Whoo! What a hot and steamy novella. Zeke is returning home from college and looking for a job. He meets up with his high school best friend but realizes his friend is still just a playboy and Zeke isn't into that anymore. He sees Jamie's mom Julie when she's visiting his mom. He's instantly attracted to her. They flirt and she offers him a job at her law firm. They get closer and begin a relationship. They try to hide it but their chemistry is too much for it to only be a secret fling. How will Jaime and Melody take their news?

If ya like a lot of spice and a little plot with a reverse age gap this book will be right up your street!
Zeke is her sons’ best friend and her best friend’s son eh! Yep! Read it again 🤣 He comes back home after being away at uni, having grown up a lot. Upon seeing Julie out for the first time, he realises how stunning she is even though there’s a 20 year age gap, he is drawn to her and her to him. What follows are secret liaisons, working together and spice upon spice, in fact it’s more like a 🌽 read.
It’s a quick read and flows well throughout. It was pleasant to read a reverse age gap for a change 😉

OMG, I completely devoured this book!!! This is actually ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 read for me. The spice is this book for so good and I love a book that has the perfect amount of spice and plot in a book. Also did I mention that this book has spice because 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ that’s how much spice there is and I loved every moment of it. I finished this book in one sitting. I started this book at 8:00pm my time and I was finishing it at 11:00pm. I loved the relationship between Zeke and Jules in this book. For those that don’t know Tamed by the Cougar is an MF relationship with tropes such as Age Gap (20 years), best friend’s mom, possessive MMC, BD$M, Forbidden Love and Praise/Degradation. Quick overview, Zeke is our MMC, who had returned from college to live with his mother. During a night out with his best friend Jaime, their mothers come to the same bar and Zeke can’t seem to kept his eyes off Jamie’s mother Jules and she can’t keep her eyes off him. I want to say thank you to the author Licia Dawn for the opportunity to read this book earlier and doing an amazing job writing it. I can’t wait for others to read this and experience it for the first time. This is my first time reading anything my Licia Dawn and after reading this I can’t wait to read all her other books. Again I loved this book and could not put it down ❤️❤️❤️ and I have a feeling you will not be able to either once you start.

Hot hot hot!!! Julie (Jules) is a best friend, mother and lawyer who had a rough marriage to a jerk of a man. She noticed her son, Jamie, is acting just like his dad these days. However, when his childhood friend and neighbor moves back home from college, he’s not the child she remembers annoying her when he was a teen. Before she knows it she’s in the throes of living out her every fantasy and ones she didn’t even know she had, one orgasm at a time despite how taboo their age gap is! Licia nailed the heat level in this novella, I had a very hard time putting it down!!

I received an E-ARC of this novella.
When I started reading, I was quickly drawn into the dynamic between Zeke and Julie. Things are already interesting because Julie is a divorced single mom, and Zeke is her best friend's son AND her son's friend.
This book is spicy, it has a bit of drama, and I enjoyed how this romance is reverse age gap.
Once I started reading it, I couldn't put it down!
When I started reading, I was quickly drawn into the dynamic between Zeke and Julie. Things are already interesting because Julie is a divorced single mom, and Zeke is her best friend's son AND her son's friend.

Zeke returns home from university is not what he was expecting. His and his mother's best friend Julie, being a complete sexy MILF he wants to take a bite out of. Julie sees Zeke for the first time in 4 years, and she was blown away with how gorgeous he became. She wants to climb him like a tree, but she feels like it's wrong due to him being her friend's son who is 20 years younger than her.
They are both fighting their attraction to each other because of the people they love. So, when Zeke's mother has to go away for a few days on a business trip, this gives them the 1st chance to be alone. The sexual tension is burning them both up. Their chemistry between the sheets is spicy and they can't get enough of each other. Julie hires Zeke to be her assistant at her law firm, it's not strictly business as usual behind closed doors, but what can you do when you both can't resist touching each other. Zeke has her come over to meet a friend of his Charlie, they then have a 3 some blowing her mind, theirs as well.
Zeke is falling in love with her as she is with him. The only big obstacles are his mother and her son. they hope that nothing will go wrong with telling them. Zeke's mother already figured it out and just wants them to be happy. Julie's son has issue's already in life, so this is the topping on the cake for him. He comes around soon after. This was such a great novella! I mean, we get spicy on top of spicy (no pun intended 😏). There’s a bit of story woven in, but let’s be honest, we’re here to enjoy these two main characters dive into this deliciously forbidden angle of fun.
Julie is a total boss, killing it as a lawyer and running her own business. But… she’s missing a little something. That “little something” just happens to be very close to her, and Zeke is very interested in all her power moves. He’s willing to do anything to be by her side and is determined to break down the walls she’s built, especially because of the reverse age gap we get.
You go, Julie! And let’s just say… she definitely enjoys Zeke.
There’s a little drama sprinkled in, but don’t worry, you’ll see them end on a very positive note. This was my first time reading anything by Licia, and I have to say I really enjoyed this steamy little story!

This is my first ARC read ever and what a hell of a book to start with 😮.
From the beginning the banter between the MMC and FMC is amazing, and the flirting was great as well, to the point I laughed at parts 😂.
This is definitely for those that love a spice heavy read, it's not every single chapter, but there's enough here that when you think you can cool down, it gets going again and you're right back in it.
Zeke is a very lucky bloke 😳 (I'm sorry, he just is) and Julie is an absolute legend 😉.
There's some drama mixed in (always is in these situations 🤣) for good measure which made it amazing, the spice was good (as always) but the drama helped carry it along as it was needed.
I definitely recommend everyone picks this up on the 31st as it's an honestly cracking book and if you haven't read any of @licia_dawn_author books before, this is one hell of a book to start with.

This book is a brief yet captivating read. I loved the dynamic of the age gap. When Zeke returns home from college, he encounters Julie, his mom's best friend. They feel a strong attraction toward each other, yet they both understand the complications that come with it. However, when Zeke's mom leaves the state for work, it presents an opportunity for them to explore their connection further. The sexual tension between them is palpable, and their chemistry is sizzling, leaving them wanting more. Julie hires Zeke as her assistant, and soon after, he introduces her to his friend Charlie, who joins them for some adventurous escapades. When Zeke's mom discovers their relationship, she becomes concerned for her son but ultimately wants him to be happy. In a heartwarming twist, Zeke proposes to Julie, and she happily accepts! The story concludes with a happily-ever-after. Just be sure to check the trigger warnings before diving in!

I don’t usually gravitate toward reverse age gap romances, but this one completely won me over! I absolutely loved it and now I’m fully obsessed with Zeke; his dirty mouth had me blushing nonstop. I’d trade places with Julie in a heartbeat, even if I’m way younger than her.
Julie is such a powerhouse; she’s a successful lawyer, owns her own business, and is totally in control. But there’s something missing in her life… and that something is Zeke. He’s younger, confident, and absolutely mesmerized by her strength. He’s ready to break down every wall she’s built, and the way he admires and supports her is everything.
Their chemistry was fire, the dynamic was fresh and exciting, and I’d give anything to experience this book again for the first time. Highly recommend if you want spice, sass, and a heroine who owns every room she walks into.

Loved this so much, I read it twice! A woman in her forties! A man in his twenties. The characters were great. The story was there with a heavy dose of spice, like the spice is spicin’!!!
Julie-He’s your best friend’s son. He’s not supposed to be hot. He’s not supposed to get my motor running.
Zeke-You never expect your mother’s best friend to be hot. You never expect her to be willing either.

Tamed by the Cougar was another spicy, fabulous novella by Licia Dawn. I am always down to read the works of Licia.
I could not put the book down, the relationship between Zeke & Jules is exciting and steamy for sure! An easy 5-star review, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me and spice level I would give a solid 🌶🌶🌶🌶/5!
There are subjects that some may not find easy to read so take care of yourself and read the list from the author. If you find tropes like an Age Gap, Forbidden Love, BD$M hot 🔥, then you MUST read!

Tamed by the Cougar is a reverse age gap spicy romance. The book focuses on Zeke, a recent college grad, and Julie, a lawyer and Zeke's mom's best friend. Julie's son is also a good friend of Zekes. They soon find out they are attracted to the other. This spicy tale is a lot of fun. I can't go into too much detail without spoiling things. I like the main characters and enjoy their relationship.

This book was a lot of fun to read. It’s my second book of hers and they get better as I read. This one was well written the characters were very genuine and real as were their struggles. It was nice to see a reverse age gap. We read so much about young women an older men why not give us older gals a hot steamy story about one of our peers? It was steamy with a plot , win win! Omg, not enough words to tell you just how good this book it. 20 year age gap, She is best friends with his mother, her son and him went to school together but when Zeke comes back from college, Julie did not see the same boy, she saw a delicious grown man. This is definitely a must read!!!

Despite their 20 year age gap, it doesn't stop the tension between them. They start fooling around and hiding it. I loved this novella, it was a very quick read. One of the spiciest DELICIOUS novellas I’ve ever read 🤭 just Literal yum. Zekes mouth is FILTHYYYYY. Knows exactly what to say and might I add he’s obsessed with Jules pleasure. Who doesn’t love an obsessed man???

A fun, spicy reverse age gap novella in dual POV.
If you like your books to have a lot of spice, with some kink and a taboo relationship, this one is for you! It's got a cute storyline along with it, but it's fairly simple and straightforward, as the focus is the spice. It was well written, and the way the chapters ended had me going "just one more before I quit!"

THIS BOOK IS HOT! Wow. I read this book in one sitting. I could not put it down. It sounds like an episode of Desperate Housewives. Julie and Zeke are so hot together. The side characters only add to the story. It is the perfect spicy novella. I highly recommend!

If you need an extra spicy, quick palette cleanser; this one is for you! Lots of spice with little plot to pull you right out of a reading slump. But the spice is SO GOOD!! 10/10 recommend! Will definitely be picking of the rest of her books!
