The cover is pretty, but I prefer Bram on the cover…just saying :)
Okay, it is very important that you realize this is a serial series, meaning the parts must be read in order, and they are like a TV series episode. They always end before you want them to and while Jessie’s are always awesome, it still leaves you screaming no when it ends. This one is only around 50 pages, but what an awesome 50 pages it is.
Jessie Donovan is one of my favorite authors. I haven’t found anything written by her that I haven’t liked, and I really love this series. She does a fabulous job with her serial and is the first author that I have loved each and every serial part in this series. That doesn’t mean that I don’t scream and holler when it ends before I’m ready for it to end and secretly wishing each was a full novel length, but that’s life right :)
I really like Evie, and Bram and his dragon totally rock. In this episode, you definitely learn some things and meet a new dragon, but you will have to read it to know what happens because I refuse to ruin your adventure.
I highly recommend this series to all my dragon loving shifter friends out there, but be warned the whole serial is not complete yet. However, if you haven’t read the first serial, it is complete and just as awesome on this one. Sigh, now I have to wait again for the next part to come out…..the torture of waiting…Ugggg! Guess I need to find something else to read in the mean time :)

This instalment was more intense and action packed that we’ve seen so far in the series. The intrigue that appears is very hard to overlook. I keep trying to unravel it. I also enjoy the tidbits about dragon shifter culture that are dropped throughout. I feel like I’m really getting to know the race. Top this off with the budding romance and the questionable mating and you have a winner. Not only that but we also get to know more about who the main characters really are as individuals. Donovan begins to peel off the façade that their jobs leave and reveal their true characters.
Even though I’m not a fan of serials in general, I love what Donovan is doing with this series. Each section is complete in and of itself while leading into the next. Sure, part 1 is necessary to get the full impact and enjoyment of part 2, but the readers aren’t left dangling mid-scene at the end either. Donovan gives her readers short, fast paced, hot reads that are quite memorable.
As a whole this was a fantastic read that I couldn’t put down. I can’t wait to get back with Bram and Evie to see what they do next.

This story picks up where book 1 left off. Bram and Evie are discussing Bram's statement that she should move in with him. He won't answer her definitively that he will mate her but he does want to have sex with her. She tells him she will stop arguing with him on the condition that he show her around the clan lands tomorrow. He thinks that's ok, he has an early morning meeting and needs to get some rest beforehand because the meeting is with the alpha leader of a neighboring dragon clan who Bram wants to ally with his clan against the dragon hunters. Needless to say, he gets no sleep because she's in the next room and he can't stop thinking about having sex with her.
The next morning he calls Nikki a young dragonwoman protector-in-training to guard Evie and take her on a tour of the grounds. She tells Nikki she wants to be able to go everywhere and they have a discussion in which Nikki lets slip some information that Evie didn't know then realizes she's slipped up so Evie tells her she won't tell on her if she takes her where she wants to go. Nikki refuses to be blackmailed but does agree to ask Bram if she can have free rein on where Evie can be taken. He agrees and when Evie is ready they head downstairs but Bram notices that Evie's nipples are showing through her blouse and has a meltdown and demands that she wear his coat, she stand up to him. While they are having this argument, Finn, the other clan leader walks in just in time to hear her say she will ask another clan leader is they would be willing to take her as a mate and protect her. Fin says well here's another clan leader if you're looking. This immediately sets off Bram's dragon who is ready to take out Finn, but Bram knows he needs Finn so he manages to make a deal with Evie and she and Nikki leave (but not before Finn manages to make him crazy jealous).
Evie wants to go visit the clan doctor, Cassidy but she has to explain to Nikki before Nikki consents to take her. This is where we find out that Cait's autopsy showed extremely high levels of dragon venom and she wants to make sure that this would be unusual and find out how it could happen. There is a whole section about their discussion and findings but afterwards Nikki and Evie rush back to Bram's cottage and Evie tells him she has to talk to him ASAP. He gets rid of Finn and then they talk. She tells Bram she thinks Cait was murdered. Nikki gives her opinions on the how and they all come to the conclusion that there is a traitor in the clan. After Nikki leaves things heat up and the end result is some hot sex on his desk.
Later when they make it up to Bram's bedroom and they talk and get to know each other as it looks like they might have another go, the doorbell rings and it's Melanie and Samira to pick up Evie and get her ready for the party that night. Before he lets her go he asks her to be his mate and she accepts. There is another round of hot sex and the book ends. I really like this story and the characters & am looking forward to book 3.

This is the second book in the series and it's so drago-licious! I am so in love with this series! And each book just gets better and more exciting! This author has done a fabulous job of continuing the magical saga of Seducing the Dragon . The story is original, magical, compelling and well written with wonderful and varied cast of characters that are well developed, sexy and engaging. The dialog is smart, sassy and flows beautifully. And I personally, loved the procession of thoughts from the characters which took me even deeper into their hearts. I became more personally vested in each character as the book progressed and the characters became my friends. And the romance and love scenes were simply exquisite! Sigh.......So dreamy! Bram is a handsome tall dragon, and he thinks he will not have a fated mate. when Evie asks for his help, but he isn't sure he can trust her. But beautiful curvy Evie is afraid of the dragon hunters Oh my! The attraction to be revealed! Sexy alpha male dragons-check! Beautiful curvy heroine-check! Action, suspense excitement, romance and steamy sex-check, check and check! Oh my! I loved everything about this book and can't wait to read the next book in this series. This is, hands down, one of the best, sweetest and most endearing series I have ever read! Congratulations Jessie Donovan, you definitely have written another hit! I am officially addicted to this series! THIS IS A MUST HAVE SERIES!!!

Oh my goodness! This just gets better and better! This is only the second installment of Seducing the Dragon series and we are already waist deep in suspense and plot twists! I love it! Ms. Donovan never disappoints her readers and has once again delivered a masterpiece of entertainment. Exciting! Well Written! Smart! Snappy! Flirtatious! Witty! Gripping! Powerful! Thrilling! Suspenseful! Captivating! Addictive! Romantic! Sweet! Sensual! Sexy! Steamy! And did I say hot? Oh yeah! The characters are smart, edgy, well developed and intriguing. The story flows rapidly and beautifully while the dialog is both witty and eloquent. Handsome,sexy dragon shifter, Bram, Alpha of Clan Stonefire, is responsible for the welfare of not only his clan but also a motherless infant male dragon shifter whose mother died in childbirth from now it seems, questionable circumstances. Beautiful, sassy human Evie, inspector with Department of Dragon Affairs, sent to investigate the death, is being targeted by ruthless dragon hunters. Jessie Donovan does a fantastic job of creating a fun, flirtatious and humor filled banter between Evie and Bram as they begin navigating through their growing attraction and relationship.
Both Evie and Bram must face their inner selves and each other to prove to one another the relationship can work. Bram’s dragon seems sure, but isn’t sharing why he knows this is the right match.
While both know they have an immense attraction for one another, can their relationship blossom into more? Evie plans to prove her worth by helping identify a possible traitor in Bram’s clan and Bram vows to keep Evie safe on his lands. Can their relationship prove to be more than a mutual benefit?
Once again, Jessie Donovan has provided a great installment in this series. I love the banter between Bram and Evie. She also does a great job incorporating secondary characters into the plot to give depth to the story.

Evie wins over three dragonwomen and most importantly Bram's dragon. Bram's dragon knows something special about Evie, but he won't tell Bram. I love the dialogue between Bram and his Dragon. It's a toss up who is in charge. Evie has proven that she is to be trusted. Will Bram take her as his mate? Could she be his true mate. What is going on at Stonefire clan? Is it part of the danger that drove Evie to Bram? With all that, Jessie Donovan writes hot, hot scenes between Bram and Evie. So hot steam rose off my Kindle. I changed my mind about series they are a fun, quick read with a plot that twist and turns. Congratulations Jessie you have another winner.

Evie has three days to convince Bram to take her as his mate and in an effort to prove her usefulness she brings a possible threat to the clan to light in this riveting installment of the Seducing the Dragon serial.
Fast paced and smooth flowing, the well written words and details draw the reader into a romance full of suspense and passion. Bram and dragon have to agree that the attraction they feel for their mate is white hot but Bram’s not convinced he can trust her. Spine tingling tension builds as the reader waits to find out just what Bram and his dragon will do and of course just how Evie will go about changing his mind. For added excitement we meet the leader of another dragon clan who of course flirts with Evie.
Some humorous and teasing flirting and white hot passion accompanied by suspense and excitement keeps the reader entertained in this quick and charming romance and I am pins and needles to read the next installment.

Just finished reading this second part of this series and I'm still fanning myself!! This one is a scorcher from the first page as our H/h are still trying to out do each other on who is in charge of their relationship and we all no even though one is a shifter and the other human we all know women will have the most power no matter what. These two may bicker but they can't help but fill that strong attraction and when they come together they were explosive. I don't want to give to much away since this is such a short read but you will not be disappointed and I can't wait to read part three, but I have to wait until January it looks like for the next one. I guess I have to go a reread her other books..

Seducing the dragon book 2 in series.
Bram is the stonefire clan leader who has huge responsibility of looking after his whole clan, trying to make an alliance with the lochguard clan and keep dragon hunter from killing clan members.
Evie is a DDA agent that comes to check on Mel after having her twins and to investigate Cait death that happen through childbirth.
Evie is in danger and on a mission to seduce Bram not best thought out plan but funny reading her follow it through.
Love that Bram and his dragon don't seem to agree at all especially when it comes to Evie.
Evie is not instantly attracted to Bram and sparks fly whenever there together.
Loved story and finding out more about clan and their history.
Great ending and HEA.

Bram on the other hand is not so sure that she won't betray him...at least his human part cause his dragon part is all for Evie.
Hot sex scenes,jealousy and so mych chemistry and fun between this couple!
A great addition to the Stonefire Clan and i really can't wait for more.
As always the author leaves us with a cliffhanger...

Seducing the Dragon: Part Two is an intense follow-up to the first installment. Evie Marshall came to investigate events that occurred in Sacrificed to the Dragon and has an ulterior motive. She needs help and thought that seducing the clan leader, Bram. Bram sees right through her and has decided that he just may help Evie. Part Two delves a little more into the threat to Evie and the dragon clans and gives Evie a chance to prove she can be an asset to the clan. Bram is considering Evie's offer and we get to see the chemistry between Evie and Bram that leaves the reader ready to see the next part!

Dragon Hotness!
OMG and I thought Tristan was hot, move over for Bram, he takes no prisoners!

These two are a great pair! Bram is having to trust his dragon's protectiveness and desire for Evie without explanation, which is enough to drive any Alpha crazy but add in Evie being a intelligent strong willed, sassy, smart mouthed and determined woman and it is fireworks in the making! Jessie creates a story that captivates and keeps you! This story picks up where Sacrificed to a Dragon left off and it just keeps improving on an already great story. I highly recommend for a quick read that will have you laughing, panting and wanting more eagerly anticipating the next release!

I am so loving this series I can't seem to get enough of Evie and Bram Who doesn't love a Alpha male and a female with the sassy mouth who can stand up to him. We also got suspense and twisted plot. Also I'm wondering who's the traitor?? Can Evie break through Bram wall so she can win his trust. I'm also wondering can they truly be true mates??? So many questions looking forward to reading the next book.

I've enjoyed all the Stonefire Dragon books, and this one added to my reading pleasure. Evie is so feisty, really keeping the strait-laced Bram on his toes with her quick thinking. The unmated leader of Clan Lochguard is introduced, a nice hottie named Finlay Stewart, and he adds fuel to the fire that is burning between Evie and Bram.
I recommend this book to you - do yourself a favor, and read all of the Stonefire Dragon series!

Hot action as well as calm before the storm.
Things start to heat up between Bram and Evie in this part of the series. We also find out that a murder had taken place and is why Evie was sent in the first place to do an investigation. Things are getting very interesting and even with some hot play it feels like the calm before the storm. The fast paced story is very well written and extremely enjoyable to read.

This series keeps getting better, and better. Evie, and Bram are back, and the action is even steamier. In this installment the two fated to come together actually do. As in most of Ms. Donovans books the writing style invites you in and holds your interest through the entire book. I am waiting for the next installment, which cannot come fast enough.If you like dragons, and fantasy writing, then this is the series for you. I was given the honor of reading the book prior to it's release.

Evie is a feisty, stubborn woman who stands up to Bram. Bram likes that in her but wants to make sure she is being honest. So it's a test of wills! ( I love his dragon)! Jessie has brought more depth to the story. New twists, turns and questions! We also get to meet Finn the new Scottish clan leader! ( I hope he gets a book!) he seems similar to Bram!
So yet again it's another great instalment. I'm looking forward to the third one! I received an ARC for my honest review!

In this part, we have a suspense element added, we meet a new hunky dragon male and Bram and Evie get to the good stuff. I’m liking Evie. She’s spunky and not afraid to go after what she wants. Personally, I don’t think Bram stands a chance against her determination. The love scenes are way hot. I can’t wait to find out what happens next, not only with Evie and Bram but how the suspense element plays out.

Evie may prove to be quite useful to the Stonefire Dragons as a former DDA inspector and ally. I'm suspecting she will be even more of an asset to Bram, but alas I don't want to get ahead of the story. Bram has finally agreed to be her protector and take her on as mate...Afraid Finn might beat him to it! Finn sounds pretty delicious himself. I think I can see where Finn's story is going. On my Were Scale of Hotness, 3 stars.

The stories keep getting better and better you cant just read one, its a must please do yourself a favor and read them all they are wonderful fantasy adventures with some really amazing characters this book lets you follow Bram and Evie but also lets you visit the other characters like Tristan and Mel. its sexy hot, this book does bring tears to your heart, but keeps the Stonefire clan alive and adventurous. Its a beautiful story i loved it.

Oh my gosh, the suspense is killing me - and so is the hotness! Are Evie and Bram true mates? Will the dragon hunters come after Evie? Who is the traitor that might have murdered a sacrifice? So much tension... but Evie and Bram finally - yes, finally...ooooohhhh.....yeeesssssss.....!!! Can't wait for the next installment of the story!!!! Jessie, you're amazing!!!

Oh No You Didn't!
I gave it the rating, because I hate waiting for the next part. The story was so captivating, that I was shocked when I turned to the next page and was told part 3 would be available next month. What a cliffhanger! If it was a real cliff I would have plunged to my demise.
That's how into the story I was.

Wow I think Jessie's books get better and better everytime I read them. I loved it. The storyline is really interesting and exciting and I just love the possessive growly alpha males and strong woman and you get an abundance of it in this book. Definately worth a read and I can't wait till the next book!!!
