Book three didn’t just hit its stride it strutted in like a baddie who owns the room, heels clicking, collar tight, and eyes daring you to look away. And baby, I couldn’t. This series is shaping up to be a full-blown obsession and this installment? Easily one of my faves.

Let me tell you something, there is nothing like watching a couple simmer before the power exchange begins. The chemistry before the kink? Elite. Zanai is my kind of woman...soft but savage, curious but confident. And Malik? That man is a walking fantasy, the type of Dom that doesn’t just command you, he awakens you. The way he let her surrender while still honoring her fire? That’s grown folks’ magic right there.

There’s something irresistible about lovers reuniting with unfinished business the kind that lingers in your skin and your soul. That past meets present tension had me eating up every page like it was dipped in dark chocolate and sin. I mean... eye contact orgasms?! Please! Somebody send help or Malik.

The BDSM in this series is handled with such sensual grace. It's raw without being reckless, erotic without being empty. It makes you feel the power, the trust, the surrender and it doesn’t feel performative. It feels like truth. Intimate. Electric. Unapologetically adult.

Ngl, Zanai & Malik have been my favorites out the series so for! I wouldn’t mind getting a prequel of that one night they shared & a follow up story too.

Now I will say that some sentences seem a little repetitive, like the smell description of Malik’s scent & Club Eden Noir’s scent, I like ok now lmfao, but other than that this was a really good story.
