Livia’s Discovery Workbook is a gentle invitation, not to fix, but to notice, and to move forward in freedom. Right from the start, she acknowledges that resistance may show up as you move through the pages. But instead of treating your misgivings as enemies, she invites you to get curious and let your fears to guide you.

The workbook feels unhurried and gentle. The questions don’t push for tidy answers or dramatic breakthroughs; instead, they create a spaciousness that is kind and real. It’s like having a compassionate guide who reminds you that your questions matter more than your conclusions. This isn’t a workbook you "get through"; it’s one you sit with. And each time you sit with it, it meets you where you are.

Such a thought-opener, for us deep thinker this is a perfect tool to put our wisdom and thoughts into words. This is an approach to discovery that lets you go deep, to fully understand yourself to guide you in the healing process.

To uncover beliefs that holds you back. To uncover parts of you that the ed has taken hold on. To fully live after your aligned-self. To let YOU make your own map in discovery and for life. I fully believe that if you truly use this workbook with intention, reflect deeply and study Livia’s book you’ll find your way towards a free life. You write your own story.

This workbook doesn’t waste time with fluff—it’s direct, practical, and actually usable. It takes the ideas from How to Get Out of Quasi Recovery and turns them into something you can work through at your own pace, without feeling like you’re being graded on how well you’re “doing recovery.” If you’re looking for something that meets you where you are and helps you move forward without shame, this is it.

Working through this workbook was very helpful for me.
The structure is very well organised and highlights all aspects, allowing you to gain deep insight into your own habits and needs. The layout is also very nicely designed, but not overwhelming.
By finishing the book, I realised what I really needed, and that was a magical moment. I am incredibly grateful to be able to take that with me on my journey.
