This is a pretty good book! It’s one major downfall is that it seems to be aimed both for directors and for student leaders. The first two pillars are seemingly mostly for directors but the conducting pillar is clearly targeted for students. It’s a very good book on leadership, and I’m taking away A LOT of ideas for my program from the first 2/3rds.
