I shouldn't have let him go. Now I know it was the worst mistake of my life. There's no one in the world I trust more, no one who cares about me more. But I know he's seeing someone new...at least I think he is. Can I get him back?
Unable to sit still or focus on a single task, I learned at a young age that I was meant to do something that put my entire mind to use. I was always a mimic and did impressions of people in odd places. And that's how my stories began.
But being a great storyteller doesn't mean much when you don't have any listeners. I've been very fortunate to have a fan base that supports my work and encourages me to release sequels. Without all of you, I'd have no purpose. Literally.
My personal life isn't too interesting. My husband is an alpha male that inspires a lot of my novels. He can be pushy and overwhelming at times, but I still love him to the end of my days, especially when I put him in his place. =)
Writing has been a lifelong dream. When I was in college, I was always in awe of the fabulous stories I read. I always said, "I wish I could write something like that someday." But I never thought I would actually do it. Boy, was I wrong.
So, this was the last book focused on the Liam and Keira relationship. I felt like their conclusion was wrapped up really well. In book 1 and 2 I was a bit concerned about Keira's growth or lack there of. But in Book 3, she really redeemed herself and grew.
I think what really shines in this book is Liam's vulnerability. His physique, his career as a fighter and his personality can lead to a character that is just really tough, but on the contrary, he is not. Liam showed that even though he is physically strong and brave, that his heart is fragile and needed to rebuild itself and learn to trust again.
Keira grew leaps and bounds. She really became strong on her own - emotionally, mentally and physically. She really learned to not be so insecure and trust in her own strength as a person.
I look forward to reading this series, especially Scotty's story, Keira's cousin. He is really closed off and I can't wait to see what awaits for him in book 4 that is focused on him.
I was surprised by the ending, it was intense. Keira and Liam faced some tough situations and opponents to their happiness. And even though it was all crazy, it seemed realistic because what they went through are things that do happen to people and so frequently.
My rating: 4/5 This series does contain sexual content and violence. It also covers the topic of abuse, especially domestic and emotional abuse. My only problem with it is that it needs some serious editing. There are some grammatical errors that are too grave to ignore.
First Off I have to say I love this whole Series. But, I loved Uncrushable the most is that Liam wasn't willing to forgive Keira like he did in the second book. Keira hurt him for not trusting him. And to Believe Adrianna lies, of all people how could she, well that really hurt Liam. He told Keira he loved her but, she needed to final truly trust him and stop hiding behind her past. No all men are coward, evil jerks that hurt women. Keira needs to find her own strength and show Liam the love and trust he deserved. And Keira does that in this book. Besides letting go off the past and stops blaming herself for something she had know control all. She becomes such a stronger Women. Liam taught Keira to fight and protect herself in book 2 but, when Liam's life is in danger can she step up and put her fears to rest and be there to help protect him?? I read this book in one day. Adrianna is more evil than you could even believe. And Keira is Done taking her crap. One of the best parts of the book. I loved seeing Keira grow and become so determined to know she couldn't always rely on someone else to always be there to protect her. And, Keira proves that when she come face to face with her past.
Make sure to Read book 1 Unbreakable and 2 Unshakeable first. You won't regret it.
I was a little disappointed with this book to be honest having loved the first 2 so much. Liam who was a strong MMA fighter seemed like a real softy in this book which was out of character to me. He was so focused on his feelings...making Keira work to be with him after believing he had been with Adrianna. I thought that was a little much. There wasn't really much substance to the story, just a back and forth with them trying to get back together, Kiera being upset that she lost Liam and Liam being whiney that she didn't trust him. The hole scene with Finn was good and I'm glad that Keira was strong enough to face her past and overcome it but I also thought that it came quickly and was surprised. She was so timid and scared and suddenly she was fighting off 4 guys in a parking lot without a scratch on her....kinda out of character and not so believable to me. I do look forward to Scotty's book!
Only so-so. This book lacked real excitement like the first 2 in this series. Liam and Keira are broken up because he's put off that she doesn't trust him. For a strong, undefeated MMA fighter, Liam came off too soft in this book, almost as if he was sulking and his feelings were hurt because Keira hadn't trusted him. He spent the first half of the book drowning in self-pity and it was annoying. It didn't help his masculinity in this book at all. I also found the big "photo moment" with Adrianna to be juvenile. Seemed like filler and unnecessary to the story. I think the author's intention was to prove Keira's trust in Liam, but by that point in the book it had already been established. I struggled at times to read on but I wanted to see the story through. Will continue with the series as I'm interested in the supporting characters and I'd like to read more of Scotty's story.
This was the story for Liam and Keira. Owing to past trauma she is fearful of men and heavily relies in her cousin. Throughout the early part of the story she comes out of her shell thanks to Liam. The writing style in book one isn't great but the premise of the story is good. The writing gets better as the series goes on. Liam has his own trauma to deal with. Most of book 1 is spent with Liam getting Keira to trust him.
Book 2 moves onto more of their relationship with some good ow drama and they argue over his fighting.
Book 3 goes a little off the rails. Keira spends most of the book trying to get Liam to trust her and he has turned into a bit of a wet blanket. What was disappointing is that the MMC is sexually assaulted while unconscious although we don't hear exactly what happend, its pretty vague but the author basically brushes it under the carpet - so much more could have and should have been done with that and the crazy ow never got her commupence in my opinion.
FMC then saves MMC from beaing beaten to death and then also saves herself from a murderous ex - it was a bit far fetched at the end.
This book could have been amazing but it was just good!
This one was just way too cheesy for my likings. I felt the fact that they threw in they are "uncrushable" so many times was just over done. We get its the title of the book. Just too cheesy for me. I don't know that I buy the fact that she could take on 3 big guys by herself no matter how well Liam had taught her. I kind of wanted to skim some because I just was ready for their conclusion. Hate to give a negative review at all but it just needed to move faster for me and de-cheesify a bit. I'm fairly certain that's not a word. :)
A great series! Sweet love story between imperfect people!
I really enjoyed this series. I completely stumbled onto these booksand I am so glad I did.Uncrushable was a great end to Kiera and Liam's story. It was great to see how much they have grown, both individually and together. They had been through so much, but with their love, they were able to make each other better people.
Loved this series. However, the last book had several discrepancies in timing. When Liam got beat up by Crow the book referred to him going out on a Saturday. But yet, in the hospital, it mentioned the last thing he remembered was from Wednesday. Also, when Finn got out jail, the author kept going back and forth between the year time frame that was always mentioned previously, to several years. Call me a nerd, but these kinds of mistakes drive me crazy.

I skipped Forehead kisses #2 because the reviews weren't the best, so I bought #3. This is a beautiful ending to Kiera and Liam's love story. They had to go through pain and turmoil to reach their HEA. There was growth in the development of Kiera's character and more sensitivity on Liam's part. Some scenes were too far fetched to believe but that is ok this is fiction. The grammar and spelling still very bad. 3.5 stars
This story kept me up till way past my bedtime. I couldn't put it down, couldn't stop turning the pages, couldn't stop my heart from beating out of my chest. I love Liam and Keira and I love this series. I can't believe every twist and turn and was completely thrown. This is an excellent series. Thank you, Abby Reynolds
This was an emotional book from beginning to end. Abby did fantastic showing a relationship with its ups and downs grow. Showing someone with a horrendous past, become stronger than they could imagine. Overcoming their fears and becoming stronger as a couple. If you haven't read this series it's well worth the read. Couldn't put them down when I started.
*this is a review For the first three books of the forehead kisses series *
Gah I loved these book so much Kiera and Liam are my babies I shall protect them forever( even though they don't need my protection) Liam's patience and love for Kiera was legit goals watching Kiera open up and finally be free was an awesome experience I can't wait to read more
I loved all three of the first books! A few grammatical errors, but for the most part they were awesome! This one could have gone into a fourth book just about these two characters and I would have loved it!
The first few books were OK. I liked the story but didn't love it. In book 4 I realized it was spinning off onto Scotty and it was more or less the same story. I forced myself to read it but I'm stopping there. If they were free I'd continue but they're not so I'm done.
