‘There is always more of me that has to die.’
This was quite possible the best leadership book I’ve ever read. As Scot McKnight wrote, this is ‘an apostolic, pneumatic, and christological pastoral theology.’ A call to the ‘hungry, holy, and humble’, it is a critically important corrective to leadership in our time.

I believe that this is THE book on leadership for the modern church leader. Grateful for Alain’s articulation of the current western church’s shortcomings while graciously calling us higher. If you want to be motivated to become like Jesus, this is for you.
