Thank you all for reading. You are all amazing.

This is the last book in this series.

Recap

It has been a journey of nearly 200 years for a dungeon core named Eternal Training Ground, or ETG for short. During the course of its life, ETG grew from a small dungeon core that enjoyed watching how ants developed more than the adventurers who delved it, into one of the largest dungeons in the world. With an adventurer population in the millions living within it, and a population of its own creatures well into the billions.

While the rest of its brethren dungeon cores have fallen prey to the other races of this world, it has managed to stay free and keep its freedom a secret from most. ETG has even repelled multiple attempts to chain it and force it to serve the will of others.

ETG has gathered allies who have helped keep it safe, the greatest supporter being Ace. Ace was once a simple adventurer who inherited a large piece of land where the Eternal Training Ground would one day be discovered. Over nearly 200 years, Ace turned a once-worthless piece of land into one of the wealthiest nations in the world, thanks to the resources of the dungeon and the discovery of a safe area to enter and exit the trade winds of this world, which facilitated much of its commerce.

Many have made their home inside ETG’s many waystations and hub stations, finding close friends, building families, and establishing cities. None of it was easy for the adventurers who delved into this dungeon. Many have fallen in pursuit of their dreams, yet more have succeeded thanks to the challenges they faced.

Now, however, a line has been crossed. The true powers of this world already know, or will soon learn, that this dungeon, ETG, is completely free and will not submit to their rule without a fight. Many will now have to choose which side they will take in a war that will likely decide the future of this world.

Sad to see end but also great

I can’t quite explain why this is such an enjoyable read even after waiting a while for a book to come out. I had a really strong and clear memories of all the characters, which is a hard thing to achieve especially with the viewpoint mainly being the least emotional character. Good series if you enjoy the first book you’ll enjoy the entire thing.

I've finally reached the end of this series...

and I am so very sad that there isn't anything more of the series to read!

Every series seems that comes to an end is a sad situation, as the reader gets really into what is going on in it, the stories come into a life outside of the author, and then the stories reach their end to only live on in the readers minds and memories!

This series has been a joy to read and live "vicariously" through, I look forward to reading more of such stories from this author!

I findky recall somewhat of my earliest books back when I was a teen (12 or 13?), when I was introduced to SciFi & Fantasy Fiction (no, *not* fantasy as in pornography :/) by my parents as well as one of my older sisters boyfriends. Isaac Asimov was one of the first authors' books I'd read back then, as well as Tarzan (which also came from some movies that were popular back then).

To future readers, keep on reading to expand your horizons!

Really loved this series but I'm happy it got an end. To often you will see stories bloat and bloat to keep the money coming in. I can't blame these authors but it takes careful planning and a passion for the story to end it on a reasonable number of books.

The story of this one is basically the title really. Very little crafting throughout more focus on the war, which got a little boring to read.

Overall great story and was really an enjoyable series to read.

This was my favorite of the series. I enjoy longer books. I grew to appreciate ETG’s personality and his way looking at things. While it’s sad to see the end of the series, I’m satisfied with the ending all the same. It wrapped plots up, but also gave room for more in this world or involving ETG himself. Thank you for this.

Sad to See it End

It's rare these days that I get to finish a series. While the ending does leave room for another book, I wouldn't be sad for this to be the end.

When a series has an outline for the whole story, it shows. When it tries to wrap up a bloated idea at the last minute, it also shows. Guess which this is?

Not gonna lie, everything up until the last quarter of the last book is fantastic. In the last quarter you can tell the author got tired and bored, and rushed to an ending. HUGE fast forwarding and rushing, its was honestly appalling to see the author toss all of their hard work down the drain like that. Overall, top tier dungeon core series, probably my favorite of the genre. Its a shame.
