that calls the reader to live a life that is holy and consecrated unto God. While this book of the Bible may seem inconsequential, one can learn many things by exploring the verses. A greater love for the mercy and grace of God comes to the reader, understanding that the bloody sacrifices are no longer necessary. Jesus paid it all at Calvary. The veil is torn, and a new and living way is opened. Living a life that is holy and pleasing to God can be done. It simply requires a life of devotion and consecration. This devotional captures these ideas and helps the reader draw closer to God. Throughout the many devotionals, one gains a greater understanding of the depth of Scripture. This is a fresh approach to the book of Leviticus, one that encourages the reader to give this often overlooked book another look. Open the pages, read the Bible alongside it, and be encouraged as you see the book of Leviticus through a new lens.

Adam Springsteen resides in Paw Paw, MI. He has two brothers, one older and one younger. In 2003, he married his wife and today has three kids, two boys and a girl. The death of his dad in 2004 was part of the inspiration for his first book.

He graduated from Southwestern Michigan College in 2012 with three associate degrees (Accounting, Business, and IT Support). In 2023, he finished his bachelor's in organizational leadership from Urshan University. He earned his Master's in Business Administration in 2025 from Anderson University (SC).

During his time at Southwestern Michigan College, he took a creative writing class with author Michael Collins, who inspired him to write his first book, Awakening Dreams. Always feeling he had a knack for writing, he decided to seek out publishing. Since then, he has written a sequel to Awakening Dreams, nine devotionals, and a book on leadership.

In his spare time, he enjoys reading, listening to music, taking walks with the family, and going on vacations. As time has passed, he finds solace and an ever-growing closeness to his family. He attends church regularly and has done so his whole life.

In addition to drawing inspiration from his dad’s passing, he finds additional strength from the internal conflicts he has faced. He hopes that his books will be an enjoyment and a blessing while encouraging others to seek and live out their dreams.
