The DID & OSDD Journal has already become an invaluable part of our daily life. From the moment it arrived, we could tell it was created by someone who truly understands what systems need—because every section feels intentional, supportive, and empowering.

The alter profiles section alone has been a game-changer. For the first time, we’ve been able to document and explore roles, patterns, and connections in a way that feels safe and validating. The system mapping pages helped us visually understand internal dynamics we’d only felt before. And the crisis planning and coping strategy pages? Literal lifesavers—especially during high-stress switches.

We also really appreciate how this journal includes space for younger alters, therapy notes, and even self-help strategies to help with daily organization. It’s not just about recovery—it’s about functionality, and that makes all the difference.

Whether you’re newly discovering your system or years into the journey, this journal is like having a compassionate, structured companion that meets you exactly where you are.

We’re so grateful this exists. 💙
Highly recommend for any system looking to feel more connected, supported, and understood.
