Mikayla and Elliott
It’s short, only 212 pages, but it sure does drag. Mikayla spends a lot of time with her friends and they always tease her repeatedly about how Elliott is always staring at her, that he always comes running when she’s in trouble, that he keeps showing up whenever she’s around. She repeatedly tells them they’re “just friends”. After the 4th or 5th time of the same conversation, it got old and I’m left wondering just how clueless Mikayla can get.
Well the answer to that is, pretty much the entire book she’s clueless. So the plot dragged.
I liked Elliott. He has that dangerous nerdy aura and his intentions with Mikayla were obvious to everyone but her. There’s not a lot of backstory about these two characters tho. So that’s pretty much the plot. It’s a forgettable quick read. Glad I never read the previous books in this series.

I loved Elliot & Mikayla!
What a great story! I worthy addition to an amazing series. I love all these Mafia men, but I admit that Elliot is my favorite so far. The hi-tech genius – ruthless in front of his computer as well as with anyone who dares to threaten the people he cares about. And Mikayla is who he cares about the most. He craves her from afar – through his computer screen mostly – keeping her in the friend-zone for as long as he can, believing that she is too precious, too innocent, too good for a man like him. A free spirit, a great artist working as a barista, with a kind and gentle heart, Mikayla is in love with Elliot for two long years. To everyone around them it’s obvious there is more. So, when a threat from Elliot’s world comes straight for her, all hell breaks loose. Elliot is not a man to be crossed and the ones who threaten his precious Mikayla will pay the price. Action, danger, love and so much more make this story totally un-put-downable. 5 stars.

Elliott is a man that came from a family that no longer sits at the top. However he has cultivated a business in obtaining information. During on of his assignments he meets Mikayla. He us drawn to her and continues to visit her.
Mikayala is a budding artist that works at a coffee shop. Elliott visits this shop and continues to visit her. A friendship is developed between them over time.
Elliott decides that he is going to protect Mikayla using unconventional means, Elliott is involved in a world that he dies not want to Mikayla to be a part of, so he fights his attraction. That is until something happens to her and he has to go in protective mode.
Mikalya pretends to not see the world that Elliott is a part of until she no longer can. She realizes that she doesn't mind his intrusive methods of protecting her.
This book was a good read and a good addition to the series.

This is the story of Makayla and Elliot. They meet when she walks into a shop and sees her working as a barista. From that moment on he knows he can't let her go and wants to know everything about her and become friends to be close to her and find out more about her. She is his new obsession, and everything gets more intense when it turns out that his enemies are after her, his protective side and the beast in him comes out and does everything he can to protect her because no one can touch what is his. A wonderful story with obsessive behavior and, passion, danger, action, desires and lots of steamy moments.

This has to be one of the most beautifully and artistically written books in this series so far. The way how the acceptances of the darkness of one and the openness of the light just makes this story really special.

When Elliott walks into the coffee shop to when he was running surveillance and was captivated by the barista. Their banter led to friendship or so she thought but Elliot's friendship borders on obsession and when his enemies mark Mikayla as a way to get to him he comes back with a vengeance. This action-packed drama kept me kept me glued to the pages.

These keep getting better and better. Nothing better than a sexy man who is obsessed with you, and watching over you. I loved the push and pull relationship between these two characters. The intensity of both of these characters was so much fun to read. I enjoyed every moment of this book and I cannot wait to see what more this author has in store for us. This is a must read!!

I Love mafia stories, this one had a bit of a twist. The MMC was a little laid back nerd on the outside. Glasses, laptop, having coffee in the coffee shop. Deep down inside he was the total opposite. Especially when you messed with what was his. Mikayla. This story touches on obsession, stalking, arson, and murder. Sex scenes were 🔥 and 🌶. Kudos to the author👏🏾👏🏾

Loved This One!!
Loved reading His Ruthless Touch. Once I started reading Mikayla and Elliott’s story I had a hard time putting it down. The chemistry between them was totally hot and action packed too. A definite page turner!

Finally getting their story told
I've enjoyed all the books in this series. Elliott and Mikayla story did not disappoint. The friends to lovers storyline is always a fan favorite. I was glad to see all of the husbands/boyfriends work together to help Elliott. It was a good read.
