I really learned a lot from this book. It was easy to understand and I identified with many habits that not necessarily caused my depression

but surely made it worse. I appreciate feeling that I can make it some better immediately. I read many Kindle Unlimited books and are grateful for them. Thank you

Not recommended at all

Ridiculously silly book with anecdotes and definitions easily found with a simple Google search. Do not recommend the purchase of this book regardless of price.

Helpful ideas

This book breaks down depression in easy to understand terms with explanations and examples. There are recommendations to help you overcome your depression.
