P.C Cast is always an enjoyable read. Her take on the afterlife and twins in this story was different and refreshing. Some of it was a little strange and questionable but overall a fun ride. The description for the story is actual the description for " Haunted" by Gena Showalter which was a companion story that appeared in "After Moonrise".
I liked the concept as I totally love psychic books. I found a certain aspect of it strange and struggled with if it was acceptable for me in the end( once you read it you'll know what I'm talking about, I don't want any spoilers). I really could see where the author could have expanded this book but overall it was short and enjoyable.
I love PC Casts writing and this book didn't let me down. The story has a very interesting take on the paranormal. An entertaining original story that had me engrossed from beginning to end. For me, some of the situations and the killer was predictable, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
