Never underestimate the lengths a mother will go to.
Platter is a darkly feminist, short, splattery, psychological thriller.
Jenny had it all together until her daughter’s disclosure turned her world upside down. With nothing left to lose, and her husband’s money at her disposal, will she take the chance on a mysterious company that promises her brutal justice?
PLATTER is a quick read that will give you all the deliciously unforgiving feels.
I'm obsessed with Jenny's fierceness by ridding the world of her evil husband. I'm absolutely reveling in her rage and protectiveness. I have the hots for Jenny.
Well this will be a quick review cause this was a quick read. Literally read in 30 minutes. Ivy never fails to please and knows how to get directly to the point.
This is not romantic or sexy, in any way. This is revenge. This is pitch black. This is not for the faint of heart. There are very dark themes here. But if you're interested in seeing the lengths a mother is willing to go to for her children, then Jenny's tale is for you, and you'll want to snag a copy of 'Platter'.
Folks, I'm not lying when I say this is not sexy in any way, but it's a damn good read. And, I'll be rating this tale of a revenge a very bloody 5 outta 5 🩸's!
I'd be VERY interested in what you guys think. So if you do read it, come back here after, drop a comment down ⬇️ below ⬇️ and let's chat about it!!
Ivy has done it again! Even though I haven’t read her debut novel yet, this novella stands perfectly on its own and you won’t feel lost at all jumping into it first.
Let me just say… Jenny didn’t do nearly enough. Her husband deserved so much more for what he put her through. I kept waiting for a moment of true reckoning, and while we got some justice, I definitely wanted more. And seriously where do I find my own Ember? I loved them.
I can’t go too deep into details without giving away the best parts, but trust me when I say this is worth picking up. It’s sharp, emotional, and satisfying in the best ways.
OH.. MY.. GOD.. This book was AMAZING!! I absolutely LOVED the brutality in it, the rage 😍😍 It is quick, and straight to the point, which I love! I will DEFINITELY be reading more of Ivy Graves' work!! 🥰🥰
The only spice in this book was the sausage and it was BRILLIANT! Talk about unhinged feminine rage that is well deserved. 44 pages of pure “Ima fuck him up”. Quick and fun read especially if you’re down with revenge!
The cover of this book does not do it justice. Better get your gag reflex adjusted because Ivy pulls out all the stops with this one. The FMC could have been me. She is not your typical suspect. She is a well dressed, well respected Grandma. 😹 Okay maybe I laughed a little but I know 💯 that the part when she gets her present, 🤔 err request, hmm platter OK that part I was giggling and screaming hell yeah. 😵 Ivy writes the strange, the unusual. I have read all her books. This one is a very quick read where the FMC wants her husband to suffer for the unspeakable crimes he has done. he deserves the worst believe me.
A great little short novella from a side character from Bones Deep. Once she found out what her husband did to their children and grandkids she had to have revenge. How Ivy described it, it was spectacularly gore and so satisfying
