BLACKBEARD is Book 2 of the Blackjacks MC series. It's a steamy, enemies-to-lovers, arranged marriage, biker princess gets her rival biker romance. Diego "Blackbeard" is the hunky, ruthless, VP of the Blackjacks MC. Leigh is the daughter of "Popeye", the president of the Forsaken MC, a rival gang. Her father proposes a marriage between the two MCs and Leigh chooses Blackbeard. It's meant to be a setup and everyone pretty much knows it, but real feelings become involved. This book had me on the edge of my seat! Expert hot chemistry, danger, drama, some unexpected twists, angst, and finally, a happy ending for our couple. This was another great installment to the series. I can't wait for book 3!

Blackjacks MC Next to Fall

Blackbeard is the VP of the Blackbeard MC and he is taking one for the team. Their rival’s President wants to make a deal and that is to have his daughter, Leigh, marry an officer from the BMC in order to form a truce. Is it really a truce or is it a set up.

Once the deal is made Blackbeard and Leigh each really fall for the other. Where will their loyalties lie. Leigh may have found a real family but is it worth going against her father. This book was a page turner with all the drama, steam, lies, and betrayals.

The tension is high, and the spice is hot

Another steamy delve into the lives of the Blackjack MC. Im enjoying fonding out about the lived and hidden depths of the members that we were introduced to in Kingpin. The dynamic between Diego and Leigh has a good balance of angst, fire, and genuine feelings as their relationship develops. Each of them, torn between how they feel and where their loyalties lie, leads to a spice hot read.

Summary:
FMC is the daughter of the President of the Forsaken. MMC is the VP of the Blackjacks. The two mc have been at war for some time now. In order to have peace the FMC is given in marriage to the MMC. But what is the real reason why the FMC is given to the club? Is she a spy and if so, will she fulfill her "mission"? What happens when love becomes part of the picture?

Review:
This is my second book in this series and I loved it. First, the FMC is a badass-not a woman playing a badass but a genuine badass. The first scene she is in--chef's kiss. The MMC has to keep up with her and in doing so falls for her. When a choice needs to be made between the MMC and her father you aren't really sure which direction she will go in. That is how you know that the writing is well done. I look forward to the next book in this series.

The Blackjacks MC have been warring with the Forsaken, a rival MC club, for quite some time. Then, out of the blue, the Forsaken present an offer of peace. The Blackjacks know something fishy is going on, and refuse the offer. Now they’re back, after six months of silence, to offer up the Prez’s daughter in marriage to one of the Blackjacks, combining their territories. 



Uh huh. Tell me another joke.

It’s pretty obvious—even before we get chapters from Leigh’s point of view—that this is a setup. Even so, playing along will give the Blackjacks more time to figure out what Leigh is up to. So, Blackbeard is heavily coerced into being the groom, and the marriage contract is signed.

Leigh spends a lot of time being annoying and frustrating, and I didn’t really enjoy that aspect of the story. Yeah, I know it’s enemies to lovers, but there wasn’t really much to like about Leigh until a lot later in the book.

Honestly, this particular type of story frustrates me. I detest the wolf in sheep’s clothing trope, especially when Blackbeard is pretty sure Leigh is there to destroy the Blackjacks, but still can’t keep it in his pants. I did start liking the book more once Leigh realized a few things, and despite all the drama, she and Blackbeard get their happily ever after.

I think the book was well written, I just didn’t like the tropes, and that’s a personal preference that I don’t blame on the author. There’s a lot of steamy heat up in here, so if you’re here for that, you will get what you’re after. All in all, it’s a solid story, and despite my hatred of the aforementioned trope, I’d recommend it to lovers of MC romance.

This book is amazing! The next member of the Blackjacks to get his woman is Blackbeard and what a tale it is! Tensions are high between the Blackjacks and the Forsaken and when bullets fly, things get worse. Popeye, the President of the Forsaken arrives at the clubhouse for the Blackjacks to propose a truce to Kingpin and the rest of the club. His offer - one of the Blackjacks marries his daughter Leigh and the two clubs share territory. Blackbeard gets chosen by Leigh herself and he reluctantly agrees. Things remain tense between the club and Leigh has plans made by her father to crumble the Blackjacks from the inside. She plans to do so but doesn’t plan on falling for Blackbeard. It isn’t a plan he had either but he finds himself falling for her anyway. The time will come when the betrayal is supposed to happen and I can’t believe the way it actually plays out! It leads to a great ending for this book and I can’t wait to read what comes next!.

Leigh is weaving herself into Blackbeard's family. His family is his life. 💕Can he trust her? This is now personal.

Tensions run high and friendships are strained when someone takes matters into their own hands.

Trusting the wrong person could cost your life.

Read this story in one day. Couldn't put it down. Great follow up to Book 1 (Kingpin).

Leigh is a rebellious daughter and MC princess. For years her father has been waging war against a rival MC, so when he proposes a plan to infiltrate the enemy she accepts even if it means marrying the vice president of the rival MC.
Blackbeard is vice president of an MC from a large family, he would do anything to protect his family and his MC. So the president of the rival MC gives his daughter to marry his daughter as pay he knows that he will become her husband in order to protect his club brothers.
Will Leigh and Blackbeard give in to their feelings or will Leigh carry out the plan to find the affection that her father has always deprived her of...

I loved this story which kept me hooked throughout.

The Blackjacks MC and the Forsaken have been in a turf war for some time, they took out one of their brothers. They act like they want a truce but they do not believe them. Their Pres's daughter, Leigh comes to the garage and the shooting begins. After that skirmish, their Pres wants a meeting, they propose an arranged marriage, one of the Blackjacks and their club princess, Leigh.

Blackbeard, VP, happens to be unattached and the logical choice. He believes they have an agenda that is not all on the up and up. All is working out until his family descends on the the newlyweds, she looks like she belongs. Can he trust her or is he setting himself up for a fall again? This is an action packed steamy read with betrayal everywhere.

Truce or Trojan Horse

Blackbeard is the second book in the Blackjacks MC series. I really enjoyed the first book, Kingpin, and Blackbeard is a great addition to the series. The story is about Leigh Bradbury and Diego 'Blackbeard' Mendez. She is the daughter of the President of the Forsaken MC, the Blackjacks MC rivals. He is the VP of the Blackjacks and a bachelor to the day he dies, or so he thinks. When Leigh is offered up to the Blackjacks to be the wife of one of the MC officers it is Blackbeard who ends up taking the vows of death do us part. They all know something is wrong with this "truce" and Leigh is a weapon who is sent to break up the Blackjacks. Leigh and Blackbeard are both wary of each other but plans are about to change when feelings start to grow between them. They are intense and suspenseful, along with sizzling hot together.

This is fast read. Not too deep on the angst or drama. Quite good but not memorable to last a live time.
For the main charachters, Leigh is not a fav or to fall in love with. Shes cunning.
While for Blackbeard, from the start he is more what you want in a man. Protective, family man, dependable, overall sweet in his glorius MC VP.

Maybe its because the small pages, maybe its because the author didnt dig deep enough on the charachters, but my feeling for Leigh didnt improve much. Just slightly okay for her existance when she face her father through the glass partion.

Will i read the author's another books? Perhaps. When i need to read something light and lay back.

The theme of this book should be that you cannot judge a book by its cover or a person by their appearance. Leigh is forced into an arranged marriage by her father as part of a plan to take over a rival MC’s territory. She chooses Blackbeard (Diego) based on attraction.

He initially tries to resist his attraction to her but gradually as they get to know each other his opinion shifts. The world building and character development in this book is vivid. The reader learns more about the main characters as they learn about each other.

When her father accelerates the plan, who will she choose? Read the book to find out.

There's an arranged marriage between Diego “Blackbeard” Mendez and Leigh Bradbury with the intention of peace between a rival MC club. It's full of deception, family drama, seedy characters, secrets, suspense, intrigue and more. The fascinating storyline captures the readers attention from the start and keeps you riveted and turning the pages like your life depended on it. Audrey Bell is an extraordinary author who knows how to captivate her readers attention and draw you in to the story from the very first page. Highly recommend reading and look forward to reading more from the series.

Wow! I love Audrey Bell’s MC books, and Blackbeard was no exception; it’s another great one! I devoured the story of Blackbeard and Leigh. They literally had a rough start, but as expected, had their very happy ending together.
I loved that Blackbeard is such a family man.

~~I didn’t think I could possibly love her anymore than I already did. But I liked seeing this side of her blossom, thriving. I liked seeing her comfortable in my home, my woman, my wife.~~

I cannot wait for the next Blackjacks MC book, about Gatling and Kelsie.

First for me by this author and I truly enjoyed it. I always enjoy MC romances, Blackbeard was so much more. While it took a while for Leigh to grow on me, her walking in with all her attitude and false belief in her dad, Diego wasnt what I expected and I love it. While passionate and dominate, he was protective and all about his family. Brotherhood and family shown through in this story, and Leigh finally got the family she didn’t know she was missing.
I see so much more coming from this series. Good quick read.

The biker and the princess are an interesting match. A rival MC is causing trouble with the Blackjacks MC and princess seems to be right in the middle of it.

When Leigh agrees to marry a Blackjack MC member she has no idea the eye opening experience it can be for her. When she feels left adrift by her family she'll make decisions that can cause more than a little trouble and danger.

I enjoyed this book and I love the characters. It has a few twists and turns that are unexpected, but that just made it better. I can't wait for the next book in the series.

Blackbeards MC Princess

Blackbeard and Leigh’s story is an oldie but a goodie. Plant an MC princess into a rival MC’s house by forcing a marriage contract in the name of peace. The whole time she’s really there to cause problems! And boy does Leigh love to be snarky and cause trouble. Only problem is she and Blackbeard might just be falling in love ! This one was a great storyline with characters that make you laugh or want to strangle them in equal parts! Luckily Blackbeards blood family breaks through Leigh’s need for true family and causes a change of heart . 4✨’s . Would have been 5✨’s except it needs a bit of editing.

Absolutely loved Blackbeard, VP of his club who made the ultimate sacrifice for his brothers, and club.

I had a very hard time connecting with Leigh, I understand her background and her loyalty to her father and the club, and yes, she was playing a role.

However I found her to be selfish, insensitive and a bully.
Her behaviour caused chaos and hurt a lot of people with minimal regard for the consequences.

It was a honey trap pure and simple disguised as a peace treaty between the MC's. She is the President 's daughter of the Forsaken MC's who is given to marry an officer of the Blackjacks MC. Leigh's role was to bring down the MC from the inside. She didn't plan on her heart being compromised. Now she is in a dilemma no matter what she chooses brings war. Blackbeard is the first book that I've read in this series and I'm hoping to get my hands on Kingpin (book 1) soon.

VP of the Blackjack MC - Diego 'Blackbeard' and Forsaken MC Princess - Leigh are forced into a marriage of convenience for the sake of peace between their two warring MC's. That starts off as a game of trust on both sides with neither trusting each other. It definitely made for an intriguing read. Leigh and Diego certainly brought on the steam. I also love Diego's family who brought on some laughs. Loved It.

Absolutely amazing.

Loved it. I was hooked from the very beginning. The pair are just so fiery together, right from the beginning. This is a coupling that shouldn't work, especially given that she is the daughter of their enemy and she started the shootout at the garage. But my word they are fantastic together.

This is both intense and a spicy read. Leigh is between a rock and a hard place between her father and her new husband. Her father is using her to set up her husband's club and keeping her hanging in there and dangling like a carrot. There are surprises around every corner. I loved how this story developed and how these two main characters came together. I loved every moment of this adventure. Hang on and get ready for the ride!!!

A steamy and interesting read between two characters from rivals MCs, in order to form some sort of alliance it’s been agreed that Blackbeard will marry Leigh the daughter of their rivals. Leigh’s father has ulterior motives thinking that his daughter will do his bidding but Leigh just wants to be accepted and that’s what she finds with BB and his crew. A steamy story between two characters that shouldn’t work together but their chemistry really pops out of the pages or in my case kindle.

This was a MC with a Mafia feeling. They marry two people from each family to make an alliance. Leigh is the princess and Blackbeard is the VP. Leigh thought she knew what family was until Blackbeard and the MC club showed her. The high heat, the back stabbing, the spice and the plot is so good in this book. You have to hold on to your pearls for this ride.
