the fact that i dont remember shit from this manhwa shows that ts was ass. also the artstyle was chopped like if its not all over the screen when i see the characters then lowkey its not good from the very start 😹☝️

I don't really care about the plot (EXTREMELY turned off by billionaires, let's be so for real!) and I'm not a fan of the art, either. The timeline is all over the place without any visible transitions, so it's not an easy follow. I am also confused why this was plastic-wrapped and had a parental advisory when even mild swear words are edited. I own the next two volumes so I'll read them, but I am not interested so far.

Firmly okay. Mafia leader becomes infatuated with a lawyer going up against one of his allies. The lawyer is also infatuated but in denial. To spend more time with the lawyer, Mafia dude creates situations to isolate lawyer and get closer.
It could maybe interesting in the future but so far the story telling feels a little off with the pacing and the art is okay to me.

I would genuinely rate this story 5 stars for my Diva Jeong Yiwon if I could. Unfortunately, that inhuman piece of toxic waste that is Ceaser exists and doesn't die and so I can't. It really is such a shame, because Ceaser's absolutely lack of character growth fundamentally ruins what could have been a really epic story. Now don't start looking at me with judgy eyes, I understand that this is a toxic gangster relationship with a huge list of trigger warnings... but! Ceaser should have at least softened up a little bit towards the partner he wants to keep forever. Just a little bit of kindness or a little bit of remorse. Hell I would have settled for a half-assed "I am sorry" that's how low my (fictional) standards are. But apparently we can't have nice things.

It’s okay, it’s quite tame and pc. I was expecting more mature content. I find that it’s trying to be dark but then doesn’t do it fully. It wants to be both funny and serious. It’s not mixing well. It wants to be both mature and not.

It’s not hitting what it wants to reach. The timing is terrible and the tension rises far too quickly and falls even faster.

It feels so unrealistic, when our MC almost stabs him with the pen, or hits him, there is no one to stop him and he just allows it. I am very confused.

I’m going to try vol 2 but I’m not that invested.

Also the art style isn’t that great, a bit disappointing.

I almost passed on this under the INCREDIBLY misguided assumption that it was going to be the genre typical sociopathic dom love interest and weepy sex toy twink.

Boy was I wrong! MC is the most feral mf to grace BL I’ve read in a long time AND Love Interest didn’t assault him by the end of the volume. What a gem.

I hope such impeccable vibes keep up for the rest of it because these guys are hilarious.

¡ME ENCANTA!

Esta es una de mis obras favoritas en cuanto a manhwas BL. Lo que sí podría advertir es que contiene escenas y situaciones fuertes y perturbadoras que no son para todo público. Tiene acción, romance, viol*ncia, misterio y aseisn*tos. Me recuerda un poco a esas series noir de detectives. Ojalá estuviera en español como e-book para también conseguirla para Kindle.

This feels so disjointed compared to the novel it's adapting. Random events are reordered, the relationship feels abrupt, and it simply isn't as good. I'd stick with the original for this series.

5+ ⭐️ Obsessed! This was a great mafia romance, and I just need more of this fun and thrilling action story! The characters are so great, and it was overall a very cool story! So excited to continue reading this!
