Unimpressed with both dialogue and artwork. Not like I'm any kind of artist (would never even try, because of course I suck), but just something about the stilted way he poses Wonder Woman as she stands with the group? Something about their posture and movement feels unnatural. Which fits with the unnatural dialogue, too. The other main female character, Kyle's "friend" abandoned on a jungle world full of demons, is always drawn showing as much flesh as possible. She also holds herself in provocative, unnatural positions that are reminiscent of some of the exploitative artwork of the 90s.
This is classic JLA at its prime, but for some inexplicable reason Flash and Martian Manhunter aren't around? Oo-kay.
Silly rescue mission storyline without any place in the wider DC universe. No one name-drops other villains or current events.
