Tugtugan Pamorningan: The Philippine Music Scene [1990-1999]

Rate this book
This anthology documents what happened in the year 1994 when all record companies went on a signing frenzy, in their hope to duplicate, or ride on the runaway success of pop-rock band Eraserheads. It wasn’t until much, much later, in future decades, when their immense contribution to the local music industry would be recognized not just by the audience, but by their own peers, too.

It also documents who the major players/performers/bands were, and what the major venues and concerts were in the 1990s, and the environment or millieu where they lived and breathed music.

Time capsule siya ng 90s music. Ang saya magsoundtrip while reading the articles written during those times. Nakakamiss nga talaga ang panahon noon na wala pang internet, ai, social media hay those were the days..
