July 3, 2018This story did not depict a healthy relationship at all. From the beginning, there was a clear imbance with their relationship. Kai treated Yuzuri as a thing to be owned rather than a partner. Yuzuru never stands up for herself and lets herself be mistreated by these boys. But Chihaya was the worst character for me. He was manipulative, abusive, and basically a rapist. Would I recommend this manga to anybody else? No. Definitely not.
But the real question is, who's the bigger piece of trash? This series or me who despite everything negative I've written about it, still continued to read this manga volume after volume.

Beh, finalmente ho finite. Quando ho cominciato più o meno sapevo a cosa sarei andata in contro, ma tutta la storia si è rivelata molto peggio di quello che avevo previsto.
Lei non prende mai l'iniziativa: è sempre schiava dei desideri di Kai. E lui la usa come un giocattolino.
Ma con una madre del genere, cosa ci si può aspettare. Anche la madre di Kai era stata la honey del padre. Questo grande genio della maternità, quando Kai aveva sei anni, ha smesso di fargli i suoi piatti preferiti perché quei piatti vanno preparati solo per persona che si ama. Visto che lei amava il marito, non potevo farli al figlio. Come ragionamento, fila che è una meraviglia.
Visto che la serie è finita, per mantenere un apporto costante di stelline solitarie, mi son messa a leggere Desiderio di Ayane Ukyo, che sembra addirittura peggio di questo.

C'est le genre de manga qu'on se sent coupable d'aimer. Je n'ai pas tant été dérangée par les scènes/vocabulaire osés (c'est le genre - on sait ce qu'on achète !) que par la minimisation de l'agression et du harcèlement sexuels. L'héroïne se remet bien trop vite (je ne dis pas qu'elle devrait terre traumatisée toute sa vie, loin de là) et surtout pardonne bien trop vite. Passe encore avec le héros, même si leur relation est tout sauf saine, mais l'autre garçon ? Impensable !
Vous me direz, ce n'est qu'un manga... Plus encore, c'est un manga-fantasme pour les jeunes filles. Et moi je dis que c'est bien triste de voir à quel point même dans ce genre de fantasme la femme se trouve soumise.
Ce qui ne m'empêche pas, au final, d'apprécier ce manga, même avec tous ses problèmes. Mais il faut savoir voir ce qui ne va pas avec les choses qu'on aime bien.

This is a far as I get in this series so this rating is 4 the whole series.
Such a good story, yeah! the guy possesive like crazy of her, she quite a good and naive soul, so = crash of will and hot scenes.
The developing of the relationship goes through different scenarios, that add more drama to the whole thing... was a really lovely and goos story, and the chemistry with their friends and their honies so good.
What happened with his fiancee, I mean what she did to him, and how he did whatever was in his power to stop himself from doing it.. OMG! I was so touched and prettym much sure I read that episode twice, because.. wow! no man would be able to endure that! at least as far as I've been reading?.... no!

Overall score: 2.5 stars. I raised the last few volumes to 3 stars apiece thanks to the development of the male love interest, Kai (and the absurd levels of entertainment factor lmao)
My, oh, my, oh my.... Where do I begin? Okay, from the very start, this is pure, unadulterated Trash. If you read the first volume and don't like it, don't bother with the rest. The drama is over-the-top, the amount of assault scenes is obscene, and the absurd amount of Dramatic Twists to test our main lead's resolve or some BS is ridiculously high.
But it was also entertaining AF.
I'm not sure which was "worse," in the Trashy Shoujo Manga Department: this madness or Love Celeb. If I had to pick..... Honey x Honey Drops is objectively better. Why? Because the male lead actually has character development, the side characters are (mostly) endearing, and assault is actually pointed out to be a Bad Thing and the good guys never once blame the woman involved, which is VERY refreshing. Plus, there are a handful of funnier scenes lol.
To quote my Love Celeb review, because it fits here as well: "But it's so over-the-top in its absurdities, so dramatic, so deliciously, shamelessly horny, that it's impossible to take it seriously."

This was.. so bad from the very start, with all the non consensual scenes bordering on an actual rape. However, for what trash it was, i finished it in a couple of days. And i must say, Kai undergone a serious character development. So much that I actually really enjoyed the last two or so volumes. Overall rating is 3 stars, but the begining doesnt deserve even two.

Today I’ll be covering my favourite smut manga. First of all this manga is for mature audience. Mostly all smut mangas are 18+, however, minami Kanan drawns everything with a lot of sensuality and hotness, leaving only bits to our imagination. And well, her stories are amzng, both with the plot and the drawing. To be honest, this manga is my favourite of all mangas by Minami Kanan. I think I have read it about 10 times by now. And every time I read it as if I’m just starting it.
But let’s get back to the story. You may think that it is another boring story about a poor girl and a rich boy, however, that’s not all there is. Our heroine – Yuzuru is a normal high school girl, who during summer-break worked at a hotel. Everything would have been great, if not some bad tempered customers. The worst part is that these customers are from Yuzurus’s school, and from the elite class. Meet our Hero – Kai Renge, the biggest pervert and sadist ever. But nevertheless you just can’t not fall in love with him. Even through in the beginning you just want to kill him very soon he will show his good sides. Well, the appearance of a villain also helps to acknowledge Kai as the good guy.
Yuzuru is something extraordinary. Well, she is just your dumb girl with a nice body and a good character. Why is she dumb? Come on, even when I was first reading I already sensed something fishy as soon as one character appears. I won’t spoil the surprise for you. You have to read everything by yourself. One the other hand we have Kai, he was really interesting character to read about. The character development is really amazing. Not only his character gets to grow up during the story as a person, but all of them and reading about it makes it more and more amazing. All twists and turns in their life make you more and more compelled to keep on reading.
Even though the story is not short, it is not that long too. To say the truth I would have loved to read a lot more about my favourite characters. I loved how it ended, but a bit more would have been so, so good. I’m still hoping, for a short story abut their future selves. It would have been a lot of fun to see them as parents. But well, guess, I’m not getting it.
I hope you will find sometime to read this superb manga, but kepp in mind its for mature readers, and you should get used t it a bit, but you’ll definitely love it a lot. Don’t hate Kai for his stubborn and shitty behavior in the beginning, you’ll be soon drooling as soon as you see his face. Enjoy it to its fullest

Thisn manga is not bad, it's just... not my cup of tea. I am not a big fan of pervyness (actually I don't like it at all), but it's ok between the couples as we can see in this manga.
The story was quite original in it's own way, but i just couldn't stand all the raping! I couldn't feel the love between the couples until almost at the end. I found Yuzuru's character quite annoying and I thought that Kai was a big jerk. But the guy that I really hate was the guy in the yukata (forgot his name). The ending was cute, but this manga wasn't the her best work in my opinion and it's not the best manga I read. Kyou Koi Wo Hajimemasu is way better.
Also, can someone explain me how the hell could Yuzuru fall in love with a guy who is constanly sexually harrassing her? I thought that he only wanted her for sex until the last chapters.

She's one of my favorite mangakas!

Awal cerita aku suka. Gambarnya bagus, idenya bagus, dan jalan ceritanya juga terasa menyenangkan. Tapi lama-kelamaan entah kenapa aku jadi merasa bosan. Tidak tau juga kenapa. Mungkin karena ceritanya terus-terus aja tentang orang-orang yang berusaha membuat Yuzuru drop jadi honey-nya Kai. Atau mungkin juga krn alasan lain, entahlah. Yang pasti kebosananku membuatku melangkahi beberapa volume buku ini langsung hingga ke akhirnya. Dan tetap saja, rasa bosan itu sudah tidak tertolong lagi.

Over all this was a good smut filled manga. I loved every moment of them together. The problem was the fact the plot felt overly simple. Like I wanted more of a story. Anyway it is one of the better smut manga around.

This series has a lot of domineering aspects to it. There is a clearly drawn control line. I did like the story as a whole, it brought it right to the edge.
