The perfect novel for anyone looking for a quick, yet exhilarating read! The author provided a detailed depiction of the troubles a private eye faces as he realizes his client hadn't told him everything he should know. It's an absolute must read for anyone who's a fan of classic noir detective stories with an ideal amount of action (which is a lot). This book leaves you craving not only a hot roast beef sandwich, but also what may happen next. Hopefully this author will write a sequel!
