This was surprisingly fun - a solid paranormal action piece. Did I undoubtedly miss a lot because I'm not ARMY? Absolutely. But that just means that BTS fans will probably like it even more.

First off, the book is beautiful, all the photos of BTS inside it are truly stunning. I do like the story, the idea is really cool and interesting. It’s also perfectly themed for reading in October aka spooky month. Unfortunately it falls a bit flat in execution. I don’t know if it’s because of the translation, or because it has been adapted from a comic/graphic novels, but the writing style is sometimes cringey and the sentences are often too easy, like basic level, even though the subject is far from something kids should read. That’s why I’m giving it a bit of a lower rating, even so I still did enjoy reading it.
