He's asked. She said yes. But he's in Montreal. And she's having doubts.
Dani and Danny are the perfect couple and they're finally getting married. But on the eve of their wedding, not only is the weather threatening to derail everything, but the bride is second guessing a big decision.
Can they see their way through the storm or will it all freeze over?
This is such a sweet addition of a novella to Dani and Danny's story. I actually alpha read this book a little while ago, but I enjoyed it even more with this second read through as an ARC reader. The Wedding Novella follows Dani and Danny with the days leading up to their wedding. We get tension, accidents and mishaps and deep questions about identity. These characters have such great depth and the writing feels both cozy and so Canadian. Definitely read Dani and Danny's story prior to reading this one to understand the characters fully!
Such a beautiful and heartwarming read. I am so excited to have more of Dani and Danny as they prepare for their wedding day.
With all the cozy charm the Alixandria Fire books bring, this novella doesn't disappoint. The Wedding really comes to life off the pages and made me feel immersed in the setting, feeling the emotions, and put a smile on my face.
What a beautiful novela, my only critique is I was sad to finish reading it, I wanted to stay within this story for years to come. I love how all of Emily’s books made me feel alive. It transported me to a world that felt so real as if I encountered these characters in the real world.
Alixandria Fire: The Wedding is a companion novella to Alixandria Fire: Dani and Danny, the first book in the Alixandria Fire series of standalone books by Emily Murray. This novella can be read as a standalone; however, I recommend reading Dani and Danny's story first.
The novella is a heartwarming--and snowy--addition to Dani and Danny's story. Even when faced with plans not going as expected, it truly shows the characters' personalities and moral qualities.
I enjoyed getting to read more about Dani and Danny and getting to experience their wedding. I also enjoyed getting to see more of the other characters in this series. I now look forward to reading more of the Alixandria Fire series.
A very cute short story about the days previous D&D wedding.
Refreshing and heqlthy reading where even when they had everything planned, as a normal wedding, not all goes perfect when the day comes, but as a lovely family, they could get a perfect wedding day.
