The Writer's Block

Rate this book
Welcome to the world of publishing where young aspiring authors are charmed, put on drugs and turned out just to be put on the block as prostitutes. Twenty four year old Sade gets everything that she asks for when Suave, the hottest publisher of Loyal Publishing signs her and her best friend Terra. He seems to be the man until she realizes that he’s more than just a publisher. She soon finds out that he’s a cocaine addicted pimp who gets women addicted to drugs and then abuses them. He is nasty and has a very weird fetish that most men don’t. When Sade tells him that she won’t be signing another contract with him, all hell breaks loose. She quickly finds out what happens to those who break their contracts with Suave and tries to leave him. The goal is to make it out of her contract alive. There is definitely a thin line between publishing and pimping!

This book kept me entertained
Sade loves writing and when she gets signed with a top publishing company she thinks she got everything she always wanted. Suave the publishers also takes on Sade best friend Terra.
Soon Sade discovers that Suave is not just into publishing but much more.

This book has a good story and a good message to new authors. ( do your homework - be careful who you sign with)
While reading the story it sounds like the author had a little experience with a bad publishing company it know someone who has. I'm not sure which publishing company and prefer not to know. I love reading books from all authors and genre of books. So I prefer not to know. Just keep me entertained with the story lines

The storyline is good, the book isn't long but not too short.
I plan on reading more from this author. I'm really liking her writing.

Great read!!!!!

Never trust or sign something that you don't understand. I loved the characters and the plot. I was caught up from the beginning and was glad Rico finally woke up. The devil comes in all shapes and sizes. I didn't want the story to end.
