A collection of backstories and guardians' adventures along with a short Tales of Asgard story with Odin and Hela. It was fun with some of the humor you might expect from the guardians. It's not all light-hearted shenanigans. Drax's backstory is especially dark. Don't expect a coherent storyline. This is just a collection of various comics that are Guardians adjacent or contain one or more of the Guardians as main characters. This little book is kid-appropriate. It's not a great book, but I had fun reading it

A great junior edition I would call it. Characters modestly dressed and blood and gore absent. Still their signature personalities. Stories short and to the point. As an adult I enjoyed it and I'll pass it on to the kids to read.

We see a cleaner version than then movie,but it is entertaining nonetheless.There is a story from the past for each of the characters,in addition to the present stories.

I love GotG but I'm not a big fan of comics so this was just alright to me. I think my fifth graders will LOVE it, though.

I did think it was kind of fun to see the back stories of the characters. I don't know any of those because my experience is only with the movies. My favorite was Gamora's.

Yikes. This one wasn’t nearlyyy as good as the other ones. (And the other ones were given 3 stars). Art style didn’t feel right, too many words, story was pretty boring, and they copied many scenes from the other guardians of the galaxy series as “filler” material.
