Thin Ice
Maddie still can’t believe that she’s headed for the US Figure Skating National Championships. Her life-long dream of becoming an elite competitive skater is within her grasp.
But the demands on her time and the pull to live the life of a normal teenager are tugging her in opposite directions. Enjoyable
Good read. Shows the focus, sacrifice, and dedication required to become an elite skater. Would have been nice to have a final chapter or epilogue, the ending was too abrupt. Also, no resolution on hateful Hilary.
