Sam!!!!! EXCUSE ME MA’AM what the actual straight-jacketed hell did you just do to me?? 🤣 You sent me to the deepest pits of depraved asylum madness and I never want to leave. If this is what insanity looks like where do I sign the commitment papers? Cause .. yeah reasons?

Dirty. Twisted. Masked. Unapologetically feral.
And I ate it up like I’d been starved.. cause I have been feral waiting for this release

This isn’t just dark it’s the Purge on crack but sexier, with devil-masked psychos who claim you like you’re their last damn meal. And spoiler alert: I AM THEIR MEAL. AND I AM MORE THAN OKAY WITH THAT.

Writing style? Addictive. I walked around my house with this book glued to my face. Walked into a door. Didn’t care. Walked into my dog. Apologised to him but not the book. Sam has this unholy grip on my soul and I’m not even mad about it

The father? That man deserved a rusty needle in the eyeball and I am THRILLED with how things went down. (No spoilers, but if you know you know. And if you don’t know? READ IT. Now that’s an order)

I need more. I crave more. I am fully ready for the next descent into masked madness. I’m unwell.

De los libros que he leído de la serie, ha sido el que más me ha gustado.

Es cortito, con capítulos no muy largos y con narración múltiple (lo que siempre se agradece🫰🏻).

Los personajes me han parecido un poco surrealistas, porque vaya tela, están un poco (bastante) delulu🙄, pero bueno, a mí me han gustado!

Obviamente no es un libro que te vaya a cambiar la vida porque la historia en sí es bastante surrealista, pero yo creo que para leer así cuando quieres leer algo rápido y que te enganche está muy bien.

¿Lo recomiendo? Sí, aunque no es para todo el mundo, ya que trata temas tabú, es poliamoroso, es ¿dark romance?, bastante spicy..., si habéis leído el resto de libros anteriores me entenderéis, pero si lo habéis hecho y os llama la atención ya sabéis🫣😈❤️‍🔥

This book was amazing ! I am loving this entire series but man this one was a whole new level. This was darker than most with all of the characters being in a psychiatric prison. Each of them is there for a different reason, but not what you think. They found peace and love in each other and that extended with their dark desires when their girl joined because of her deranged father. This is dark and twisted and delicious with the way type of primal chase while in masks.

I think I’m a little psycho too, because I get a huge amount of pleasure from reading all these stories.
In every book, I find the things I love most in dark romance — unhinged heroes, masked men, why choose, and the best part — totally captivating spicy scenes.
Even though they show up in almost every chapter, they’re all written differently. That’s what makes these stories special.
Because if you want to write a spicy romance, you have to know how to write those scenes without being repetitive.
Samantha Barrett knows exactly how — and the whole „Sinners Welcome” series is proof of that!

Vale aún me falta un libro para terminar esta saga pero de momento este ha sido sin duda mi favorito. Siento que ha sido el más oscuro y que la autora ha corregido algunas de las cosas que me fallaban en los otros libros lo cual le ha dado más sentido a la historia, además es el que más me ha hecho sentir, casi lloro en alguna escena. No sabría decir mi favorito pero quizá Vaghrun o Draven (aunque Carter es maravilloso también). Como los otros 3 libros es un libro corto, con mucho spicy, dark, no apto para todos los públicos, explicito, why choose, un poco de primal play y ambientado en un manicomio. Así que si esa combinación de cosas te gustan, adelante, este es tu libro. Se lleva mis cinco estrellas sin duda. Deseando empezarme el quinto.

Soy hater número 1 del padre de Karley, para empezar. Ahora si, me gusta que la autora haya corregido un poco el tema máscaras en el sentido de que conoce a dos de ellos directamente con máscaras entonces es más comprensible que no los identifique pero al final los acaba reconociendo a mitad de libro (en los otros libros no los reconoce hasta el final cuando los conoce de toda la vida y es más que obvio). Siento que este ha sido el más oscuro y no solo por su ambientación en el manicomio, sino por la personalidad de los chicos y ese ligero consentimiento dudoso en alguna escena (no hay escenas de NO consentimiento, que quede claro). Y admito que casi lloro cuando desvelaron el plan que tenían para vengarse de su padre por todo lo que les había hecho a cada uno usándola a ella y rompiéndole el corazón en el proceso. Yo os juro que me sentí traicionadísima, como si me lo hubieran hecho ahí. Por otro lado también me dolió saber que el padre de Karley violó a la hermana de Draven y la llevó al suicidio tras internarla en su manicomio, me dio mucha pena porque sentí que era una situación real que podría haberle sucedido a más de una mujer en la vida real. Pero, en conclusión, un 5 estrellas en todo su esplendor. Al final estos libros no están hechos para cambiarle la vida a nadie, sino para entretener y para disfrutarlos. Y yo lo he hecho, así que para mi son cinco estrellas porque al final cumplen con su función. Me voy a empezar el quinto en breves ;)

I love reading anything by Samantha Barrett, and Dirty Little Psycho gives you all the dark unhinged f3cked up depravity that all our hearts desire....Yes! Forgive me Father for I have sinned and will continue to do so!!

Karley Le Roux, not knowing what to expect when her father, once again, places her in another asylum, finds it is none other than Slade Le Roux Asylum, where the unhinged are hidden from society and never released!

So, Karley finds herself in a predicament. 3 masked men....wanting her to run so they can hunt her down and do things so sick and depraved to her, that they hope to break her...little did they know this type of behaviour is right up her alley. She could never find a partner who was happy with her sexual tendencies. Now she may have found her fill!!

BUT: “When the devils come for the prey there is no escape. The torture they inflict is depraved and sinister". Does this scare her, just a little, but it excites her too!!

This book has it all and then some. A fierce sassy Bitchy MFC, Karley has met her match...or should I say her 3 masked men, Carter, Draven and Vaughn have as they realize they may have underestimated their little captive! All three men have a reason for revenge for Karley's father and intend to make her pay by taking it out on Karley...But all the best laid plans tend to fall undone!

I refuse to say more about this brilliant piece of work by Samantha except do yourselves a favour and read it....NOW cos you are about to have your minds blown wide open.

Loved the back story, loved the three masked men (even though they treated Karley badly!), loved the sass and refusal to take anything lying down that was handed down by the three guys and loved it when they realized they may have made a mistake in making Karley pay for her father's sins!
It's 5 stars from me!

WOW DARK, TWISTED, & DEPRAVED are just a few words to describe this one!! Read responsibly check TW if needed.

May need some holy water to bathe in after reading it lol. Samantha Barrett didn't come to play with this one that's for sure. I will say this is her most deepest depraved spiciest book in this series. I think it's roughly 90% dark depravity and 10% storyline here so if you want some dark depraved why choose spice set in a mental asylum then this is your book!!

Karley and her devils will take you on one insanely addictive ride that leaves you extremely breathless and overheated by the end. These characters are not remorseful for their actions or desires so be ready to experience some intense edging at its finest. What you can expect is a fierce FMC who has a bit of a bratty side that lures her devils in, masked men who rule the asylum with their rules, primal play, why choose vibes, degradation, violence, extremely dirty depraved spice, and a few twists to finding a HEA.

So if you need a dark depraved one handed read that will leave you questioning your sanity & morals well welcome to the “Slade Le Roux where it isn’t just an asylum for the unhinged and mentally disturbed, it is a place where people with the darkest kind of desires are sent to be cleansed." If you're ready to step into the unhinged madness of this world have your provisions ready. It's a quick read that will have you wanting more. Highly recommend this one to all those dark unhinged girlies that want the dark depraved reads!!

Karleys dad definitely doesn't like being a parent so everytime he thinks his daughter has done wrong he ships her off to one of her mental facilities. This time she wakes up in Slade Le Roux Asylum, it's falling apart and the only rule it has is the words/actions of the three masked devils. Anyone sane would be terrified, but Karley well she's a little bit of a psycho.

This is the fourth book in the Sinners Welcome series and dang did it hit hard. While the others have some very dirty moments they hold nothing against the brutality in this book.
Aftercare? forget about it. Hygiene? Not thought of. Kindness? Who is she. Soft furniture? Out of sight.
Raw, intense, rough and primal spice plus a bit of self discovery is what you will find here. Karley definitely has relatable qualities even if she is unhinged and while the devil's might be rough they do end up with some softer edges once they realise she is on their side.

I quite enjoyed the actual back story in this book too, it gave me mystery/thriller vibes.

I definitely recommend reading this book if your a fan of dark romance and filthy spice. Check those trigger warnings though as there are definitely some very confronting elements involved.

HOLY COW PUT ME IN A STRAIGHT JACKET AND TAKE ME STRAIGHT DOWN TO HELL because that is where I will be heading after this one 🤭🥵. I enjoyed this one way too much, like as in I devoured this in one sitting. I did not move a single inch during this whole book. The spice, the setting, the characters, the little twists - OBSESSED. Samantha Barrett is definitely becoming a top fave author for me. If you love reads that are quick, super spicy, contain unhinged men with masks, and an fmc with wild kinks then you will love this book. Hell it even had me tearing up in a chapter. I love when the MMC’s also love f*cking each other along with the fmc - I just enjoy everyone loving each other in my why choose books and Samantha hit the nail on the head with that in this one. I would 1000% love another book with these characters.

This one was different than the rest. Started as a revenge plot with “enemies” to lovers but not really? It was a little weird- the book was too short to really make that part make sense. It was also a lot darker than the other books, which I loved. This one was also different because it was a MMM so it was interesting to see their relationships plus adding in Karley

Karley- she flip flopped with me. She would go from struggling to super strong. I loved when she confronted Vaugn and you finally learn more about her and her dad

Vaugn- he was the hardest to understand, again the book was too short to really get his angle. They’re all Alphas but I wish the epilogue was longer to see him, especially once he showed his true colors

Carter- the “chaplain” of the group but again, too quick for much character development

Draven- he was the only one who really connected with Karley then his shocker at the end..I liked their scenes in the cells and conversations

Samantha has done it again this time in an asylum where Karley was thrown by her father for not doing things they way he thinks she should. Little does she know when she meets Carter, Vaughn and Draven things are about to change.

I shake my head, trying to deny his claim. I’m a ballsy bitch and will hold my own against any fucker, but something about this place and the danger that clings to my new cellmate has put me on edge. I’m at a disadvantage here and I hate it. I retie my shoelaces and make sure they are done up tight, then gather my black hair and secure it in a ponytail. I have no idea what awaits me when that damn door opens but I won’t be caught off guard.

His solution to any problem with her is locking her up in one of the many insane asylums he owns. This time she's thrown into a place that makes her the bait.

Carter, Draven & Vaughn rule Slade Le Roux. No one dares cross them & when they do they die or wish they did. They each have their own agenda for taking down Robert Le Roux & using his own daughter to do it makes it so much better!

Getting out & taking Robert Le Roux down is sobering each of them wants. When Robert drags Karley out of Slade Le Roux by her hair they realize that Karley is something else they want. Now they just have to take down Robert & find Karley before it's too late.

Dirty Little Psycho is book 4 in the Sinners Welcome series and this one is all about Karley, Carter, Vaughn and Draven. Throughout this series this author has delivered some freakin phenomenal stories that leave readers completely depleted by the end she delivers AGAIN with Karley and her Devil's. Really, masked men, asylum, soooooooo much 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥, tell me, what more do we need. These characters are off the charts HOT and their story is intense, intriguing and consuming! I 100% recommend not only Dirty Little Psycho but the entire series!

Wow! This book was dark and I loved every minute of it.
I really enjoyed how the book kicks right into gear from the start, there’s no lead up, you’re just write into the action.
The insane asylum is a lovely angle, with the lock doors and the hunt by masked men was tantalisingly good.
You’ve got a wonder what Karley has done to piss her father off this much. She has a backbone. I can give her that much definitely not one that’s that was gonna lay down and take it.
This book was spicy AF and I can honestly say it’s probably the first morgue steamy scene that I’ve read. Honestly didn’t know what I was missing until now.
The guys Carter Vaughan and Draven are absolutely crazy.
I don’t wanna give anything else away, if you’re into dark Romance this is definitely a book for you.

After having read the first three books, I totally fell in love with this series! These books have been the most enjoyable reads ever!! They scream everything I love about dark romance.

This one however, hit sooo different from the first three… I think because this was darker, more depraved, more trauma, the story captivated me in ways the others didn’t, that’s not to say I didn’t love the other three because girl… I f*cking loved them and I ate them up as quick as my body would allow 😂😂

As an unhinged, deranged, f*cked up gal myself, I crave the darkness in books like something rotten and this one really really hit the spot! Good lord I’m honestly in love with this series and I am soo thankful for SAM for writing these little masterpieces 🖤🖤

Dirty Little Psycho is the fourth book the Sinners Welcome series. This is a very dark and twisted romance where three men run an insane asylum where Karley finds herself admitted by her father. Karley is often placed in asylums as punishment when her father finds her to be disobedient. She finds that she is the only female amongst an asylum full of men. Three masked men claim her as theirs but little does she know she is part of revenge plot against her dad. Her father has been placing his enemies into these asylums he owns to keep them quiet and all these residents are victims of her father. It makes her vulnerable and the three masked men protect her while also degrading her. I devour each book of this series, they are quick reads and so dark and depraved. Right up my alley.

This was one spicy as hell, but defo my favourite out of the series so far. I was this story was more of a novel instead of a spicy novella cause I was invested with each of the characters and wanted to know more about them.

That lil shock factor,‘I wasn’t expecting that, but again if this was a full novel, in back ground info and the lead up would have been so good.

Now o ain’t gonna lie, some of the spicy bits had me gagging abit, period blood, sucking cum out of one of guys backside, like damn 😂😂. I actually like all 4 of the characters and gotta give the FMC credit for not backing down and basically taking everything that was giving to her to like a champ 😂😂.

But again like I mentioned above I would have loved to read more about her and why her dad did what he did to her.

Dirty Little Psycho is the fourth novella in the Sinners Welcome series and this short, spicy story is about Karley's time in an asylum owned by her father. While locked away there, she meets the masked men Vaughn, Carter and Draven who are there for reasons that are not quite what you'd expect. The spice sizzles from the very beginning and keeps on going right on through to the end but be warned that this certainly isn't one for the faint hearted!!! If you like your stories full of unhinged masked men that tread on the darker side of life who burn up the pages then this series of short stories is definitely something you'd enjoy!!!

This was fun!!

I love the story behind the spice and the spice definitely spiced and did not disappoint!! And the dedication, that right there should get you hooked!!

This woman gets THREE MEN!! Three that end up with the “touch her and 💀” mindset. The burn the world down. She gets taken, they basically fix everything then go get her. What more could you ask for?

Her dad. F him. Glad he landed where he did. Karma sir. Her dad was sick not health wise but sick with the things he did and how he treated his own daughter and what he did to her men.

If you want a little short read, and you’re one of the dark besties.. grab this!

This book? Absolute chaos in the best way possible. Dirty Little Psycho is a short, wild, and addictive ride that had me grinning, gasping, and maybe fanning myself a little.

The MMC and FMC? Chef’s kiss. Their banter is sharp, their chemistry is electric, and the spice? Just the right amount to leave you smirking without losing the story’s punch. For such a quick read, it delivers drama, tension, and heat like a full-length novel.

Samantha Barrett clearly knows how to hook a reader—this was my first by her, and now she’s an auto-buy author for me. If you want something fast, fiery, and fun that’ll stick with you long after you close the book, Dirty Little Psycho needs to be on your TBR.

This book didn’t just break my moral compass — it set it on fire and danced around the ashes.

Three masked devils. An asylum. A heroine who isn’t running from the darkness… she’s sprinting straight into it with a wicked little smile. The prey/chase scenes? I swear my Kindle almost caught smoke. And when they destroyed every surface of the morgue? I ascended.

She’s not the sweet, innocent type — she’s chaos in lingerie. The “modern day Harley” energy is spot on and I’m obsessed. If you like your romance deranged, filthy, and so deliciously wrong it feels like a sin just reading it… welcome to your next addiction.
